The room was very large and had a great kitchenette. There’s even a communal kitchen down the hall and grills out on the patio. Breakfast was delicious! Homemade sausage gravy, and breakfast sandwiches and much more! Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this inn!

Our family has stayed here many times. It is a favorite spot as our cockapoo is always welcome. He spilled some of his water and I used a washcloth to wipe it up. The flouring looked clean, but a single swipe revealed that it was not clean at all. The wash cloth was filthy.

This hotel was exceptionally clean!! We especially appreciated that there were not any chemical or perfumy fragrance smells from any cleaning products nor in any linens or bedding. It was so easy to relax as soon as we got to our room without any wories about cleanliness or annoying perfumes.

I-90 is very loud on the backside of the hotel. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room that does not face the interstate.

The bed was comfortable and the amenities were pleasant . There was something in the foundation of the bed that had a loud metallic pop when we would get in and out of it. The TV service was poor. There was no guide, the channel lineup provided was was inaccurate. It was evidently a streaming service that would just stop quite regularly We had previously stayed at this motel and seemed better kept up . There were some fault obvious maintenance issues. They seemed understaffed. The Expedia rating was 9.4 but our experience would put it in the low 7's.

Nice hotel, conveniently located right next to I-90 - but at the same time, very quiet - couldnt hear any highway hoises. Easy walking distance to multiple food options. Lots of parking space. Beds were good and the room size was just right. The bathroom felt a little small, though, but it was convenient to have the sink outside. The morning breakfast was really good and filling - hot eggs, sausages, breakfast burritos and make your own waffles, plus other breakfast items. We don't go to Moses Lake that often, but if we are ever this side, we will stay here again.

Excellent! Check in was easy, parking abundant, room was new with new comfortable bed.Coffee/tea bar with freshly baked cookies in lobby. Good choices for breakfast. Safe and quiet environment. Staff was really great.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were awesome! The general manager Lauren and assistant manager Bee exuded my expectations of customer service. The breakfast that was provided was outstanding! Cleanliness and customer service are my main two deciding factors when choosing a hotel. The Inn at Moses Lake was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and their services met our every need. We will definitely be back and recommend their facility to others!!

We experienced exceptional customer service from when we first arrived for the check in and throughout our two-day stay. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating - they answered questions and provided helpful information in a timely and professional manner. The buffet breakfast served each day was clearly much higher quality than most hotel breakfast offerings of a similar star quality. We would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future if we ever have the need to visit the area.

My problem was the housekeeping started next door to my room. It was 8am. The vacuum, the talked roght outside my room because that is where they parked thecarts. My dog was barking everyevery ttime the were in the hallway. I was hoping to sleep in.

Overall a nice overnight stay. The room was great, very clean, roomy and well equipped. Staff was present and helpful, check-in was easy and lobby/dining area was nice. The road noise from I-90 was very apparent, though, and location was a ways from the main part of town. All-in-all, a good place to stop and stay as we traveled East.

Very nice but the breakfast food was not very warm. We couldn’t eat it. Eggs were cold and so were the sausages. We enjoyed the other food items. A bit noisy, walls are thin. We were woken up at 6:30am by the room beside us arguing.

Best free hotel breakfast I have ever had! In addition to the usual cold options, there were multiple delicious hot dishes: 3 kinds of sausages, scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits & sausage gravy, and waffles. Room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

this was a very quiet and clean location. Has easy access from the freeway. The most notable thing was an amazing continental breakfast free with your stay stay. I have never seen such a wide variety of offerings. They had spectacular breakfast options. 10 out of 10!

From the outside this hotel looks like all of the others but a local owner must be watching because the staff is so nice and helpful. The food for breakfast was a cut above. And guess what? Really a Sunday Seattle newspaper!! The bed was comfy and the air conditioning works. Good shower pressure!! STAY AT THIS PLACE.
