Uneven pavement/pot holes in various sections of the parking lot.

I flew in at 3:30 pm and called for the airport shuttle. I was told there isn't a shuttle between 11am and 5:30 pm.. Check in is at 4pm.... so why wouldn't you have a shuttle closer to that time frame? Front desk was extremely rude.

Pool wasn’t open, gym was rubbish, cockroaches in the bedroom, bizarre room layout with coffee making in the bathroom.

The hotel had nice amenities, including an on-site bar and Grill and complementary breakfast. Also a very nice shuttle to the airport.

Son and I stayed for a music festival. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, pool was nice.

The staff was professional especially the breakfast room person. Always going above and beyond. The ground floor ice machine has an out of order sign on it. Not too bad by itself but one employee told me she had been there for nearly 3 years and it has never worked. The property accepts pets. Outside near the side entrance a rather large dog did his business on the sidewalk. It remained there for 2 days and I can't say how long before I arrived. The same side door is often unlocked as the latch outside handle sticks in the open position. On the plus side it is obvious they have done quite a bit of updating. It is convenient to the airport and when traffic is good about 18 minutes to downtown. Breakfast is adequate. I would return.

Quick and easy check in. No elevator.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a bar and grill on site that served excellent bar food, and had an amazing Indian restaurant on the grou ds as well. Close to the airport, will definitely stay there again.

No answer when I called for a shuttle from the airport. Called several times and still no answer. Finally called Uber

Room was clean, two tread mills in the workout room didn't work. The free breakfast was great. I would stay there again.

Dirty bed, bathroom.. Will never come back.

This place is disgusting. Smells so bad inside and outside. Sticky floors, smells, hair and trash in the floor (assuming they don’t clean the place ever), on and on. Don’t stay here

The rooms were clean but that and the grill and bar having great food is where the positive ends. The whole hotel leaks in the hallways. The hallways and shuttle smelt like pee and there are no vending machines or elevator

Place had roaches and they didn’t want to replace our towels on day 2 and the hallways had a smell!! Very disappointing!

Definitely not upholding the brand name. Dirty floors, dead bugs, shoddy maintenance work throughout building. Hotel gives off ‘rent by the month or by the hour’ vibes. Area is close to airport and close to gas stations and fast food. Neighborhood feels safe but hotel not so much. Slid table up to door for added security.

The price was great, but the property was not kept clean. The carpet throughout the hotel was pretty dirty. The bathroom in the room smells mildew, especially the shower curtain.

Stayed two non-consecutive nights. Both times came away with what appears to be bedbug bites

We attempted to check in to the hotel around 4 pm, the concierge told us our room would be ready in 10-15 minutes. The room wasn’t ready until 5 pm which was over a 30 minute wait. We walked into the room and it was disgusting! It smelled, there were crumbs on the ground by the window, the bathtub was stained, and the toilet was leaking. We immediately took our bags to the car and checked out. We ended up staying at another hotel.

Had blood stains on the sheet that covers the mattress, found hair from another race in my sheets, earwig on the counter. Located in an area with a lot of homeless people walking around. Water in tub never got above warm. Their ratings are fabricated.

Shower was falling apart. Dead bug smeared on wall and poor attempt at floor remodel. Will not stay here again no matter the cheap cost. Staff was not friendly either.

Place was old and needs to be redone. Everything is in a state of not disrepair, but tarnished and showing its age and use.

It was right on a main highway, so noise was an issue. Also, you could hear people in the hallway, very clearly. The room was clean. Bed was AMAZING. And the pillows were soft but firm enough to not hurt your neck. Staff was always friendly.

The room was small, the kitchenette area was inches from the bed (2 queens).The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The rooms were reasonably clean. The noise wasn't too bad.The exterior property needed cleaning. The hallway smelled musty. Location to the freeways and airport were great.

This place is definitely just a place to crash for the night. It’s not bad if you just need a cheap place to sleep and leave. The rooms are rather run down and it’s next to the airport so there is some rather loud sounds at times, not the worst but again just a place to sleep.

Very average stay. Noisy w thin walls and outside truck traffic. Keycard stopped working after one night. Front desk worker needs to help. Had to wait a long time to get keycard recoded. Breakfast food average. Room was missing soap and didn’t have a microwave despite having a kitchenette.

