Overall nice place. Ran out of tissues first night and they didnt check the room while we were gone to see if anything needed refreshed but we made do. Loved tbe full size fridge with a working ice machine. Friendly staff.

Comfortable hotel and beds. Kitchen includes sink, toaster, fridge/freezer and cook-top. There are no plates, utensils or pots and pans. They do sell those items in the store in the lobby. They do not have a free breakfast option, but are located near several restaurants. Parking area is well-lit. They have a guest laundry. We will stay at a My Place again!

Liz, who checked me in was a delight and super friendly. Then I never saw anyone at the front desk again until I checked out. This was a bit disappointing as I was needing packets of coffee since there was only one in the room when I arrived. It was very nice having an ice maker in the fridge that was actually cold, kudos to that. I did feel bad for the gentleman who wanted to do his laundry but the hotel was using the guest facilities and had it closed. Maybe the hotel should have their own backup machines, or leave a couple machine available for guest.

ADA bathroom was nice, room clean. Lighting was so dim we needed to use our phone lights. It took 4+ hours for ice machine to make 8 ice cubes. Front desk could not provide ice for us. Mattress was very low to floor, it appeared to be just on bed frame, no box springs. Fire alarm went off and there was no refuge area for handicapped to call so we had to use elevator. Fire crew came @nd it appeared that the problem that occurred was ‘a repeat’ and has not been taken care of by the motel. Won’t be staying at any My Place in the future.

If I could give it 0 stars I would Unclean and Unprofessional – Would Not Stay Again. Our crew checked in and immediately found bloodstains on the beds and an overall unsanitary room. When we brought this to the front desk, Brittany was extremely rude and unhelpful. The condition of the room made it impossible to stay, and we had to leave and find another hotel. Despite calling and emailing several times, management never responded or offered any resolution. Also Carly was rude as well. The only kind employee I spoke with was Esme who left a note for the manager and rudely the manager never reached out. Completely unacceptable for a paid reservation.

Within minutes of entering the room, I found multiple bugs near the window, on the ceiling, on the floor and in the bathroom. Went to inform the front desk and they said the manager was off this weekend and she would follow up with me on Monday. The hotel was totally booked so they could not give me a different room but they also offered zero solutions and didn’t even offer to have someone clean it agai. They said have pest control come out next week (which doesn’t help for my night I was here) Absolutely disgusted. The room was also VERY muggy and everything felt stick and smelled. Noisy all night with doors slamming and people running down the stairs. Never staying here again. Horrible experience.

My room smelled like wet dog, I talked to the front desk and was told they could not do anything as they were sold out which I understand but she was rude about it the next morning another guest person went up and smelled the room and agreed and gave me the information to the manager who called and promised a reduction of fifty percent off and wa free night next time and guess what never recieved refund and he no longer works there and never noted anything I will never stay here again pet friendly means they need to take extra care after pets stay my clothes and luggage stunk or dogs

Water got on the floor and I cleaned it up and the towel was so dirty from the floor. The blow dryer did not work. Walked on the carpet with white socks and they were black. We only had enough to make one cup of coffee.

Hotel was in a good location. Just off the interstate and near a lot of businesses and the sports complex I was there for. Room was bigger than I expected with full refrigerator., stove top, work desk and tub/shower combo. I stayed 3 days and little disappointed there wasn’t room service on day 2 but no biggie.

It was a nice place with fantatic staff and very clean with nice comfortable beds. The biggest drawback was how noisy it was. We were on the second floor and it sounded like people above us were syomping. Doors to the tooms always slammed close.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIFICALLY SPEAKING ABOUT THE MANAGER WAS TERRIBLE! She was a EXTREMELY Rude, Disrespectful, & Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Will NOT be staying there again and I DON’T recommend anyone else to waste their money staying there either. THERE ARE TWO OTHER HOTELS RIGHT NEXT TO HERE THAT ARE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT DEFINITELY WORTH the LITTLE EXTRA COST

It was a nice room. When I came in to check in and there was no one around for quite awhile. I was saying “Hello” no one came. I was not offered a free water bottle as shown on the video commercial I was standing there watching while waiting for someone to show up.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with dining suggestions. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Bed seem just a bit mushy but we're used to a firmer mattress at home. Overall a great place to stay.

Property was fine. Room and television VERY basic. Gal that checked us in, wrote room number in room key holder. Room keys didnt work, went back to desk, she rescanned keys. We opened room and it was occupied. Clothes, belongings and two unmade beds. She gave us wrong room trying to blame it on computer. room 310 can be confused with 318. Also found it odd dogs were only allowed on floors 2 & 3. Why not 1 closest to exits for pottyjng🤔

The location is right off the highway and lots of shopping and options to dine all around the hotel. It was very quite and clean and even got to see fireworks from my window on the weekend.

Everything was flawless on our one night stay. The lack of free breakfast was notable in a less than satisfactory way. There was an option of buying breakfast and have it delivered to your room. And since the room had a kitchenette, it probably wouldn't matter on a longer stay but for us it was a disappointment.

I had woke up at 4:00 a.m. that morning so around 1:00 I stopped and asked what time I could check in (to take a nap). She checked to see what type of room I had requested and, since one was ready, she got me in right then. I was so pleased! I was a bit confused about having a kitchenette but no flatware, plates or cookware.

I enjoyed my stay there. I just wish that their breakfast options were better clarified online. They do not provide complimentary breakfast as other hotels offered. You can purchase from their food kitchenette a breakfast of sort but it costs. The price was not comparable to a cheaper breakfast elsewhere.

My Place is a nickel and dime operation. One pod of coffee if you want another so your spouse can have a cup you can ask and that will be $2.00. Over priced, I will not stay at this brand ever in the future.
