The rooms were clean and tge front desk was professional. I booked the hotel because it had a hot tub. The hot tub did not work. I was truly disappointed and should have checked out. I felt that it was a waste. I'll definitely call ahead next time.

We were disappointed in finding out about the additional fees for parking and “destination”. We also did not have hot water in our room and connecting to WiFi was inconvenient. The things we thought would be free or included in the price, were not. (Breakfast). The shuttle to and from Sea World was late and there was no notice of consideration of us as hotel guests. We will not be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

The resort fee and parking fees are exorbitant and irrational. They act like it’s across the street from Sea World (it’s not). Otherwise, fine but doesn’t justify the expense. This is not a resort. It’s a small business hotel with a pool that’s smaller than the photos imply and not as clean as it should be. Luke warm hot tub. You can do much better in the vicinity for less. Staff was very pleasant and eager to accommodate everything except exorbitant fees and dramatically overpriced everything, lol.

The hotel staff was great; I rolled in grumpy and Michael was gracious, kind, helpful … lifting my spirits and making my stay in San Antonio a positive one. The hotel was very clean with large rooms, bathrooms and fitness center.

Pool had no towels available on Saturday afternoon...and no one staffing the bar during the 45 min we were out there -- approx 330p- 415p. Disappointing bc that was the only time we had out there before the storm hit. Also pool could have used some skimming as we were busy plucking leaves and debris out. Front desk staff were helpful

I know this property was recently renovated, so not sure what it looked like before; but it was definitely very nice! Loved the pools, games in the courtyard, and the fact that they had things available to make things fun for our kids. The outside bar wasn't open during our stay, so can't speak on that. The restaurant was decent, they could work on a few things...but they have a little bit of everything and the ingredients were fresh. It also made for a nice option if you didn't want to fight traffic and construction around the area. Our room was great and layout was really nice. The wet bar was a great addition, and I liked the separate lounging area from the bedroom. Another plus was the bathroom. The separate tub and shower was awesome!! Sea World is 5 minutes away, which was a big selling point considering we were in town for that reason. There are also a lot of options nearby for dining, coffee, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment options.

It was great to have so much much for our littles to do! The splash pad and the s’mores were our favorites! Our kids are 2 and 7, but with 2 bars, a hot tub, and two pools there is something for everyone!

The hotel was pretty nice- the highlights are the courtyard fire pits and games. Heated pools would make a big difference- basically too cold to swim in the winter months. Also, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived well past 5 pm so that was a surprise. The hotel is under construction and there are still many rough finishes. I also don’t understand why we had to pay for parking. We purposely chose a hotel far from the downtown to avoid a parking fee.

One of us got bite from bed bugs after spending a night in this hotel. It looks like a good one but the cleaning is horrible.. I have never experienced bed bugs in other Hilton Hotel this is really upsetting!!! Please be careful and double check the bed before you sleep!!

Issue was with the room First the smoke alarm would not stop beeping when called down there advice was to remove the battery, after standing on a wobbly chair and removing the battery it continued to beep called again they said they would send maintenance in the morning. Second the shower tub had another persons hair of various lengths in it and the vents were covered in dust and cobwebs

The hotel has been recently renovated and for the most part is clean, quiet and good for a family getaway, especially for those going to nearby SeaWorld. Where the hotel has room for improvement is in the cleanliness of the entertainment area, behind the lobby. During our visit we noticed overflowing garbage cans, a lot of the brush around the trees has tangled garbage. This gives the impression thay maintenance staff is not very proactive ensuring the area is clean. This lack of maintenance detracts from the image -and the value - of the property.

This place was awful ! We got there the hallway stunk and when we got in the room it was dirty and the sheets weren’t clean! They sent us to a different room but the sheets and the bed were still dirty ! And when we asked for a refund they wouldn’t pick up when Expedia called them !

Staff was great but the room was terrible, floors were terribly dirty and room smelled bad. Restroom smelled terrible like sewage and the toilet clogged. Location was great and staff very friendly and professional.

Nice property, but when asked front desk to get rooms cleaned 2 days in a row, they completely forgot. This was unacceptable. Front desk also continued arguing about them being short staffed (not my problem since I still had to pay for the hotel).