The halls were dirty and HOT. The gap underneath the doors were pretty big, and you can hear everything. The water took 10 min to get hot and only got warm. Our room was newly updated on certain part's but it looked as if they didnt clean up after the newly installed cabinets/shelves. The ice machine didnt work and the furniture that was old in the rooms was half broken. The pool wasnt available and had green water in the bottom. They had a nice thought of updating but the upgrades shouldn't compensate for how dirty it was. And our tv kept losing service. You get what you pay for.

A suite is about average compared to something like a Hilton or Hyatt. A suite felt like a normal room in those hotels. Not bad but not great.

It was over all great. We did have some issues with Wi-fi & tv not working. The shower head in 136 also sprayed outside of the shower onto the floor no matter what we did. We let them know at the front desk. Super kind, and friendly people!

Our room was nice and had lots of room. Loved that it has a mini kitchen. The bed wasn’t bad but is on wheels so if you leaned against the headboard it moves. The pillows were tiny and you only get 2. The lobby is really nice and has two restaurants but we didn’t go to either one. There is a Maverik and a Wendy’s across the street. Not a bad hotel for the price.

Exactly what you would expect at a budget hotel, walls are thin, I was waken up by loud noises at 3:30’am in the next room, however the staff was very accommodating, they let me change my room. Breakfast is ok / decent.

The room was not ready by the check-in time and the front desk (this indian guy I think his name was raljit?) was very rude about it. The room I got was very dirty. It smelled of mold and mildew when I complained about it the front desk was very rude about it as well. Thankfully, they put me in a new room however I cannot believe that they have rooms that are so dirty. The front desk was rude to me the entire time I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is very welcoming upon checking in. Gave me my room 2 hours before check-in time and did not charge me the 25USD early check-in fee!

Shuttle picked me up right away, front desk friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable

Front desk agent working on Sunday march 8th at 1pm was extremely unprofessional at check in. I called ahead to ask if a early check in was available at 1pm she confirmed to us over the phone it would be okay, yet when we arrived she told us that wasn’t the case and check in was at three so she would have to wait for housekeeping to let her know when a room would be clean. After waiting for about 30 min she was able to check us in but I was in disbelief when she checked us in without checking my ID she never asked for it only a form of payment for incidentals. Our room had a dried booger on the wall next to the bed and the window had a huge crack with some black mold looking substance all around the edges. The breakfast attendance were great very attentive and aware kept the spaces clean and filled for all guest the only positive I have about this experience.

It was good for the time we were there. I paid for a king size bed in our room. But the room we got put had a queen size bed. The room was clean. The house keeping never brought us new linens and they never clean our room. The front desk people were nice and helpful and friendly.

When I walked in at 11:45 am to check in, the person at the desk told me that I could not check in till 3:00 pm. I told them that I will cancel my reservation and go some where else. Guy was quick to change his mind and gave me a room right away. Later I went and asked the receptionist if there was any fast food places near by. He stated that there wasn't and tried to send me to their small bar and grill in the hotel. After going outside to get in my truck, I seen a subway and a Wendy's right across the street.. I hate being lied too.

Every hotel employee that we dealt with was excellent!

They said they provided airport shuttle - emailed in advance letting them know my flight arrived at 12:30am - no response back. Messaged from the by runway when our flight landed saying we just landed and have to collect our snowboards and skis but we would like a ride. Could not get anyone to answer phone unless you pressed “ new reservation “ option ( as opposed to pickup airport option). When we had our bags called and no answer until we pressed new reservation option. We were put on hold and when the person got back on he said it’s 1:02 am and we can’t provided transport. Took us and hour to get an Uber in the rain, and didn’t get in until 2am. They didn’t even try to assist

I have been staying at this hotel for my work trips over the past 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the hotel. They truly put forth the effort to ensure that their guests have the best stay possible. They are prompt, attentive, polite, friendly, and always have a smile on their face. On one occasion, the nighttime front desk staff noticed I had several bags to carry on my own and ensured I had a first floor room without me even suggesting anything. Another time I forgot a valuable item and they contacted me immediately to come pick it up. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. They have a large desk to do my work comfortably. I bring my own food, and the full size fridge, microwave and kitchenette are perfect for my needs. Breakfast options are healthy and the Indian restaurant on site has delicious food as well. The price is excellent. My only suggestion is for improvement of the fitness room. I suggest to repair or replace the treadmills and the elliptical and to have cleaning wipes/solution in the room. Both treadmills skip and seem to be a hazard and the elliptical doesn't adjust resistance very well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here in the future.

