Clean inside and the grassy areas surrounding the hotel, which was perfect for our dogs. Ample parking, convenience of going with the dogs on the side door rather than through the lobby. Clean bedding and towels. They even have a laundry room; while we did not need to use it, it is a very nice convenience to have.

Every staff member that I encountered was a genuinely nice person and immediately made me feel happy to be there. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent. Cleaning service was perfect. Pool was great for our child. Thank you.

Staff were wonderful but our room was dirty and smelled terribly. In fairness, I did not report it to the staff because it was late and I didn’t have the energy to change rooms…thought it would be ok. But the room was damp, smelled like mold so badly, the smell woke me up throughout the night. Ants in the bathroom. Lots of broken items and stains in the room. Would not stay here again.

Such a nice restful 2night stay while visiting family. Property including lobby and room was nice,fresh and so clean. Staff ALL so friendly with smiles from Front desk staff, to housekeeping, to the little gal that prepared breakfast. Breakfast was great, even tho I arrived a little late. Will definitely stay here again when I come back in a couple of months.

There was a major leak in the bedroom that had a musty smell, a machine that was filled with water three times I was there (that I had to empty three times). The carpet was wet. We were not informed of this prior to entering the room. Disappointing to have to not use part of the room due to this issue.

We were so disappointed in this hotel! Our room was VERY small, the curtains didn’t pull…had to stand in a chair and yank from the top to close them, our room was NOT freshened the next day while we were out…very smelly at night! I would NOT recommend it…and …we paid over 300 per night because of student move in week!!!!

This is an older HI Express that is a bit worn around the edges. The TV in our room did not work, the desk clerk came to the room and could not make it work. They offered to change rooms but we were already unpacked and decided not to. The rates are high for what you get.

The hotel was okay, nothing over the top about it. Room seemed to be clean. The bed was very firm and you had two pillow options. It was surprisingly quiet. There were several tractors for trailers parked in the lot the night before and we didn’t hear the leave that morning. It is a college town and had lots of hotels in the area, IGH was toward the higher end of rates.

Great quick one night trip, would stay again. Breakfast was a bit lack luster but for a free breakfast you can only complain so much. The cinnamon rolls and coffee were good though. Room was clean and front staff were very nice and accommodating. One of the beds was a little lumpy and leaned but still slept ok. For being a busy weekend they kept up well. Would stay again if in the area for sure!

It was a nice stay, my only concern, as I understand is a concern for others is the constant dripping of the A/C outside on the window sill, it can make sleeping challenging at night, its quite loud. But everything was clean, the front desk staff very kind and accommodating, especially Amy, she was a dear! The cleaning staff were very helpful and kind, especially the woman on our hall the weekend we were there (sorry don't know her name) short hair, super sweet. Brand of Coffee at breakfast bar could be improved, not great. My husband enjoyed the breakfast and snacks. Some Gluten free options would be nice. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again, and we recommend it. :-)

We had an issue and needed to talk to customer service but because we did the reservation through Expedia, we could not get in touch with an actual person. Because we did not have a Holiday Inn confirmation number, the automated service would hang up on us and not send us to an actual person. We also had a difficult time finding the number to the front desk but when we did, they could not help either. My daughter said the hotel itself was okay but wotht he issues we had, i will not stay at a Holiday Inn again.

The hotel sign is not illuminated making hotel hard to find from main street. Hummer parked taking up two handicapped spaces desk clerks did nothing to have vehicle moved or ticketed. Bathroom wall soiled, toilet paper holder rusted, no room service performed until I requested about 4pm and then it was minimal. Pancake machine not working. no oatmeal, poor selection of breakfast items. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Our room was very clean. The bathroom could have used a good deep clean. The grout and bath tub was a little grimy. Our pillows were not comfortable. They barely had anything in them. Breakfast was yummy. The sausages were not warm enough. The coffee cups were very cheap and the lids did not fit. I took a drink and it spilled all over my shirt. The staff was friendly but not anything spectacular. We would recommend this place.
