Check in was fast easy and the lady who checked us in was super sweet and informative. I don’t know why I was under the impression the pool was out doors and that they had a hot tub and neither was accurate however that was my fault. There was a sign though at the pool that it was the pool and whirlpool. The pool was freezing so I did not get in my kids still had a good time but I was disappointed. The rooms are not as nice as they appear on line the definitely spent some good money on a photographer and there is no fridge or microwave also a mistake on my side though. Our ac unit was condensing to the floor but we didn’t go over there so not a big deal but our ceiling had a big waterspout from the unit above us so I’m guessing it’s a continuing issue. The room felt very humid and I’m guessing that would be the source. The breakfast was decent. If I wouldn’t have gotten such a low rate I would be more upset but it fulfilled the need and beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. Would stay again at the lower rate.

The staff was friendly and were probably doing a good job with what they had, but the hotel overall was very disappointing. The room was ok and the showerhead was great. We used the airport shuttle. The hotel told us ahead of time to contact them when we reach the pickup point at the airport. I did this and it took 40 minutes before the shuttle arrived to pick us up. The hotel is .7 miles from the airport. 2 of the 3 cardio machines were not working correctly (or at all) in the fitness center. The guest restroom near the lobby was out of toilet paper. The breakfast area tables were very messy. As mentioned, the staff was nice, but I would not stay here again.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff especially Emma. Clean room, comfortable beds, good housekeeping, kid friendly indoor pool, nice breakfast, quiet, good location-easy to get to, good parking. Suites are nicer because of size, microwave, and frig if there are more than two people in group. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were great and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient to everything. Standard rooms do not have a microwave or fridge which was unusual. Also not sure why parking cost $3.99 + tax. No security or gates. Emma at the front desk was very helpful! Definitely will stay there again if needed (our ac went out so we stayed for 2 nights).

The staff are nice, but the outsourced shuttle didn't pick me up despite multiple calls, and generally seemed unreliable. I would not trust it for tight timelines. The hotel is rundown. Water damage, black spots, missing grout, water drops from the bathroom light fixture, stuck does, broken elevator. It's not horrible, and it is convenient location wise. But this property needs TLC and it needs better cleaning of common spaces.

There is no hot tub like in the pictures of the property. The pool and fitness center hours were changed by taping a piece of paper over the sigh to shorten the hours. Just seemed like they wanted to shorten the hours of everything so they can monitor it less. Elevators were very dirty. But i thought the worst part is that there was no mini fridge to put our food in! The breakfast in the morning was good and clean.

Upon entering my room, there were dirty washcloths on the sink counter in the bathroom. A dog (or some other life form) also peed on the carpet by the desk, it was still wet and I stepped on it. The beds were really lumpy. The room smelled like mould. I was very disappointed with the quality of my room

Rooms were super clean, friendly staff, very convenient spot as walmart is just down the street and also dining options in the area as well. North Star Mall just down the road as well! Continental breakfast was also delicious. Will book again!

This property needs some major updating. My daughter got two splinters in her bare feet, walking around our carpeted room. I don’t know where the splinter is came from, but obviously it was not vacuumed very well. The edges of the furniture were chipped off, and there were sharp edges sticking out. The bathroom door had water damage. Last, the bed skirts on the beds were too long and stuck out into the room, and I tripped over them in the night and almost hit my head on the wall. I do wish there had been some fruit offerings at the breakfast in the morning, but that is minor. Most hotels have a mini fridge in the room, but this one did not. The staff was great. The shuttle was very prompt. I don’t think this particular hotel is indicative of the overall quality of Hampton Inn, but I would definitely not stay here again.

I had two rooms...Room 419 and 421. My wife and I stayed in 421 and the beds were comfortable but a little squeaky. The room was clean...kudos to housekeeping. The place is ideally located and quiet considering Loop 410 runs nearby. Emma checked us in, and she was very courteous. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was hot and tasty! Would recommend and we will stay again!

The front desk staff is excellent! Flight was late but the shuttle came in just a few minutes to pick me up. When I arrived they had my key all ready for me. My travel partners got delayed and I had to hang out in the lobby after checkout. The staff was very accommodating and brought me water and kept checking on me. Excellent breakfast too!

I chose the hotel based on proximity to the airport because I was in San Antonio for less than 24 hours. After a long flight, arriving well before check in, I needed a nap and shower before heading to my destination/ obligation for the day. Emma, who I spoke with on the phone during a layover, was very friendly and professional when I arrived. She accommodated me as soon as a room was available. I was grateful for her service and hospitality.

I appeared to have been overcharged, but when I spoke to the desk, they explained it was a deposit and printed a receipt showing the actual charges. They also address the humidity issue promptly. I was very satisfied with their response to the issues I raised. Things happen - the measure of good customer service is how they respond. They were exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Upon check in approx 4pm. I was made aware of a parking lot charge. WhenbI asked WHY!, both desk clerts were annoyed and short with me. I have stayed at this hotel in the past. And no parking charge. This hotel does not have gated parking or lot security. So lot charge makes no sense....

I arrived at approximately 1 am after a long late flight. The front desk clerk was friendly. The system was down and he was unable to check me into my pre-paid room. The front desk clerk really tried but it was beyond his control. He tried to get assistance from the manager but the manager was no help. The manager just told him that the system has been going down each night. No plan in place. Very poor management. The first room I was given was occupied. The second room was not what I had booked but after lugging 2 big suitcases from room to room I just wanted a place to sleep. As soon as I got to the room, I bolted and chained the door just in case.

Excellent service 100% recommend. My flight arrived early at 8:00 am, and I then needed to attend a meeting. The front desk offered me a conference room, Wi-Fi, and snacks. The Front Desk lady was super nice.

We stayed here for my sister’s BMT graduation and we loved it. First time in San Antonio so this hotel was great in regards to being near a lot of tourist spots. Was close to the AirForce base and their breakfast and Texas shaped waffles were just the cherry on top. Thanks for an amazing stay

We absolutely love staying here. Everyone is extremely friendly and they go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. If you need anything they make sure to help you out. The breakfast selection is absolutely delicious. We went to the pool and had fun but it was really cold. We will most definitely be staying here again our next time in San Antonio. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making us feel welcomed.