Close to the airport. Free shuttle. Furniture was showing signs of being used. But…overall was clean and comfortable bed. Good value for the dollar.

Staff is great. Breakfast was good. Area is industrial, so a little inconvenient to drive the area. Property is older and ready for renovation.

Room was equipped with more than I needed,but better more then less,cook top microwave fridge,coffee maker,shelves for groceries. If I had longer stay I would have used these.very clean.my only complaint was I booked an additional day so I could sleep before flying out to go directly to work.communication between staff dropped the ball I was awakened twice asking if I was leaving,had to tell then to check front desk that I paid for additional day.these interruptions prevented me from getting the sleep I had paid for.

Excent place, good price, close to.train transportation. 7 to 12 min Downtown. Clise to airport.

What an absolutely wonderful find. We had a late check in and the front desk got us in quickly and even gave us complimentary soft drinks from the concession store in the lobby (which was well stocked). The room was on the second floor, and at first when I was told there wasn’t an elevator, I was very apprehensive (I had a ton of equipment and heavy bags to transport). However, the stairs were two very easy to handle sets of stairs that led up to a surprisingly clean and comfortable room. Because we arrived so late and had to be back on the road pretty early, we went straight to bed. Wonderful night’s sleep, and woke up to a super clean and well-stocked shower with great water pressure. We got on the road and had one of the best complimentary breakfasts - perfect to grab and go on the way out. The eggs were really fluffy and not at all watery. The sausage was perfectly cooked and the bagels were really good, too. Also, noticed a really nice meeting space on the first floor, clean guest laundry room, and in a super convenient location.

There is only one entrance for the driveway so that was a terrible time trying to figure out a different way when there wasn't one! We had to try to find one because there was a car accident right at the right hand turn to get to the drive way!

This location is close enough to downtown that we were able to attend our games, get food and then go back to the room fairly quickly. The room was comfortable and even had a large fridge, a stove top to cook on and a microwave. It was a fairly quiet place as well.

Excellent location very close to the airport. Convenient to and from it. Comfortable and clean rooms. No complaints.

clean, cheap, kitchenette, swimming pool., great indian and pub food (and you can order from both menus and the food was good at both places. what's not to love?

The hotel itself is old and not that maintained. However the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well.

This is very close to the airport which is why I chose it. The breakfast was really good with cold and hot options. We had a quiet stay in a comfortable bed. Paul checked us in and out and was very hospitable.

Awesome restaurants, cold air conditioning, great shuttle to the airport and wonderful breakfast!

The Suburban Studios was just right for my short trip in regards to being clean, comfortable enough, and cost efficient. The free continental breakfast was a nice bonus. The work out room needs some attention as none of the machines worked properly and, honestly felt unsafe on them! The outside pool was closed but it's not the right season so that made sense. The bar/restaurant has a very friendly bartender who is great - but the food is rough! The garlic cheese bread I ordered was not cooked all the way through - actually didn't even seem cooked! (I ordered to go, and didn't want to walk back to complain!) But, in general, I felt safe which is key when traveling alone and I was comfortable.

Good for the price, conveniently located. The Indian restaurant was pretty good.

Courtyard was very nice to sit in and relax. Breakfast was great. Amelia's Bar and Grill was fantastic. Front Desk personal were great. The only issue I had was that I went down to get an extra blanket to enjoy the court yard further and they would NOT give me one due to a manager needing to be present... I was alittle unhappy with that due to the fact that I needed a blanket bc I was cold at night, and I was unable to be accommodated due to a rule that I was unsure why that had to be. I had to leave the premises, drive to walmart and purchase an extra blanket at about 8:30-9 at night. I didn't much care for that, but I am still giving good reviews bc my stay was rather nice.
