property is dirty, the shower head is leaking, some area r dusty. Breakfast has limited options, no access to water, coffee machine is unclean. Parking garage does not feel safe. Some staffs are lack of knowleadge n not oriented. Hotel is more family business style, so limited service.

Rooms where small but clean, pool was dirty and water was green. Pool area was dirty and seriously needs maintenance. The whole property is seriously outdated and is in need of a major makeover to be honest. It was only a night stay so it was ok but definitely would not stay for more days if needed and definitely not staying there again. Internet photos are not really what it is sorry

Terrible experience with this location. Room and other areas in bad conditions, insects and cockroach everywhere in room, insecure and dirty parking, noise area, ice machine and other facilities doesn’ t work. Not recomended definitively.

I'm very disappointed from the brand, my idea is that the brand would make sure all facilities are aligned with the standard and would not allow facilities owners offer less than what the brand represents, this facility had nothing to do with what La Quinta used to offer, the pool was green, there was no grass but weed, room floor was extremly dirt, all the room condition was lack of care, additionally La quita hotel concept was inside rooms not outside La Quinta Inn By Wyndham IH-10 West San Antonio TX

The breakfast was not anything except on small table. No where to eat. We checked in and was checked back out within the hour. Stains on the walls. Feces stains on the couch, holes in the walls, dirt on the second bed. It was so disgusting and dirty we left and booked elsewhere.

The room was gross and disgusting with bugs and beyond dirty floors. Sheets were dirty as well. Spoke to front desk, we looked at 3 other rooms before settling on one that was a little bit cleaner. We didn’t take shoes off because floors were still gross.

This hotel was horrible! Super dirty like hairs, boogers, dried blood. Floor was coming up, no hot water, water pressure was horrible as well. The trimming was falling it was just purely disgusting!!!! Told the manager and they did not care or seemed bothered like they knew their hotel rooms are gross. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I have never stayed at a la Quinta in this shape.

I have never been to a "hotel," if you can even call it that, worse than this one. Dirty laundry, holes in the walls, and old food under the beds. That was only the first room we were in! They moved us to a different room after the we found the sink was completely broken and flooding the bathroom. Then they moved us to a room where the lights did work, the front door was busted in as someone broke in the night before, the flooring all had missing pieces, and not to mention the staff was completely unaware of customer service or how a hotel is suppose to be run. How did Wyndham allow them to use their name to ruin the place!?

Absolutely Disgusting – Do Not Stay Here. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so bad, I have to warn others. The moment I walked into the room, it smelled like straight-up poop. I had my one-year-old son with me, and I was genuinely worried for his health. No child—or adult—should be exposed to conditions like this. There was a wet, nasty washcloth lying next to the refrigerator, which looked like it had been sitting there for who knows how long. When I opened the fridge, I was hit with a horrible smell—it reeked like someone left food in there for days. On top of that, there was old food residue inside. Clearly, no one had cleaned it. The floors were sticky, the walls had gross stains all over them, and it honestly felt like all housekeeping did was throw new bedding on the bed and call it a day. This room was beyond filthy and completely unacceptable, especially for families with young children. I will never stay here again, and I highly recommend others steer clear of this place. It’s a health hazard, not a hotel.

The stay was ok a/c is controlled by guest. Unfortunately what i hated most of this hotel is you can not control the volume on the tv. They have this set up that you need to go behind the tv and disconnect something to access the volume front desk agent did it. HOWEVER COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY a guest should be able to change the channel and volume without disconnecting a wire behind the tv. Plenty of food nearby , Starbucks and a walmart and target if needed within a mile or two.

Stayed for 2 nights, the first room we were in smelled horrible, like cigarettes, and the hotel is a “non-smoking hotel.” They moved us to a new room, however, it would always take 7 to 8 attempts to open the door with the key card. The door lock system needs to be repaired. The bathroom door would not close because there was no latch on the door frame. Also, we struggled with the air quality because when we turned the fan on, it smelt like a clogged dusty filter. The breakfast was the worst La Quinta breakfast we’ve had. We love La Quinta, but this one really needs some improvements. Of course, it was a low price so, I guess you get what you pay for, right?

The hotel itself is a little rundown, getting things updated during cur stay and you saw equipment all over parking lot. The room was clean but bathroom needed attention. The pillowcases and towels were yellow in color not white . To turn on TV cable you had to turn on light switch, the TV volume didn’t work so it was full blast all the time. Need a bigger breakfast area, we declined to sit and have breakfast with 20+ people and only 3 tables.

