Love love the record players in the room as well as the decor. Wish the sheets & pillowcases were higher quality. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

Amazing place to stay. Loved the record players in the rooms and the vinyl library to choose from. The Robert Johnson history was cool also.

I love older hotels and know that preservation comes with boundaries. I used to travel a lot for work so I notice things but I was excited for my stay here yet within the first 10 minutes of arrival felt like people had gone out of their way to make it horrible. Valet wasn’t there. I was told that was the only option, then was told I could park across the street for less . When I pulled up a valet told me to move while I was looking for a valet. Then after getting inside, the attendant told me I couldn’t check in. I was a little early but the guy who just took my bags disappeared so fast I couldn’t get my things in line to get my confirmation. When I asked the front desk they just said “ I don’t know where they go or take things go find them somewhere “. Room was nice. Well done. Bathroom is a little cramped but it’s a historic hotel it’s to be expected. Restaurant was understaffed and manager not really helpful either. I loved the hotel history, went downstairs and got a haircut- staff there was amazing and made everything worth it. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again however.
