Be aware that if you stay on the second floor of this property there is no elevator. The freeway noise is pretty bad, you can hear the drag races up and down the road all night. The neighboring door slams makes your door rattle. A suggestion for the management staff, not the employees but the people who run it. The higher ups, a list in the rooms of the times breakfast is, when the pool hours are and those items would be nice. Especially at the front counter. And the food at breakfast. You had all the rooms booked , with hungry wrestlers and staff running around ragged (they were so awesome answering questions and getting extra towels, or telling people where the ER was after injuries and such) The front desk was a lot overwhelmed the weekend of Washington State Wrestling, when rooms begin booking up like that. Maybe ....just maybe put some extra people on???

Overall we loved our stay and will come back again. We were disappointed on our first night that the hot tub was cold. We alerted the front desk and the next day the maintenance had it repaired so we were able to enjoy our time it in on the second night. We would like a no kid time as there were quiet a few kids that came in and were extremely loud. Breakfast was delicious. We would recommend a second waffle maker. Also adding sugar free syrup and some chocolate chips for extra topping choices.

Cleanest room and bathroom I've ever seen. Nice furnishings - not fancy, but comfortable and in good taste. Blackout curtains worked great as did the A/C. Nice to have access to coffee in the room and in the lobby 24/7. Location at the corner of an off ramp and increasingly busy street makes it noisy. I felt very safe inside the property, but I was concerned about my vehicle. It just seemed vulnerable but nobody bothered it. The breakfast was the usual fare. Nothing special but certainly adequate and much appreciated. Expected yogurt and some fresh fruit, but none in sight. Didn't use pool, laundry or exercise room. It will be nice when some food places get built nearby. Easy access onto the freeway. The only things that could have been improved was the personality of the person at the desk when I checked in. She wasn't rude or inept; she just had no sparkle and didn't really act like she cared if I checked in or not.

The hotel gets the basics right: comfortable mattresses and clean linens; clean bathrooms; good A.C.; good blackout window shades; good free breakfast; very helpful staff. Areas that could be improved: carpets need replacement throughout hotel; cleanup from errant smoking (hotel is all non-smoking) should be stronger (one room had legacy smoke smell); power ports should be modernized (no USB in room).

My goal with this review is to warn anyone else that might be considering staying here and is looking at the pictures of the facility. They are very misleading. When we first arrived we had the feeling based on our surroundings that it wasn’t a very safe and clean environment. We walked in and Teresa the front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful, she checked us in to our first room. The room was filthy and there was pubic hair on both bed sheets and the room smelled like an odor. I went down to speak to Teresa again and she was immediately apologetic and moved us into our next room. The second room was cleaner but also had a nasty odor. After that I decided to try for a refund and we ended up staying at the best western. Rooms are small, bathroom reminds me of a camper bathroom, no vanity space to get ready for the day. We just didn’t feel safe staying there. Pay the extra $50-$100 and stay at the best western. The only positive was Teresa’s customer service. She was great

Booked 3 consecutive nights. After third time of being treated poorly by front desk staff member, decided to check out a day early. Was still charged for third night as well as "early departure" charges- had I know that I would have left all the lights on and the hot water running before leaving- Never again at this establishment

Check-in was a bit slow and the front desk lady seemed tired. I know it was a busy day for her so I understood her lack of enthusiasm or big welcome. The pool is smallish but the kids loved it. Staff let the kids play in the pool and be annoying. They are 12 & 13 year old soccer boys and they don't get together outside of soccer much so this was so fun for them. They have a hot tub too and they enjoyed that as well. Breakfast was great. Both Sat and Sun biscuits and gravy with a ton of other choices. All adults and kids were satisfied. The location was wonderful for the field. There are new restaurants to check out right down the street. There is also a Shakey's Pizza with a huge game room for you to waste your money but kids have fun. The manager at Shakey's is awesome too. Super accommodating with groups! Go a little further with to Richland and eat at Texas Roadhouse. It was amazing and service was amazing with our group of 10! This hotel is not fancy dancy but I felt safe with the kids and myself. Yes you hear the freeway but I'm a good sleeper. =)

We had to make changes to our reservation and Hotels.com was far from helpful. The gal at Sleep Inn was AMAZING though. She went out of her way to help us. She made a stressful situation so much better. We will stay there every time we visit Pasco because of her. I think her name was Claire. We will let all our friends know as well. The world needs more Claires!!

The higher ups, a list in the rooms of the times breakfast is, when the pool hours are and those items would be nice. Especially at the front counter. And the food at breakfast. You had all the rooms booked , with hungry wrestlers and staff running around ragged (they were so awesome answering questions and getting extra towels, or telling people where the ER was after injuries and such) The front desk was a lot overwhelmed the weekend of Washington State Wrestling, when rooms begin booking up like that. Maybe ....just maybe put some extra people on???

Exceeded my expectations. Service at check in was quick and friendly. There was a line but didn’t have to wait long. Property is nice and quiet the shower pressure is amazing. I would consider staying again when passing through town.

I have stayed at this Sleep Inn over the years for almost 25 years. It's always been modest but well-kept, quiet, and super-convenient to every place I need to go. The access to and from the freeway is as easy as can be.

It was a good property. Clean for the most part. Comfy beds. A little noisy as it’s right by the freeway. There were a lot of kids and pool was over capacity when I tried to take my kid down there. My biggest disappointment was the water temperature for the shower. All I was looking forward to after a long day was a hot shower and it was warm but not warm enough. I probably won’t stay there again but again it was clean and comfortable.

The rooms were so so. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Tables were all dirty, food all over counters, noticed that the front desk employee was doing front desk, folding towels and having to do the breakfast. Maybe management should help them? I won't stay again at this hotel.

Sleep Inn was a great place to stay for a couple of nights. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the quietness of our room. We rarely heard anything once the door was closed. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was spacious and also clean. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Recommend!