I’m grateful for small things that were nice! But overall, I’m sad to say I wouldn’t revisit this place! Customer service was the most disappointing. Lack of kindness and connection from front desk. Not looking up when we are standing there, not smiling, etc. there were a few nice employees. Maids were the nicest of all. But overall, for the money, not worth it at all. Pools were nice and mostly clean! Loved the cushions on pool chairs! Rooms were clean and comfortable. But wifi was down almost the entire time. You also have to pay for parking ($22 a night) book down the road at the Hyatt vacation club if you can! You’ll LOVE IT!

loved the courtyard, movie night with smores and with the kiddos was the best, the different pools and outside bar was also excellent. best thing was the staff, Julian made sure we had everything we needed and Jason at the inside bar made really good drinks!

When we arrived our rooms were not ready. It took 3 hours to get a room. The room was hot, bathroom floor was dirty had not been mopped. The hall outside our room smelled like a wet dog. We went to the restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant was not very busy it took a long time to get our food. My meal was not cooked they way I asked. Flies were all around our table we could not enjoy our dinner. Food was still on the carpet under our table from the morning. (Scramble eggs) was under table. When checking out mentioned to the from desk. The young man did not seem interested at all. I will never stay there again. Very disappointed in Hilton!

When we arrived after a late flight, the counter checkin had really poor service: we were not told were the elevators were (and they saw us walk around looking with luggage in hand and we receive no indication or support), we asked to add our loyalty number and we were told no as we did not paid directly to them (this is s first) and when asked for water we were not indicated where we could purchase it ( right behind the counter). its the first we have this very poor service in any hotel...its a shame, its a good place but we felt very unwelcomed

Great location for getting to military base and airport as it is in between both. Restaurants food was really good and customer service was as well. Only thing we didn’t like was the $22 dollars plus taxi a night just to park. It was a strange to us.

We just checked out of the Hilton this morning after a 4-night stay for Spring Break with my kids. The hotel is great - everything is as pictured online. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and got to know us by the end of our stay. The pool and courtyard area is fun (although some breezy times make for bugs and leaves in the pools). The pools are heated so that was a bonus for our morning swims. We went to Sea World Aquatica 2 days and used the shuttle service both times - highly recommend. It’s fast and saves you $36/day parking at Sea World. We went downtown San Antonio a couple of times as well - about a 20 minute drive and easy to get to. Everything was very quiet considering all the families and kids there during our stay. Pick a courtyard room if you can! Nice clean and safe area - would definitely stay here again!

My family (2 adults, 3 year old and 7 week old) had a great time here and highly recommend. Property was clean and had a bunch of family friendly activities. Location was great (5 minutes from sea world and 20 from the river walk), property was clean and the staff was awesome (shoutout to Michael). The cons: 1.) food was overprice ($17 + tip for one waffle!) so be sure to bring your own snacks and/or go out to eat 2.) cable - directv is total trash. Asked about it and was told the property knew it was an issue and was working to resolve it (luckily, we have iPads and the internet was good). Overall, highly recommend and will be back.

We have stayed here may times and always had a blast but on our most recent trip there were a few let downs. The hot tub was broken, the toilet in the room did not function properly and the breakfast staff was so overwhelmed that we ended up eating out. Staff was very nice and room was otherwise very clean. Very convenient to go to seaworld.

I wasn’t a fan of the food at the restaurant. It was not seasoned and made it a bland meals both times - Even the Fried chicken and waffles..That was pretty disappointing, even a dash of Lowreys seasoning salt would have made it worth the cost. Service was great and people were very kind

Nice property, but wasn’t happy with having to pay for a daily parking. Was never told at time of booking. Find that ridiculous. Also, dining there .. food was excellent! Wasn’t happy that I was charged for a nasty bad tasting margarita that I turned away after one sip. Bad form!

The breakfast at the restaurant is not so good and all the servers had hair down and were not neatly pulled back. The hotel rooms did not have enough garbage cans or plastic bags for the trash. They dis not have complimentary water first thing in the morning or coffee. For the price I paid, all these small things should be fixed. There should be a security guard supervising outside patio area. There were rowdy kids at pool and lots of people drinking in the seating patio.

The property and staff were excellent. The only recommendation I can make is the breakfast. The breakfast was a buffet and the food was not good. $20 per person for the buffet and if you wanted a fresh omelet, it was an extra $15. Our choice, we could have easily gone to Ihop or Denny's but I think if they made their breakfast a "made to order" service, it would be better.