The hotel itself was nice, I loved that there was lots of pillows and it was a nice hotel. However, the manager there kept my $40 security deposit because "I checked out too late" she said that she was keeping the $40 because it was hotel policy if someone checks out late they don't get their deposit back. I asked her to show me where the policy says that. The paper she showed me only stated that they'd keep the deposit if I smoked in the room (which i did not do,) When I pointed this to her she said I could call corporate. so then I asked if I could just stay an extra night. she said that I'd have to pay a whole new deposit if I were to do that!! So I asked her for the corporate number and she tells me 1800-laquinta. I ask her if she could just tell me the numbers instead, she got a huge attitude with me and said ",you have a smart phone, look it up yourself" so I ask one of the front desk workers for the number, but the manager rudely interrupted and said , "they aren't allowed to give you that information" so I asked her 'why because you're on a power trip? " and this lady literally nodded and said " yup" so I went to start recording a video on my phone because I was going to repeat my question. but she noticed what I was doing and picked up the hotel phone and called the police on me and started lying to them, saying that I was threatening her and she felt unsafe. I just left because I didn't want to take the chance of the police believing her story. I never got my $40

Front desk guy was rude saying he was going to cancel my reservations I had if I didnt pay extra for deposit. He said it was on the website I was already charged from the 3rd party it was past midnight at ck in. I had no choice but to pay. I havent gotten my refund I will never use that hotel again.

The check in process was simple and yes, they require a deposit, but it is returned to your card a couple days later. The room had everything I needed (hair dryer, coffee, ice bucket, microwave, and fridge.) Very happy with my stay!

They say they are pet friendly, which they are. They say ADA animals - support animals are free from deposits - THEY ARE NOT! After providing proof that my dog was a service animal they said he was not and charged me a $40 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee. I will file a complaint with the appropriate authorities here in Texas and Bexar County. And if necessary I will file civil actions against this La Quinta

Experience was exactly what I expected. Self parking was free as well. Clean room was air conditioned and had fresh towels. I had a good night sleep as the area was quiet. It is also in the same lot as Starbucks so I walked over and grabbed a coffee. Would stay again.

Don't waste your money here, go somewhere else (across the road was a descent looking holiday in with gated parking), even sleep in the back of your car is better than here. The area is pretty shady and the building shows like it as well, the room was in horrible state of repair/upkeep, mold on the walls, poor maintenance/repair from what looks like previous water damage, the main door had a 1" gap under it, bed was horrible, pillows were worse, walls are paper thin, you could hear everyone else in the building and when the room beside you were smoking the most stanky weed it just wafted into the other rooms......I've been to some bad hotels in 3rd world countries, wouldn't have expected this from La Quinta.

Upon driving into the property off the bat we knew it was going to be a bad experience. The property looks nothing like the pictures there was graffiti and homeless hanging around, so traveling with our children we felt unsafe. Once we checked in ,the front desk clerk did not greet us in a friendly manner so we felt unwelcome. When we got to our room it was dirty and smelly. The property says no smoking allowed but it definitely smelled like smoke and mold. We turned on the AC and it smelled like dead fish and we had a horrible time sleeping and breathing. The headboard was dirty with what appered to look like a semen smear or snot. Blankets where dirty and stained and had hair. Breakfast was horrible they only serve you bread and waffles with 1 waffle maker. Front desk was absolutely horrible when we'd ask for more plates or napkins he was absolutely rude and looked like he just hated his job, other guests were complaining as well so i know this is not just us overreacting. Overall we ended up checking out early and took the loss for our money because we just couldnt stay there. Horrible place and horrible staff DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel was fine, decently located in a good area. One concern of mine was that I left a very expensive item in the room and called them 2 hours and 30 minutes after I checked out at 11am. They responded saying there was no item that was turned in to the front desk and the cleaning staff had just cleaned the room after I left.

Upon arrival things seemed fine. The person at the desk was very cordial. When we got to our room we noticed quite a bit of water leaking from the refrigerator after I almost slipped. We cleaned it up but a short time later it was leaking again. We called the front desk to let them know. The guy came and removed the tray from the freezer section and dumped the water out. He then grabbed extra towels and handed them to me to clean up the water, then left. We also noticed there was mold on the ceiling in the restroom/shower. Another thing we noticed there were two hand/palm prints on the headboard of the bed. In the morning we went to the “Continental Breakfast. When I poured the creamer pod into my coffee it immediately curdled. I have stayed at La Quinta hotels in the past but this was the worst place I have ever stayed. I do not recommend it. I tried to add photos but it says my photos are invalid. That might be by design.

The lighting was poor. Only one clerk to check in. Site states HOT BREAKFAST. Having a waffle making machine does NOT mean hot breakfast. Very disappointed. Also received a phone call late afternoon, early evening asking if I w going to show up. I had a reservation I have never received a phone call ever asking that question.
