We like the Bed and pillows that guaranteed a good night sleep. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Grounds were clean. We always felt safe. However Hot tub was only working the first night. Staff was so nice and helpful.

I always stay at Hamton Inns, they are clean and decently prices. This time though one of the beds had a very dirty bedskirt. Either blood or ketchup was smeared all over it. Breakfast is included and never disappoints.

The walls in our room were really dirty and scraped up and the HVAC unit squeaks quite a bit. The lobby was really nice, friendly staff, good location but definitely needs a good deep cleaning and interior paint.

We booked on night for weekend and checked in at night. Most things are fine except one thing we found on the bedside table, someone's broken nail! We didn't look at the table as we came in for the night, and no one in our party lost any part of their nails. :(

This was a very clean, newer hotel. Close to the event center where I was attending an expo. Great parking, easy check-in, friendly staff. Will be staying here again.

I suggest they keep a couple of bath chairs on hand for people who have a hard time getting in and out of tubs. Ver comfortable beds. AC was nice and quiet.

Walls in room 235 could use some wall painting. Light from hall shines through under the bottom of room door which lights up the room. I like my room dark when sleeping. Otherwise the room was comfortable, breakfast was nice,customers service was very friendly and accommodating

When I entered my room, I was hit with an odd smell that I could not get used to. It made me not want to be in the room at all. Almost like a stale scent..? I got a new room and it was better. The outside of the building has been updated, but the inside has not. The staff was super nice but the building inside seemed to be in original condition. Needs updating

The free breakfast was great. Room was very clean. I had to stay an extra night due to flight delay. The front desk was very accommodating. The only thing I would comment on was the walk-in shower door got water all over the floor in front of it and if I tried to put a towel on the floor in front of it, the door would bunch up the towel when you opened or closed the door so I couldn't put the bath towel in front to catch the water.

Requested multiple times for a room clean and sheet change. When they finally did come in they emptied two garbages and left clean towels, that looked to be it. I had to chase them down to ask for new sheets to put on myself instead (totally fine and I’m not beneath that but they insisted on taking care of all of it for me. Not impressed.
