La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio I-35 N at Toepperwein

Most horrible hotel we’ve stayed at yet. Room smelled gross. A/c took forever to freshen the room. Bathroom was fallen apart. Towels were all stained black. Toilet paper hadn’t been restock when we got the room. Only had half a roll for 5 people. Only 2 towels available for 5 people. Front desk didn’t greet upon arriving, only came out to give our key and walked away. Never again staying here! Horrible and disgusting experience. We didn’t even want to stay for breakfast the next morning.

I just needed a place to rest my head because of a delayed flight that got me in after 1am. I picked this place out because LaQuinta is usually a reputable place. The place was DIRTY. The rooms, the sheets, the shower, all dirty. If it were not 2am and I was not traveling by myself, I would have left. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed!

Definitely more of a motel. The rooms were dated and a bit dirty. The shower was tiny and not well maintained. We stay at La Quintas often and are usually happy. This is the first time at this location and it was sketchy, I was unsure if it was an apartment or motel.
