Very pleasant and helpful staff...hotel was clean and in good shape, however, the gym did not have a bench for working out. Breakfast seemed to be higher quality than most hotels. Will be staying there again.

As usual, the staff was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. There is a nice variety for breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit. When we visit Lynchburg, this is where we choose to stay. The only negative is that that there is only one elevator to service three floors. But it is not enough of a negative to cause us to stay somewhere else.

The rooms were clean and the food was amazing. Nice and quiet as well. All the added amenities were nice and clean as well. Only thing I didn’t like was the elevator shaking when trying to catch onto the tracks every time we went up. Not sure how long it was doing that before we got there, but I’m pretty sure the staff knew about it. Other than the elevator the stay was amazing!

We did not get much sleep due to the people beside us being extremely loud all night and the people above us being loud all night. However the hotel was clean and staff friendly. The pool was smaller than expected but still nice to have a pool to cool down in.

We had an amazing stay at Comfort Inn while picking up our son from college. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The rooms were super clean and cozy. The hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back for again for our future stays in Lynchburg.

Under the lip of the bathroom sink was filled with mildew and possibly mold. The breakfast area was disheveled and the garbage (both) were over flowing. The coffee in the carafe was luke warm at best. The front desk personnel was friendly for the most part. I don’t know the man’s name who was a bit of a grump so I won’t describe him bc then it would be offensive. But other than him, front desk was very nice.

Great stay, front desk staff at check-in was extremely welcoming!! Hotel was nice and clean, room itself was clean and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, toilet bowl had not been cleaned and had disgusting residue all around the inside and rims. Other than that room smelled fresh and appeared clean.

The workers at the front desk were friendly. Check in was ok. The room was comfortable but not the cleanest. Inside and outside of microwave was dirty. There was a lot of dust and hair in the drawers of the dresser and bedside table. I probably wouldnt stay again.

I always love staying here whenever I visit. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, ALL of the staff are super awesome people and really help you to feel at home and taken care of. Also, the fresh lemon water is just the perfect cherry on top. The breakfast is great. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage and of course, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Excellent set-up. I worked out in their gym and the weights and machines they have are perfect for keeping up with your workout routine. Like I said, always love staying here whenever I visit my family. A gem of a hotel.

First we were there 3 days and room was never cleaned. We went and requested room service but never received it. We had to go get towels. The second day the girl at desk took room info but still room never cleaned. We went to get towels that night when we returned and was told we had to bring dirty towels to get more and that she only had 2 clean towels anyway. I always use this hotel chain but never had this experience.

Although we did not stay our 2 nights at Comfort Inn because of an emergency and a 3 day stay in Lynchburg General Hospital we could not get a refund. I would have settled for 1 nights refund. I never used the key or experienced the cleanliness or free breakfast. I was very dissapointed. BTW the hotel had names mixed up on reservations.

Our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites in Lynchburg was very pleasant, thanks to the attentive staff. When we first got there, our keys wouldn't work in the door. The staff made it their first priority to come personally to the door and solve the glitch. After that, they made sure we were comfortable by providing us with extra bedding. They were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. And the complimentary breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious food to meet our dietary requirements. All this at a very reasonable rate! We will definitely choose this hotel again if we travel to the Lynchburg area.

This reasonably priced hotel is a jewel. I have an allergy and request a room that has had no service animals. The next day, I was itching, so they moved us to another room with ease. The manager was invaluable, and the desk check was great. The breakfast was great, and I liked the pool. We had an appointment with a doctor at the Virginia Baptist Hospital. The place is a family-type hotel, very safe, with friendly staff. I rate this place five stars plus. Thank you.

This hotel is our go to place while in Lynchburg. The staff is excellent meeting our needs. Breakfast was delicious as always. Douglas (sorry i think this was his name) was very helpful. He gave me a list of restaurants surrounding the hotel, was helpful with computer and printer fixes, and greeted guests so genuinely. Welcome cookies were delicious too!

The staff were friendly and greeted us as we walked in, were very courteous and went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay. From iced lemon water in the lobby to cookies on the counter of the front desk, and hearing them talking about refreshing guest amenities to ensure they were up to quality standards, we could easily see the care that goes into each customer's experience at this property. Our room was spotless and well appointed, breakfast was great, I can't think of anything that could have made our stay any better than it already was. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

This hotel is very conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. It can be noisy depending on which side of the hotel your room is. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of items including eggs and sausage, a good balance of protein and carbs. We appreciated having coffee, cookies, and lemon water in the lobby. Housekeeping took good care of us with fresh towels. The best gem was the breakfast hostess, Martha Ann. She served us two out of the three mornings we were there. She gave the breakfast experience a personal touch with her hospitality.

Perfect for 2 night visit. As normally stay in Marriott brands, this hotel was definitely on par. Service excellent with 2 persons always at front desk. Room was as nice, clean & good King bed. A/C cold, large closet, no complaints. Breakfast fine, suggest add bacon.
