Just did a review when we stayed night before departure. Large parking lot extended parking does have a fee which is cheaper than the airport plus using their shuttle service is great. Staff is always great, fantastic check in cookies😁, bar and restaurant. Always stay here when flying

We always stay here when flying out. Shuttle is great, the staff always helpful and friendly. They have a bar which serves food plus the restaurant. Large parking lot to leave your car and there is a charge but less than airport plus we really appreciate the drop off and pick up.

Was in a bit of an industrial/warehouse area. No shopping options. While a pool was available, there was no hot tub which is more appealing in Dec than a pool, especially after vigorous outdoor activity. The breakfast was probably better than "free" breakfasts elsewhere but really didn\'t have much of a choice with no other facilities nearby. I passed on it altogether.

There was zero hot water at the property for the three days I was there. I checked in early and the front desk clerk did not warn me at all otherwise I would have checked into another hotel. The staff slipped a memo under my door shortly after check in stating there was no hot water and they were working on getting it fixed. I assumed it was a temporary issue but not, it carried on for the entire stay. Cold showers for three days. I would not trust this property. They could have at least advised those checking in of the issue so they could have gone somewhere else.

I stayed here for 5 days last spring. My room must have been renovated not too long ago. Though comfortable bed and things were clean, the room I had this trip was definitely more worn. The door needs to be pushed hard to open and pull hard to make sure it is latched and closed, the wood counter piece below the bathroom sink is not in good condition, I noticed sitting in the chair reading a book that the fabric had a bunch of snags and wear. Decided to just shower for bedtime and read in bed. Bed and pillows still comfortable. Room just felt worn, not like the last time I had a room here, it was in better condition.

I got room with balcony, not realizing it was facing highway which was loud , but I got new room with no problems. Restaurant is convenient and really good, also bar and small shop. Clean rooms. Nice staff . Would definitely stay again . 5 min away from the airport

The walls are so thin. I was there for almost a week and the person above was literally stomp walking every time there were in the room. It was so bad, it made the ceiling of my room vibrate. I did call the front desk to let me know the first night but nothing was handled, it continued that way the duration of my stay.

Overall it was ok. Restaurant was typical but the food was horrible! I ordered Mongolian beef with rice and it was something else haha also I ordered grilled cheese and i dont know how a chef/cook can ruin the easiest thing to cook on that menu. My quest took one bite of the MB and almost threw up and i don’t even want to tell you about the grilled cheese….. disappointed and i dont know how they hire people to cook and serve food like that?

Stayed here for a week and they have the best breakfast I’ve ever had at an American hotel ever. Cleaning service was immaculate. They cleaned my room as soon as I left. Front desk service was good. The bar was convenient and has a classy, yet modern look to it food and drinks there is just as good. I will highly recommend and will book again in the future.

We had chose this hotel for the indoor pool and bar. The indoor pool was closed the whole time. Each day they said it would be open the following day. The bartender chose to close early Saturday night while she still had other people in the bar with drinks and refused to serve us. The sign may say the bar is open till 12 but don’t count on it, the bartender makes her own hours.
