Knights Inn San Antonio near Frost Bank Center

The room smelled like smoke and none of the power outlets were working. Phone that was in the room was broken.

All 6 of my rooms we’re disgusting beds full of dirt others had hair and a full fridge of spoiled food one room was under construction and ac was torn apart and when we told rocky the guy in the front his word were “that’s not possible all rooms are cleaned and have ac” even after showing video proof and got upset that we took pics and videos in there lobby they have a sign that cleanliness is there top priority but was the total opposite knights inn should’ve been named peasants inn! Ridiculous and they won’t let me post the videos

This is an older property and has very few amenities, but the staff is very helpful. The deposit is only $40 per stay. I had a few things that weren’t working. The staff met my needs immediately! The price is very low for the area and has two corner stores within walking distance. Easy access to the highway plus many food options within 3 miles.

Do not recommend this place! Pictures definitely catfished us into staying there. Did not feel safe at all. Room was dirty, sheets were dirty and a pube was in the tub when we went in the restroom. A gap was in the restroom door so u can see in when you were standing at the mirror. We were on a no smoking floor but the ppl in the room next to us were smoking weed and it was coming through the walls, and we had a baby with us. No sleep due to all the loud talking all night long. WILL NEVER STAY AT A KNIGHTS INN EVER!!!
