Outdoor entrances were not locking. Adjacent parking lot hosted big-rig trucks that ran their engines for a really long time (after 9p) Ice machine not working. Staff was very nice

This hotel is clean, updated and convenient to the airport. There was definitely more good than bad and we would stay here again, but we did have 2 small complaints. First was the elevator. After using the elevator to take luggage to the 2nd floor, we decided to carry luggage down the stairs when departing. The elevator was slow and creaky to the point that we worried we would get stuck! Second small complaint was that our room, that slept 4, only had 2 bath towels. They provided more upon request.

This place is okay for a night or two stay. I guess I would call it a solid 3 out of 5 stars. There was nothing that made me feel overly uncomfortable but also nothing that made it feel all that great either. The service was okay, the cleanliness was okay, they area was okay (although we did see some strange individuals loitering about outside). One thing I will note is that the "pool" was anything but. I'm not sure if they just don't use it anymore or what but it was a literal swamp outside our window. The cover was on with algae all over it, it was collapsed in and there were lounge chairs on top of it (like upside down on the cover). We had no intention of using it anyway but it did not give off great vibes for overall care of the facility.

Comfortable, mostly quiet. Staff were responsive. Housekeeping was excellent. The "exercise room" is small and outdated. Breakfast was disappointing since they had inadequate stock of things like bagels and fresh fruit (they had no fruit 2 of the days), and the quality and variety of their breakfast array was below average.

We called this hotel twice before booking to ask if there was an indoor pool, in which they said yes! Once we booked and paid, upon arrival we were told there was an outdoor pool which was delapitated and filled with mud. We were highly upset and requested a refund, but was refused by the manager.

Apparently the free shuttle to the airport is not 24 hours a day, Most of the amenities are broken or out of order, they only have one ice machine and it is broken. The doors and exterior access to the building are often broken. Only the front door is available for entry in the evening.

I enjoyed the exercise room for the treadmill, breakfast was good, check-in was easy and fast, location was excellent as it was only 15 minutes to downtown; however there were no tissues in the room and when I asked at the desk for some the clerk said they were not available. Also, the elevator was not working and we had to make 3 trips down stairs carrying luggage - we are over 70 years old!

The property was dirty and outright disgusting, I was given a room and the bed had lipstick marks and black stains all over the sheets, there were pieces of hair also found on the sheets. I then went downstairs to front desk to get a new room. When we walked into our 2nd room the pillows and sheets were just as bad with yet again more dirty black stains! Was told I’d get a refund after 2-3 business days and have still not gotten anything back after walking out. Management told lies over the phone and proceeded to hang up. Will never stay at another quality inn again.

The front staff was very rude. The room we had was dirty and the floor in the bathroom was sticky like it had not been cleaned for awhile. The air conditioner had broken handles and was to operate. Will not stay at another quality Inn every again

Beds were good, everything in working order, room clean even though carpet had a big stain. Check in efficient. Location very convenient to locations we needed to go to. The one downfall was limited parking. We finally squeezed into the last space we could find at 10 pm as a couple of tour buses were taking up multiple spots. Also, there was no dresser in room, so had to set our clothes on top of a chair, there was a closet to hang clothes, only there for 2 nights so it was fine.

No WiFi. Everything is sticky and humid. Tried calling the front desk it rang and rang and rang, nobody ever answered. The room smells like somebody just did a number 2 in the bathroom. I’m greatly disappointed and will never stay at a quality inn again.

We arrived late (midnight) and left early (7:30 am). All night we heard cars starting up and running. As this is an airport hotel, I'd expect some late night and early morning commotion, but there was very little soundproofing between our room and the parking area.

Property was close to the airport and right off the freeway. Bad part was the walls are so thin between the rooms that we could hear the neighbors TV and conversations the entire night as if they were in our room. Didn't get any sleep.

I was denied checkin saying reservation is not confirmed. Dealing with issues of reservation i booked other property then I was told booking is confirmed. Lost my money due to this. Later on when I checked in the room the floor was all wet. Had to request of another alternative the next assigned room had key access issues lost almost 2-3hr due to this in late night. Will never recommend

I received excellent service from the night manager that made arrangements to get me to the motel during after hours. This was a great option for the unexpected overnight stay in Salt Lake City due to delays by the airline.

I was stranded at the SLC Airport and very grateful that this hotel had a room at a reasonable rate. The room was fine. What made the hotel stay above average were two of the staff members -- the wonderful, kind older man who drove the shuttle, and a younger man who checked me in. I'm sorry I didn't get either of their names. But I felt very welcomed at the hotel.

On a Saturday morning front desk left unattended with a box that says be back in 10 minutes. It’s been 20! Fitness center door won’t open. Hotel is run down. Walls are paper thin. We didn’t sleep because other hotel guests were up making noises all night long. Pay more and stay somewhere better!!!

Room was basic but clean. Hotel was in a decent area and close to the airport but there weren't many dining choices nearby especially fast food options. There were a couple sit down places but not much overall. Overall a decent hotel for the price for the night before an early flight.

Room and hotel was good, however, the breakfast served was dismal! We were offered toast or bagels or waffles. We just came from a stay at another quality inn and their breakfast offered eggs, sausage, hash browns, yogurt and a few other options . We always take advantage of the breakfast offered at our hotels, so this will go on the list of do not return.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, well appointed room. Great bed, firm but very comfortable!! Great shower, lots of hot water!! They provide large shampoo and conditioner dispensers attached to shower wall, which is very convenient. Full, hot breakfast was awesome!! Eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, toast,y yogurt, fruit.

We stayed there for a night before taking flight next morning. Pickup shuttle is shared by 3 hotels and only comes every 45 minutes and it has limited space. Drop off was faster as it was just us getting dropped off. We had to call hotel to get added to pickup list and also book the shuttle for drop off at front desk. Room had a weird smell. Didn’t used TV or pool etc. Hotel is pretty close to airport, clean, decent size room. Breakfast had bread, bagels, donuts, juice, tea, coffee and a waffle maker. Cereal they had only fruit loops. I booked the room for 3 people and they only put the towels for 2 people and we had to ask for more at front desk.

The property was clean. The bed was ok but the pillows were not comfortable. A full breakfast was advertiswd on Expedia but it was not full. Waffles, cold cereal, bagels and yogurt. No protein.
