From other reviews I can see that this hotel has a car break in problem that has not been addressed. I surprised two would be thieves riding bicycles looking for what to steal from inside the cars. As soon as they saw me the hurriedly rode away through the back gate that they forced open to have a quick exit.

This was the worse place I have ever stayed at! There were no elevators, which made carrying the luggage up the stairs extremely inconvenient. The hallways had no air conditioning, making it feel stuffy and uncomfortable just walking up to the second floor. When we finally got to our room, the air conditioning was off, and it took a long time to cool down — not ideal when you're checking in during warm weather. You'd expect a cool room to welcome you, but instead we walked into a sauna. Breakfast was a huge letdown — very limited options with almost nothing fresh or appealing. Definitely not worth waking up for. Lastly, the pool was dirty and uninviting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Overall, the hotel lacked basic comforts and proper maintenance. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

AC system is non functional in the corridor and almost unbearable to be in. The pool is unusable and visually reprehensible. Rooms were dated and the only saving grace was a comfortable bed. The coffee machine was non-functional, the tub and fixtures were horrible.

My truck along with other vehicles were damaged and broken into! Yes it’s signs warning about not responsible for damage or accidents to vehicles- When asked about if they call the police or have security cameras the only thing said I would have to know the time- Overall the staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The only staff said this happens because of the business next door and it happens before- I only wish that was posted instead- (Beware of Smash and Grab to vehicles!)

I specifically reserved this hotel because in the website it says there is a shuttle service to the airport. The flyer in the bedroom also said there was a shuttle service. But the staff told me they don't offer shuttle service. When I said they should update the website/flyer, they said they never offered shuttle service. I even took a picture of the flyer they had in the room, and the staff kept on saying there is no shuttle service. There was also a bunch of hair on the shower wall. Pretty disgusting. The box of tissue paper was empty. I guess one gets what one pays for. I would not recommend this place.

There is no airport shuttle for this hotel, which was stated on the Expedia page. They also charge $15/hour for late checkout which is pretty pricey. Drinks and snacks were also outrageously priced. Luckily the front-desk staff told me about a gas station nearby to pick up snacks and drinks. Yes, this is a cheap place to stay, but I'm not sure it is worth it, especially if you need a shuttle to the airport. I hope the website can be updated because I spent a lot of time trying to make sure I was getting a hotel with an airport shuttle.

Room was very dirty, and when I asked the housekeeper to sweep and mop my room she stated it was not her section. I had to go downstairs to see who was in charge of my room sections. Same girl I asked to help sweep my room was the same girl they sent to do it.

Thanks to the final four I was able to pay $380.00 to stay in this cozy little gem. My hair is much shorter than the ones in the sink so I am positive they are not mine. Thankfully the bathroom light didn’t work, I didn’t really want to see what was going on in there if the rest of the room was a splatter covered as it seemed to be. It’s not even close to the worst room I’ve stayed in BUT from a dollar to dirt ratio it’s in the number one seat. :)

Comfy and clean, but had to switch rooms because AC didn’t work and smelled like it was burning. In the next room the fridge didn’t work, but we decided to stay put anyway and just not use it. Service at front desk was very nice and helpful. Pool looked clean and inviting, but we didn’t use it due to local weather. Good location. Fine for the price.

The reviews for this place are way off. Amenities include: No Elevator(hope your bag isn't too heavy to carry upstairs), a pathetic continental breakfast that can only feed 10 people(everything was almost gone within the first 45 minutes and somehow oatmeal packets were from 2019), unidentified red substance on your chair, unidentified brown substance on the ceiling, hearing planes takeoff and land all night, a bed that squeaks everytime you move(yes, every time...), a broken door latch, and a deadbolt that doesnt align with the slot. $100 deposit they asked for, and gave back before even checking the room. Use cash for this if you stay here. The room was decently clean, a/c blew cold, and the bed was clean but not comfy like reviews said.

