Great location on the River Walk. Nice pool and bar/coffee shop. The only thing I found unnecessary is when the manager told my daughter and I we couldn’t drink our Starbucks along with my husband who had ordered coffee at the coffee shop. Not everybody wants just plain coffee from the coffee shop and they should realize that in this day and age.

Omni La Mansion was perfect for our quick getaway. The hotel back door access the riverwalk and all its shops and restaurants. The River City Mall was within walking distance, perfect to shop or watch a movie. The best part was the parking across the street in City Parking Garage $10 per day instead of valet $60 per night.

Building has lots of character. Our room overlooked the Riverwalk where we could sit on the balcony with a drink and people watch - felt like we were part of the action while relaxing in our own space. Very convenient to restaurants, river cruises and nightlife. I would suggest skipping valet parking and spending way less by parking across the street for $10/night.

The location was perfect. A lot of the amenities were down. The fireplace by the pool wasn’t turned on and the staff cleaning the rooms didn’t fill any of my shampoo/body soap. The elevator was also very old and didn’t work half of the time. Other than that. Not bad of a stay.

Overall our stay was great due to the location of the property, the time spent at the spa at their sister property right across the river, their hospitality, the delicious food served at their restaurant, and the staff's real desire to make your stay wonderful. That being said, the hotel rooms need a solid deep cleaning. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed and there were long black hairs throughout. The bathroom floor was not cleaned either, as there were also black hairs around the floor (none of us have black hair). The couch had debris all over it so was not cleaned before us. In addition, there was a cup of used cigars on our balcony that was not ours. That was a huge disappointment as none of us felt the property was "clean". Their sister property across the street was very clean.

Room was not clean, trash from previous guest was still in the garbage can. My shower was also dirty, there was large booger on the shower wall and hair all over the place. I did not know my glass doors were facing a hallway either. This required me to keep my curtain closed at all times unless I wanted other folks to walk by and see me in my room. Other than this, I had a pretty good time, service was good and I enjoyed how close it was to the riverwalk.

Convenient location. Our room was kinda gross however with actual poop on the walls in the bathroom and a terrible fish smell in the fridge. But they gave us drink tix for each of us as a solution. Just hope they actually clean it

This was a great place to stay at and the service was perfect. It is only a few steps away from the river walk. The only thing I noticed was that there is dust everywhere in the room.Other then that it is a great place to stay at.

Overall, our stay was good. The room was beautiful and the location was great. The only issue we had was the water pressure in the bathroom. When we pushed the lever down for the shower, only about 30% transferred to the shower and the rest stayed on the water spout producing very little water pressure in the shower head. I have low porosity curly hair, so getting my hair wet was a struggle. Also, the water didn't drain quick enough, so I was standing in water while trying to get my hair wet. Other than this issue, our stay was perfect.

Comfortable beds, beautiful hotel, and very accommodating and comfortable. Front desk goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything. Four Brothers steaks downstairs was amazing. The room service brunch was fast and delicious. Showers had great pressure and made it feel Like you were in a spa. Everything is close by we got the Riverwalk experience and didn’t have to go far.

Beautiful hotel - super friendly and accommodating staff. Large and comfortable room. Great location on the Riverwalk. Only complaint - our room was on the very end of one side of the hotel and there was a large tree right in front of our balcony which blocked the view of the Riverwalk. Also, the view to the left was blocked by a street. The only view we had was to the right of our balcony. Very disappointing! If you go, try to make arrangements beforehand to get a room more in the center of the hotel for a much better view.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Staff was super helpful. Location spot on. Most comfortable hotel we’ve ever stayed in - made even better by not being pretentious or stuffy. Nice rooms, great view. Loved having a balcony. Couldn’t fault anything. They even managed to have good soundproofing which did an amazing job of leaving the hustle and bustle of the River Walk outside as soon as the balcony door closed.

The location on the Riverwalk is perfect. Our room was small with a tiny bathroom and closet. I expected it to be more luxurious for the price. The balcony was very small, but had a lovely view of the river and the Christmas lights. Very noisy at night, though. I don’t think we will stay here again.

I had trouble booking through a third party and the staff was extremely helpful and reassuring. They were transparent about how they could help us. They even helped us get a beautiful room with a view. I would definitely book here again simply because of how we were treated.

Every day we had to ask a couple times to get our room cleaned on one occasion we left around 9 AM and asked the girl at the desk to make sure that they will clean the room by 10 11 o’clock. We got back at 3:30 and the room was still not cleaned.

We stay here every year and this is the first time we had an issue. The heat in our room was not working. They sent someone up who replaced the motor. We had to wait after traveling for 6 hours in a car for him to replace it. When we returned, it worked for awhile but then quit. They did move us to an upgraded room. But we had unpacked and had to repack. Very inconvenient. The staff was awesome, as usual, and they did their best to accommodate us. But no other compensation was offered. Hoping next year is better.

I like staying at Omni properties but this one really disappointed me! I left a jacket there and called immediately as I left to ask for it , no one could go look I know I left it in closet, then called again they said someone was occupying my room !!! I’m so disappointed in they should just say we liked your jacket and are keeping it instead of the lame excuses they gave me as to why they couldn’t check and then no one called me back !! Won’t be back here stay down the street Hyatt has nice rooms and don’t keep your items

Super cute hotel in the heart of all the action. Pool was perfect temp and clean and loved now they didn’t have blaring music. Room was good size and comfy. Breakfast at restaurant was pretty pricey but food tasted good. No free coffee, unfortunately. Most of staff was super friendly. Had a great time there overall and would recommend.

Excellent stay right on the river walk! Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the vibrant river walk. Friendly staff. Gorgeous pool area with a bar and live music. We had food from the Four Brother’s restaurant (on site) delivered right to the pool area. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was a wonderful experience. Old style charm that was nicely restored and renovated with direct access to the river. The staff was as expected with an upscale property and did not disappoint. Myself and three others were disappointed with the Four Brothers restaurant. Our sever was rather annoying as he kept interrupting us and the service was slow and not coordinated. Nothing stood out to us as far as the food was concerned with the only exception being the cornbread.

A great hotel in a perfect area, right on the riverwalk. The hotel has a lot of history, was really well kept, and interesting to be in. The staff, especially those that I interacted with at the front desk are top notch! They couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. They made the stay great. My wife and I had drinks one night at el colegio, the hotel bar/coffee shop, and was very surprised that our Tito’s and cranberry doubles were $30 a piece. I could’ve bought a whole bottle for that price. The cost of that is the only thing that would tarnish a stay here. But if expected it could easily be remedied. I recommend this hotel for a stay in you want to be near the riverwalk.

I had a wonderful time with my family. The staff was great, from the valet to the registration. We had breakfast at Four Brothers, and the food was delicious, accompanied by excellent service in a beautiful ambiance. I can't wait to visit again!

Ordered room service food was discolored and smelled bad. I called for a replacement meal which was a Caesar salad. It came with a soggy label mixed in the salad bowl! Yuck, never again.
