Save you money and book the Crystal Inn. Parking is a nightmare and they charge a arm and a leg for it. Yoi walk forever tog et to your room. The room was ok, but not worth the price.

Beautiful hotel resort in SLC. Expansive room and bathroom with very comfortable bed and linens. I appreciated that thermostat could be adjusted to half a degree! Main drawback is the design of the shower door. It resulted in a huge puddle on the floor that soaked the bath mat. Potential slip hazard. Must pay to park whether ypu valet or not and you have to use your hotel key to exit the property. My concern with that is in event of emergency exiting would be an issue.

Great stay overall. What I don't like it that they charge for parking your vehicle there, even when staying on property. I don't believe I should have to pay to park my vehicle on the property that I've paid to stay at. Other than that, this place is great.

Great downtown salt lake location. Close to multiple restaurants and City Creek mall, LDS Temple. Easy free parking/ valet. Underground parking available. 2 clean pools, kid friendly. Our only issue for being such a great hotel were the beds, mattresses were very hard, not comfortable.

The entire hotel is spotless. Rooms clean and well maintained. They were experiencing difficulties with their television system but seemed to be working on addressing the issues. All staff were helpful and very kind. They did change to a Keurig coffee machine in the rooms but did not provide any tea pods.

This is a 4-star hotel, so you expect it to be nice. It didn't disappoint. Check-in was smooth and easy after a little wait in line. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Two little glitches, though. The bathroom sink drain was clogged. But staff had it cleared by the time we returned from dinner. However, they left a little mess on the floor we had to wipe up. Overall, though, an excellent place to stay on the final day of a long road trip.

The property was beautiful! Front desk exceptionally friendly and efficient. The room was extra large and nicely appointed. The room, the halls, all public areas spotless and extremely well appointed. We loved this hotel and will definitely return!

Extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. Hair left in bath/shower, found a large yellow stain on comforter that was covered by a blanket, coffee machine was not usable. We stayed in their Garden Room which was right against a busy street, traffic went until very late at night. Would not recommend.

We stayed in a garden view room, but only had a view of the road. It felt like a motel - compared to what seems to more upscale accommodations in the tower. The furniture was dated and worn. The bathroom needs renovation. Service was good and otherwise the atmosphere was great!

Spacious room (stayed in a garden room), very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, housekeeping came everyday. Pools were nice. We had street noise but wasn’t too bad for our room location. Air conditioning didn’t work great for 100 degree weather. Tub filled up with water (up to ankles) every shower. Wish it was more eco friendly with water stations, had to purchase quite a few plastic bottles during our stay. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again.

I have stay in the main building. It is outstanding. I stayed in the garden suites this time. Too much walking around and using gates to get in and out of the parking areas. The tower is wonderful an offers better views and suites.

Tried to turn the thermostat down for just a few hours while getting ready for a wedding and upon return getting ready for bed and it didn't really cool the room off any more. It was comfortable but not cool. We were in a tower room so the door opened to the hallway and not the outside.

Hotel check-in was excellent with Carolyn, and the entire (Front Desk) was great. We had one terrible experience in the coffee shop where we went for lunch for my birthday while waiting for our room to be ready. The next night we tried again and had a fabulous experience, like we always have for the past 45 years. Unfortunately, we paid for the terrible experience which we felt management should have offered to void the charge. Cool is wonderful and everything is kept clean, organized and ready for guests! We go to Little America, at least four or five times a year and always have a wonderful experience.

We love staying here! The room we had was on Main Street and was very noisy- traffic and trax. I asked for a different room and they were very accommodating. We were given an even nicer room and it was quiet. We’ve always loved Little America

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel in Salt Lake City . I had asked specifically for a quiet room but the room they gave us had street noise. I reviewed the hotel and just mentioned that there was some noise. Within an hour, the hotel manager called me, apologized for the noisy room, upgraded to a better room at no charge and even deducted the $18 nightly parking fee. I have NEVER had such great service and caring at any other business. Congratulations to the management and staff at Little America for having such great policies and caring about their customers.

Room was amazing views of the mountains. Great staff clean rooms very secure (you need a room key to use the elevator) Coffee Shop breakfast was AWESOME. Centrally located to downtown shops and restaurants. Sorry we didn't get a chance to eat dinner, the restaurant looked great.

Nice hotel with two big pools and helpful staff. Little American diner was excellent. Rooms in the tower were large and clean. Area just north of property has several people who are obliviously mentally ill and living outdoors so be careful if walking towards temple square.

The rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows were very nice and comfortable. It is an older property and the hallways could use some updating. The Coffee Shop and Buffet are not like they used to be. It was ome of the nicest places to eat at one time, with alot of options for good old fasioned dinners. There was not much to choose from unless you wanted burgers or sandwiches. The dinner choices were either Steak or Prime Rib but only on weekends. The buffet for weekdays for breakfast was just pastries and cereals. You could get scrambled eggs but mainly just what you would expect at hotels who include breakfast. The price of $27.00 for cereal and pastries was a bit high. We made our decision to stay there based on there delicious buffet the way it used to be. Perhaps the buffet at the Grand Hotel would have been better. All in all it was a nice stay and the staff was very pleasant. I would stay there again.

Really nice room. More space than any other hotel in SLC. Only complaint is that it’s almost impossible to have breakfast in the on site coffee shop because they are so busy. Long wait time to get breakfast. Better to walk to a close by breakfast spot.

The garden view room was not the same as the tower rooms. The shower did not drain and the tv would not work one night as it said we had no service. The coffee shop food was good, coffee cart was great!

This was a very nice hotel. It was easy to park the car and have access to it once parked. It was close to downtown and you can easily walk there too. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were large. The only issue with our room was that the AC wasn’t working well and it was extremely hot. We had maintenance come out and he changed the filter but it didn’t fix the issue. I wasn’t impressed with the restaurants. We had breakfast on site. It was pricey and very basic and mediocre. We also had dinner at the buffet. It was $45 per person and half of the food was dry, the Mac and cheese was flavorless. The chicken, steak, and salmon were good. The desserts were pretty bad. Definitely not worth the price. The pool was very nice and clean. We would stay here again.