Our first room given, the AC was not working and the small refrigerator was leaking water. When switched, we were given a room where the bathtub was a jacuzzi. I’m not complaining at all, but it was very noisy… so that needs to get fixed. The property is next to the airport, so if you don’t mind hearing the airplanes land, then you’ll be fine. It’s not that noisy, but you can hear them. I guess the only thing I would complain about are the pillows. Just not my preference.

When I first walked in the light switch didn’t work, the ottoman had visible stains and the tv/remote were difficult to operate. Oh and the bed had a metal frame with springs so there were a lot of squeaky noises whenever I moved. So this was not my favorite hotel stay.

Employees do not know how to respect. Maintenance very poor. We could smell drugs all through the hallways. People sleeping in vehicles. Employees look at you rude when eating breakfast.

Staff was awesome and check-in was smoother than butter on a hot biscuit. Unfortunately, that’s where the magic ended. The room itself… not so magical. The bathroom had some bonus “features” like mold around the tub (not exactly the spa treatment I was hoping for). The whole room carried a mystery smell that I still can’t identify, but I’m 90% sure Febreze would tap out if it tried. And the pillows? I don’t know who decided to swap normal pillows with decorative couch squares, but trying to sleep on those was like trying to nap on a throw pillow at your grandma’s house. Being right next to the airport, I expected jet engines to tuck me in at night, but surprisingly it wasn’t loud at all.

Property was not at all good, it is the worst property I have ever stayed at. The property management after a conflict with double booking yelled at us and cussed us out. Pee stains on sheets and room reeked of mariuna after they had gotten on us about not refunding our deposit if we smoked room. After incident at 1 am which took two hours to get anywhere, it was promised manger would be downstairs at 9 am. When they were not there I asked to speak to manger because the front attended said they cannot resolve issue without manager and we would just have to check out and leave. I was not leaving without some resolve. Manager was then called and was in bed upstairs sleeping she said and was upset and yelling and cussing and did not want to help. They later said to bad there is nothing we can do.

Understaffed but the lone girl that was there when we checked in was during her best and was very nice and helpful. There was no tv control in the room and she found us one. There wasn’t enough wash clothes but she took care of that too. The breakfast was ok.

Terrible customer service. Crappy breakfast. Paid for a night and they would correct the dates for me to stay another night they ended up charging me twice for the same night even though I already had a room. It was supposed to be for next night and they charged me for 2 rooms foe the same night. They admitted to me and hotels.com that it was their fault and that they (the hotel themselves) did in fact collect my $50. They refused to let me stay for the night I paid for simply because they put it as a no show. I was already there in a room so why would I check into another? They realized the mistake yet still denied any responsibility or reconciliation. Just a bunch of crooked. Do not waste your time here.

The toilet was running when we got in the room. Used the toilet and it would not flush. We went to the front desk (no phone in the room) to let him know. He said he would call the manager since there were no more rooms to move us to and came upstairs to check it out. He asked my son if he messed with the lid. He mumbled something and left the room, we didn’t know what he said. Waited about 30 minutes no one came so I went back downstairs to see what they were going to do and he then called the manager to tell him what the problem was. Manager fixed it right away but the front desk waited until I went the second time to call the manager. Will not stay at that hotel again.

Good overall value. Clean, comfortable, well decorated and easily accessible from major highways. Near the airport and at the end of the runway so there will be some air traffic noise but it wasn’t bad. Got a great night sleep each of the 3 nights. Note, it’s a walk up so no elevator to the second floor but wasn’t a big deal for me personally. I would stay again for the price/value.

It's a cheap place to stay, nothing really to write home about, there was not much close to do, you definately need a car, but in saying that, the staff are great and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The bed was extra comfy! Rooms are recently renovated. We had a wheelchair-accessible room and the shower rode was very loose on the wall. The noise and lights are not great. Complimentary breakfast and hospitality were very nice. I do recommend if you want freshly brewed coffee; it's only machine-made. Overall very friendly and accomodating. We slept well.
