We really enjoyed our stay! The attention to detail was great, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was very good! Our only disappointment was that our timing was bad because the hot tub was broken but being fixed the day we checked out. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Room was nice staff was helpful in adding an extra night to our stay. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool area could have been cleaner. Somehow sand had been tracked in on the floors (probably from unregistered people) and not swept for the days during our stay. Would stay again convenient location

There are so many great things to say about this property. It is 5-minutes from the Pasco (Tri-cities) airport and the airport shuttle is 24/7. Our shuttle arrived within 6 minutes of my call. The free breakfast is probably the best I've had at a property where free breakfast is one of the amenities...they even had an omlette bar and the omlette's were as good as any restaurant. The rooms were exceptionally clean and everyone was incredibly nice. The only downside has nothing to do with the property. There is a dorm being built next door and the building vibrates when the machibery gets going, so as long as you are not trying to sleep late, it is fine. Otherwise, it is very quiet. We will definitely stay here if we have another opportunity to do so.

Another guest before us left their dirty socks under the tv stand. I just picked them up and threw away. I let front desk know, maybe pay attention to a little more detail in house keeping. Overall great place to stay and will again. Thank you.

Loved my stay! The staff are nice, and helpful. The hotel is modern, clean. The rooms are spacious and our room had high ceilings. The breakfast that is included is one of the best I’ve ever had- a good selection of items, and everything seemed fresh. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel rooms our tall and very spacious. Breakfast was excellent and it was nice they had a restaurant which was great after a long day for travel. Right next to airport but room had great insulation as we couldn’t even here dogs bark from adjacent room(we had two rooms), nor any airplanes.

Perfect for grabbing an early morning flight. They even packed us a grab&go breakfast. Ended up with a suite with a sitting room as well as a bed (2 TVs). So comfortable! Staff was quick to fix problems (TV remote stopped working) and pleasant all around. Will stay here again.

I was on the first floor by the exit door, and that door is so loud everytime someone opens and closes it. It must have just been a busy morning, because it seemed like it would open and close every 5 minutes.

Best Western treated us amazing during our short stay. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We were also offered breakfast to go because we would miss the breakfast at 6am due to our flight. The shuttle is also available whenever we needed. Fantastic service!

I had added a day to my reservation on expedia, front desk didn't find the reservation and initially, one of them didn't know what to do and the Other one was dismissive asking me to sort it out with expedia after I drove 6 hours. manager intervened and fixed it. she was friendly and sorted things out. very close to the airport

One of the ladies at the front desk was VERY RUDE!!! She did not share with me the hours of breakfast and / or the instructions for WiFi… The other lady at the desk (Latina) was VERY WONDERFUL as well!!!! She made sure I knew about the hotel inside and outside surroundings The shuttle driver / staff person Gloria was VERY WONDERFULLY!!!!

Outstanding Staff. Superb Food and Beverage opertion. The breakfast is the best free option in the Tri-Cities (includes a omelet station!!!). The bar and grill has good variety. Outstanding staff members deserving mention -- Juana omelet station and Misty bar.

Staff is always nice. My room didn’t smell clean had a lingering awful smell from previous people staying in our room. Bed mattress was very uncomfortable can feel the springs. The room was clean it just didn’t smell clean. Also went to attempt to swim pool looked very dirty and cloudy . The spa was the only clear and clean looking place to be in. The indoor pool room was hit AC was either off that day or not working it felt like a sauna. I have stayed at best western primar for years I enjoyed the friendly staff and the hotel always smelled clean and has been the cleanest BWP. I felt very disappointed with this stay.

After a long day of driving, I arrived only to realize I had accidentally booked a non-refundable reservation for three weeks later. Completely my mistake! The wonderful young lady at the front desk, whose name started with a C, went above and beyond to change my reservation so I could stay that night. Her kindness and understanding turned a very stressful situation into a huge relief. Even though the hotel’s boiler had unexpectedly failed and there was no hot water, I honestly didn’t care. I was simply so grateful to have a room thanks to her incredible customer service. She is a true asset to your team. Thank you again!
