Floors were sticky and there were people sitting on "our" patio. Very loud property but staff was friendly and we weren't expecting the Ritz.

Never again! The pictures look AMAZING! When we arrived… the place is very run down. There are people smoking things they aren’t supposed to be smoking every corner you turn. The stairs to walk upstairs were worn and falling apart. Grass isn’t green.. patio furniture is rusted and can’t be trusted. Bathroom was filthy!! Shower tiles were dirty, corners of the bathroom had mold, there was blood stains under the rim of the toilet. There was hair on the shower wall. Beds are UNCOMFORTABLE… sheets are paper thin and pillows are worn. Walls are extremely thin and you can hear people’s beds and furniture creaking. Fishing area is decent, but people gut fish and just leave them floating around & it doesn’t look or smell great. Parking spaces are very narrow and it’s extremely hard to park and find parking. It was an extremely disappointing experience. We only stayed one night. I’d been wanting to stay there for a while because I’d always seen the pictures online…. But they are extremely deceiving! I wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL.
