I enjoy my stay, the check in was super easy and convenient however I did see a roach in my bathroom and killed it. The idea of more roaches in my room was a turn off. The staff was friendly but the hotel need some updating and exterminators. They offer coffee 24/7 but no breakfast. After the roach i probably won’t have eaten anyway.

There was a lot of mold in our room and no matter what you did you could not get rid of the humidity. The bathroom drain was Rusty and looked dirty the bed sheets did not fit the bed was not extremely comfortable. There's no pool and no breakfast and no vending machines

All good, is nice to have a place without pet fee. Everything was clean and works good, the staff was kind. I don't have any problem to reserve here again in my next trip to San Antonio.

I was just spending one night in San Antonio, and I wanted something clean, safe, affordable, and close to the airport. What exceeded my expectations was the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the bed, the air condition, and the convenience and safety of the parking lot. The rooms were a lot quieter than I expected with little hallway noise. The air conditioner looked new and was so quiet, I wasn’t sure it was on. Yes, the exterior, hallway, and rooms look well-worn, and at first I worried I’d made a mistake, but I slept better and more comfortably in this room than in many places that “look” great.

The location is terrible- really hard to get to- but it was a great price and the room was reasonably well kept (all signs pointed to a recent “refreshing”). Daily housekeeping was great, front desk staff was friendly. We used it as a place to sleep, shower, and dress. Perfectly adequate.

This place had roaches and dirty bed sheets! They will not give you a refund even if it's 48 hours in advance! Disgusting place would never recommend. I had to sleep in my car it was so bad never going to this place again.

The facility was old. The water leaked in shower and semi-molded in shower, towel had long hair laying across it, room dusty, no microwave or fridge, wall in restroom was eroded. I appreciated the cold air conditioning, comfy bed, no carpeted floors. Took a minute, but figured out we were put in a handicap room, not request. I was glad it was only for one night.

Quiet, clean - bed( mattress)lost its shape- when you lay on it (edges) you fall off. Shower was really low in height - especially if you are tall. Pillows uncomfortable, curtain wouldn’t close so lot of light in room from outside at night.

AC could not be adjusted to desired temp on a 104* day. Pillows flat Room advertised to have a small fridge and microwave- not present. Curtains do not block sunlight so bright and hot in the room. Toiletries were well stocked and bath towels were good quality. Close and convenient to airport and variety of restaurants. Front Desk pleasant and thorough.

I love the location, quite, safe, clean, very comfortable beds, but the front desk people are always rude as can be. I always stay here cuz the prices are amazing and like I said earlier it's convenient but the front desk trans last night was very rude and talking to me as if I was a child. After having an amazing day, after I checked in, it just ruined everything!

We were told we could not stay there. They said we stole all the linens and when I asked th for proof they could not show us any. Asked to see camera and they claim they did not have any and we saw them. We stay there a lot and they said we know. Told her we have no reason to take it and they said we could at any other red roof. Think they were upset that I said it he lobby reeked of pot and my 5 year old was with me. I never stole a darn thing. But it’s ok they lost our business.

Needed a room for a quick stop after a late arrival and back on the road the next day. Price was very good and the property definitely falls into you get what you pay for. Kind of out of the way and a bit on the older side but the room was clean and the staff very friendly. Located in a kinda dark industrial area but didnt feel unsafe and the property is well lit and keeps limited access points. Bring your own food as there is nothing near by but other than that if you need a spot to just catch some sleep and get cleaned up the next door then this place will work for you.

It seems all hotels have "someone" trying to open the door of your room, which happened several times. I saw no one suspicious but I've learned a long time ago to always lock behind you, even while being in an enclose hallway. Other than that and not having bottled water available in the vending machines, and the bathroom outlet with the blow dryer not working, it was perfect!!

The guy at the counter was super chill. Made my first time at a hotel go smoothly. The coffee mess was great and they had vending machines that were convenient. Id definitely recommend staying here when you have a flight due soon af SAT

Friendly staff but the front desk clerk had no clue of hotel operations. I asked where access to second floor was and wasnt sure if stairway was for general use or emergencies only. No breakfast offered except for a coffee machine u can use downstairs. Sheets were clean but pillows smelled like sweat. For a non smoking hotel there were lots of burn marks all over the place. Industrial area so kinda secluded area but yes close to airport. Would i stay again yes as they are pet friendly but kinda as a last resort
