Sleep Inn Pasco Tri -Cities

Breakfast was just average.

No elevators in the building, I was put on the second floor , I wasn’t asked if they can help with luggage up to the 2nd floor. The hotel is noisy and doors were slamming all night. You can clearly hear people in the next room.

Breakfast is ok. The room staying smelled even with the window open. Bed, pillows and blankets comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi very clean.

The entire hotel was spotless and the atmosphere relaxing. The day staff was very helpful. She pointed out shopping in the area and gave dinner recommendations. She asked the night staff to open breakfast early to accommodate our 5:30 departure. The fellow who was on nights was super polite and friendly. I slept well and had a yummy early breakfast, great start to a fun day of fishing!

Elevator was down, hot tub didn’t work. At 8 there was no breakfast had to wait for some wet food eggs. Coffee was out at 9. Have more staff not just one person trying to do a three persons job
