Very Disappointing Stay The elevator was broken the entire two days I was there, and the front desk was no help at all. Customer service was terrible. The hotel is old and definitely not worth $160 a night—it feels more like a $50 place. My room key didn’t work, and I had to ask for help more than twice. I wouldn’t stay here again.

All shifts but especially the Night shift staff are wonderful! We had issues with the vending machines and elevator and the sole night shift worker rushed to the occasion and helped resolve the issues quickly! So friendly and even opened the breakfast bar early since we had to leave before the regular breakfast opening times!

Fitness facility and restrooms “out of service”

Pool area was noisy after midnight, music and people partying. And cars and motorcycles on the highway sounding like a race track, but not every night.

Required $100 cash only deposit which I had to leave and come back to do. They locked the gates surrounding the parking lot at night and forgot to open them during the day which made entering and exiting a pain. Cockroach was living in my sink drain and kept making an appearance when using the sink multiple nights. Breakfast was not full even right when it opened up and didn't have much variety. The TV in room wasn't very user friendly and was old technology. My room was clean and the staff made my bed, threw out the trash, and gave me clean towels every single day which made me feel taken care of. The staff was very friendly.

Location was fine only problem I had was the key cards not working for the back entrance and the bed was hard.

I stayed here for 2 days and had a really great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast—it had a good variety and tasted great. The pool area was clean and relaxing, perfect for a quick swim. Overall, everything was well-maintained and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The room was very dirty. There were bugs in the restroom. The pipe under the sink was covered in black crust and it was disgusting.

I was a bit surprised, the conditions of the hotel are a lot better than the reviews make it to be. The rooms were extremely clean, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly. The hotel was quiet, halls were clean. We were traveling in two separate vehicles, no issues for parking. Overall great stay.

When my family first entered the room, there was a dark stain in the center of the bed sheets. The television was broken and not functioning properly as it should. When going into the bathroom there was used toilet paper on the floor including dark long hair along the lining of the bathtub. Completely disgusting. I would like to request a refund if possible.

The hotel was great. Quiet. The room was recently remodeled and everything was clean and fresh. I had a hard time choosing a hotel because the reviews were brutal. I made the right choice picking this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

The property was apparently recently renovated (at least #207) but inside the room there were live roaches. Perhaps the humidity/heat made them come out but still gross!

I stayed for one night. It was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure and heat was good. They do require a cash deposit and don’t accept card.

The property is located right off the expressway which is very convenient. However we were given a room with a lamp shining right into the window and no black out curtains in the room. You can hear any and all hallway noise which isn't the best but it could have been worse. The free breakfast was almost non-existent, it included bananas, tiny bagels and powdered donuts, a few yogurts, Texas waffles, water and coffee. No juice, no other fruit options and no hot food besides the waffles, it was the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. Quite honestly, it would be better to just not have any thing or at least not advertise as having free breakfast. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfy. All in all it wasn't a horrible stay, I would stay again but avoid that breakfast area.

Was fine enough for our stay, but needed a little maintenance - towel bar and toilet paper holder were falling out of the plaster wall, and the shower curtain was stained.

Check in was easy. The room was clean. The A/C is loud so it was hard to sleep.

My room was recently renovated and the shower curtain was ripped. The window curtains were shredded! Paint over sprayed on floor and entry door. The shower faucet handle leaked badly during showering. The bathroom exhaust vent was covered in dust and not secured to the ceiling. Probably the Worst hotel experience I’ve Ever experienced!

The room was fine and courtesy of the front desk and cleaning staff was amazing. Our stay was most pleasant.

The check was easy the guy was very professional very friendly very kind so was checking out the lady was very nice professional the only thing I did not like about this hotel is on Saturday night I stepped out of my room and I smell of someone smoking marijuana in the hotel I told the front desk and the guy jumped on it. People that do this needs to be kick out and try to spray something to get rid of the smell. I have lung issues so that's why I didn't like that. Other than that the hotel it's a great hotel

Well, getting checked in was very difficult with this older lady that worked there. All She wanted to do was argue with us and then it was very difficult to understand her accent. They would come and take our towels, but they never replaced them or if they did they were very few. Also, we were there for six nights and my granddaughter was there three nights and the staff never changed any of our sheets the whole time we were there. Then they serve a breakfast, but no matter what we did the waffle maker never cooked the waffle completely and then I wanted to put my granddaughter in the highchair, but it was filthy dirty and then when I asked the older lady at the desk, if there was something I could wash it off with she gave me a dry washcloth and then told me I had to go into the breakfast area and get water from the orange juice dispenser and clean it myself. Well, that is one motel I will not be staying at ever again. And I don’t feel like that older lady with the glasses should be behind the desk because she is super rude. I also had the AARP card and military and I never got those discounts either. They told me I would get them and it was just a lie. Shame on the people that work there.

Staff was awesome. We had a little issue at check in and they fixed it and had us in a room right away. They are remodeling but we never heard any noise from it in our room. Our door had already been done and it looked great. Our grandkids loved the pool and went every night of our stay. Breakfast was well stocked and was great. All staff we came in contact with was really nice.

I was very disappointed with the staff. I reserved a room for 2 nights and upon arrival everything was great. We checked in without a problem. On the 2nd night my boyfriend went to the front desk to ask about something. The employee was very rude asking him if he was a guest. After giving her all the information she said the room was booked for only one person and he would have to leave the premises because there is a NO VISITOR policy. He tried to explain that he was a guest and stayed there the night before and nobody said anything to us but she said she didn’t care and he had to leave. I then went to the front desk and tried to fix the situation. I offered to pay whatever difference it was for another person but she said she couldn’t do anything about it and wouldn’t change it. I even asked if I could book another room for the night and she said she didn’t have any more single bed rooms available. So I said fine I’ll pay for a double bed since I am from out of town and nowhere else to go. She said regardless he was not allowed on the property because he was “rude to her”. We asked for a manager, she said she already talked to him and he said no. We ended up having to get another room at a not so nice motel and I’ was stuck with a room I didn’t use because I wasn’t going to stay there while my boyfriend slept in the car.

It is completely renovated inside and outside, and looks brand new. Very close to SeaWorld and Lackland. Stayed here for the graduation. Friendly staff, good breakfast, and very clean. Would recommend staying here.

I recommend staying in this hotel 💯 percent. They are very clean, it's comfortable good size and very polite and friendly people. Their breakfast was amazing. Loved our stay.

They take your towels everyday to wash it but do not replace with new ones, we had to go to the lobby and request new towels everyday, they said they did not have towels to replace it in the meantime and we had to wait. This was unacceptable. They did not have do not disturb message to put in your door, and also offered a fresh, healthy and hot breakfast and there was only bread and packages, nothing healthy.

Smells bad and there’s water dripping from the sink breakfast was bad

This hotel requires a$100.00 cash deposit upon check in and keep the receipt because that is the only way you get your deposit back ( They didn’t even go check the room ). Turning in the room key was not sufficient for returning the deposit. I had to ask about the deposit and was told that I had to provide the receipt otherwise no return of the deposit. I had the receipt. Two wall plugs didn’t work and the toilet was slow to fill up. Breakfast was available but cold.
