The two bedroom with living room and kitchen was perfect for our family. AC was excellent and needed because it was hot in SLC. Pool was out of commission but looked lovely. Sad we couldn’t enjoy. Breakfast was great and the space was always clean and well kept. Beds were hard but did the job. Facility looked renovated. I would stay again especially for the price. It worked beautifully.

Great place to stay. Wonderful breakfast. Loved the room/s. Beds were comfy. A/C worked well. In room phones didn’t work. No biggie with cell phones, but why are they still there? 1 of our 3 tv’s in our 2 bedroom suite didn’t work. We were offered to move rooms, but we didn’t want to do that. No biggie. Balcony was nice. One staff was unhelpful. We were told upon checking in that the pool was out of order for the entire weekend. He offered no apologies or discount. My kids were disappointed. Called the day after check out and was told they were still fixing the pool…it happens so the manager did give us a discount. Very happy. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice but it was in a shady part of town, I had to walk across a poorly lighted parking lot to get to a second building where my room was. But the worst part of all to me was the fact they charge $10 for a parking pass yet but there parking lot was full so I had to park on the street.

The hotel staff here was great. I stayed here one night as it was the halfway point during my cross country move. When I arrived in my 22' box truck, the staff walked out front and showed me where I'd be able to park without getting towed, which was super helpful. I was traveling with two pets (dog and cat) and they only charged me for one. There were pet potty stations throughout the property, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and everything worked. Checkin/ out was quick and simple. Best of all, this hotel is in a great location which made it super convenient for finding dinner (I really didn't want to drive a giant moving truck around to find a place to eat). Highly recommend to anyone traveling with pets and kids!

The outside of the hotel is clean and safe. The inside condition is fair. The walls and floors need deep cleaning. The hotel is in a good area of town, and restaurants/shopping are in walking distance.

Blood and pee in beds. Maybe bed bugs, dirty rooms. Poop on sheets. Completely filthy. Stayed 3 nights. No room service when requested. Called front seat and room service over and over with no answer. No bedding or sheets for pull out bed. Talked with front desk they apologized but didn’t offer any help. List goes on and on

While the hotel was conveniently located, there were a few aspects of my stay that could be improved. I found the front desk staff to be somewhat distant and not particularly welcoming during check-in. The room was not very soundproof, and noise from neighboring guests late at night made it difficult to rest properly. Some of the in-room facilities seemed a bit outdated, and a few of the light bulbs were not functioning. I hope the hotel will consider addressing these issues to enhance future guest experiences.

Breakfast was so good! Lots of variety, real eggs, oatmeal and waffle bar, fresh fruit and coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, bagels...breakfast was my second favorite part. My first favorite was the balcony off of each room. The king bed was very comfortable and the room was super spacious. Was not happy about paying 10$/day for parking-- there appeared to be plenty of parking so it was confusing why there should be an additional charge on top of the room rate. Overall, great location across from an open park with multiple breweries and restaurants within 0.5 miles. I would mostly likely stay again if I was in the area.

The hotel was nice, the walls are paper thin… it was very loud. Who ever was staying one floor up. I could hear every footstep.. it was just loud inside the hotel, and the traffic noise was quite loud also

Very disappointed in the condition of our unit, we looked out into another building so we had no view. The ceiling in the shower was peeling and crumbling. The ceiling in the living room had been touched up, but not painted the kitchen faucet was broken. The TV only allowed you to stream there was no cable. The comfort of the beds and pillows were terrible.

Check in was a breeze. Front desk was very helpful. Our room had a sofa bed. Mattress on sofa bed was absolutely the worst. Bedroom bed was nice. Bathroom door would not close all the way. Walking distance to many places in downtown. Breakfast was one of the best ive ever seen.

This hotel would've easily got 5 stars from me.... but they put me in room 232. So instead of a view of downtown, i got a face full of air conditioners at eye level. I just kept the curtains closed the whole time. Also the thermostat wasn't functioning. I could turn the AC on and the fan on and it wouldn't do anything. Even though there were 10 or so outside my window. It was 78 degrees at least the whole time. And the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like a dying animal. I'm confident any of the other rooms would be perfect. If they say you're in room 232, ask for another room.

Overall, nice hotel. It's a little on the older side and could use an upgrade. It's a pretty friendly hotel, so you'll see lots of furry friends there. Staff was fantastic. The Wi-Fi died on our last day, so that was inconvenient, but we survived. It was nice that this hotel was walking distance to lots of downtown attractions. Decent hotel breakfast. Good parking and includes a parkade, which was great and appreciated. We were in a suite, which was HUGE and would be perfect for family with kids. Windows are older, so they don't stop the noise all the great, but it was a fairly quiet area, so no major issues for us. The furnace is pretty loud.

We were very happy with our stay. Our 1 bedroom suite was not ready when we checked in so we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite for no additional cost. It was clean, quiet, and spacious! The front staff was extremely friendly, especially Gerri! She was incredibly kind to all and had a fantastic sense of humor!

Do not book this hotel. They will NOT honor pre made reservations. There were 4 groups left WITHOUT hotel rooms the same night. All of us scrambling to find a room @ 7pm. Disgusting

There were no blankets and pillows for the pullout bed in the room, when o called the front desk to ask for them, they told me I had to come to the front desk to come and get them. I had my two children in their PJs and it was late at night, we had to walk out of our building through a snowy parking lot at night to go get these items. I do not see why they cannot be stored in the rooms. No customer service about this matter. And there was no hot water for our showers! Less than 2 minutes into our showers in the morning, we lost all hot water and were then forced to finish in a very cold shower. Very unpleasant experience!

Our room did not have hot water and the front desk didn’t switch us to another room until we visited them in person. They tried to fool us in the phone call said they ran out of the room and refused a refund. Very terrible experience

The employees look like there just tired and done with there job. Late night front desk will sit there and make you come get your own stuff while they play on there phone. Other than that very clean!

I’ve stayed at several Residence Inn properties, but this one stood out in a big way. The staff were very courteous. One of the staff even offered us his personal fan so we could have some white noise when sleeping. Top notch.

The hotel was just a few minutes drive from the train station, which is nice because the train arrived at 1:30am! There were plenty of breakfast choices too. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

This is a very nice property. Very convenient to the medical facilities. Our room was excellent, very clean, quiet, comfortable and large. The outside was somewhat dirty, parking was very scarce. The breakfast was outstanding, food great, excellent variety, very clean, spacious breakfast room. Staff nice and accommodating.

Everything was great with our stay except the breakfast. Eggs, Sausage and Potatoes were dry and not even warm. Asked why they were not even warm and did not get any help from person in the dining area. Very disappointing since this is something a guest pays for in their stay.
