The hotel room was full of roaches. It was disgusting. The bed was broken so sleep wasnt good. When checking in I asked for towels so my kids and I could go swimming and they gave me extra towels however when we got to the room and headed to the pool it was locked. I called the front desk and asked about it and they said it was just locked and they would see about unlocking it. It never got unlocked and I am not sure why I was given towels to swim if they new it wasnt open. It did not open the entire stay.

Very run down. People hanging out around stairwells. Very noisy . Trash containers in back a mess. Dog poop from other dogs all over lawn and not picked up. Homeless hanging out everywhere. People smoking in front of room even though rooms are non smoking.

Transportation access to the city bus is perfect, wifi is kinda slow, no roaches or anything and the pool was clean so a pretty good budget friendly place if you need somewhere to stay in a pinch

This place was mildly infested with roaches. Not the worst place i have stayed but in the bottom three. The bedding had cigarette burns. The paint was pealing in areas. It was quiet and cheap. The pool area looked nice. The staff was kind and accomodating. We did end up buying a pack of roach motels at the local HEB and it lessened the roach population to where we didnt see them on the last day.

The staff was very pleasant. When we got there, we were told there would be a $40 deposit for each room. Not a nice surprise. In the rooms, the blankets, sheets, top of the fridge, and chair were dirty. The pool could have used a cleaning as well so we didn't use it, but others did. We won't be staying there again. It's also right next to the highway so it's nosy.

Horrible room ended up having to get three different rooms was still absolutely terrible. You feel like your vehicle is going to be broken into in the parking lot. There was obviously drug activity in the parking lot. We ended up having to go buy bedding because the bedding on the bed was so disgusting. I also had to buy my own towels and washcloths because the ones there were nasty. The curtains also had holes in them.

Customer service was great. Room was less than clean. Door did not lock when shut, anyone could get in from the outside without a key. I wouldn’t have even know that if I didn’t check! AC didn’t work, unit turned on but the AC never started cooling. When I went to the front desk to let them know, we saw 4 cop cars at the Inn which made me feel even less safe. Front desk immediately called maintenance to resolve the issues mentioned but I decided against staying here. I was also unable to receive a refund because I selected “non-refundable” when booking.

I needed to stay one night and the whole area is least to say sketchy and unsafe. The rooms are moldy and stinky. My bedding were not clean and there were no blankets. I was waiting for the day light to get out of there!

Usually I get a clean, decent room when I stay here but I got a terrible one this time. The worst part was the roaches crawling everywhere. But also, the outlet behind the bed has one working input with the other busted out. So I had to choose between one of the 2 bedside lights, or charge my phone. There was an ironing board but the clothes iron was missing. Went to use the blow dryer and the plug on it was unusable. minor but very annoying issue , the door was sticking terribly and had to fight with it every time I opened or closed it. Room 154.

Total flophouse. desk clerk treated me like a criminal. room smelled like old cigarettes. door was loose, secondary lock broken. I woke up at 2, people upstairs had door wide open, lights on, walking around. 34 degrees outside. weird. I checked out and hit the road.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Knights Inn during my booking on 24th May 2025. Upon check-in, the room was messy, unhygienic, and had a strong foul odor. The bedsheets were used and the overall condition was unacceptable. I immediately took pictures and reported the issue to the receptionist, who acknowledged the problem and cancelled the booking on the spot, promising a refund. However, I was shocked to later receive a response from hotel management denying both the condition of the room and their promise of a refund. They even falsely accused me of inappropriate behavior, which is completely untrue. Their refusal to take accountability and their unprofessional attitude speak volumes. Photos were taken as proof and shared, yet they continue to deny responsibility. This kind of dishonesty and lack of customer care is unacceptable. I checked in. The staff is courteous and straight-forward to visitors. I have been there many times and always got friendly, dutiful service. The good service that was shown never waivered. I most definitely will continue to stay at the Knights Inn Motel and highly recommend the facility to all my friends & family for their stay in San Antonio.

Highly recommend staying here the room was a great value and Rocky at the front desk was extremely helpful, clean room and clean linen right next to a bus stop for transportation, great location and accommodation.

They gave me a big hassle when the wrong dates were on the reservation. I fixed that on hotels.cm and directly went back in to checkin then they wanted a cash deposit so o had to leave again go to an ATM. When I checked out I received my deposit back and was in the parking lot texting my husband. When a guest honked and o rolled down my window they told me that the property was going to call the police on me for texting in their parking lot. Totally uncalled for. So I left and Will never go back to this property again

Strange people around, it looks dangerous and they serve you through a window facing the street and you have to pay a deposit in cash for a small hole in the glass, there is a car that sells Mexican food with loud music until late at night, it is uncomfortable and looks unsafe. You have to roll your bags yourself on the street and on some platforms, the receptionist's orientation is not good and it is difficult to find the room, especially those on the second floor, the staff do not leave the building as if they were afraid, so imagine your fear too and on the street. I do not recommend to anybody. The room looks old, no breakfast. Knights inn San Antonio Texas.

A forty dollar room it was. I can say the sheets were clean and the coffee in the room was not bad. The gentleman at the desk upon check in was rude at the least. The lady in the office at check out was amazing. Cleaning lady was nice too.
