Everything was great accept elevator #1 You can hear the cables making noise and the panel that has the display looked to be un screwed so that was going to fall off. The display wasn't working either to let you know what floor you were on. Compared to the other one it just might need maintenance. I know its a older building but it needs someone to look at it. Everything else was great.

Conveniently located to SeaTac Airport. Free shuttle bus to and from airport. We were warmly greeted and welcomed to the hotel by Leaha who made the check in process painless. She provided a recommendation for a restaurant that shares a parking lot with the hotel - Sharps Roasthouse as well as instructions on using the Link light rail system at the airport for a quick trip into downtown Seattle to visit the Pike Place Market. They offer a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning - eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffins, cold cereal, waffles, fruit juices, coffee and hot tea. The room was spacious and clean with a king bed and an upholstered chair for relaxing in as well as a desk chair and workspace. The room also provided a refrigerator and a single cup coffee maker and cable TV. They also provide access to a PC where you can log in and print your boarding pass. We stayed at this property the night before a cruise that departed from Pier 66 in Seattle and we returned on the day of our disembarkation from the cruise for another night before we caught our flight out the next day. I highly recommend this location when coming to Seattle - especially when taking a cruise. They also provided a recommendation for a service that picked us up at the hotel and drove us to the cruise terminal and then picked us back up the following week when it was over. They handled those arrangements for us as well. Stay here - you will not be disappointed.

We were to tired to request a room change since only over night but if it’s like that in Dec/Jan when we return we won’t stay again. Everyone was very friendly but recommend new carpet in 205

Weird placement for the microwave on the bottom shelf in a cabinet. Had to basically get on your knees to see the buttons Overall for the price there are better options on International way….

Good location and shuttle works for airport. Staff is very nice and helpful. My issue is that the TV never works because it shows no signal and when I asked was told that you have to do this whole choosing channel and redirect. I asked for them to put instructions in the room for next time and they said that management did not want to do that. Then how about programming the TVs properly?!

This hotel is well managed, with a professional and welcoming staff. But the hotel itself is in serious need of updating. Our heating/cooling system was loud; the shower was an old and inconvenient design; there was no way to use the toilet without turning on a light (a nite light would suffice); the airport-facing windows were inadequately soundproofed; and the breakfast room was too crowded. Most concerning to us, however, was that only one of the elevators was working. We endured long waits and overcrowding—and worried about what we would do in an emergency. Although I love the convenience of this hotel, which is in easy walking distance of the airport terminals and is adjacent to a very nice restaurant, there are other competitive options nearby. I’m hoping for some remodeling, which would once again make it my go-to option near Sea-Tac.

I love the hotel. The only thing that was a little off was the front desk lady, who I had never seen before, was a little rude, didn’t go over anything with me, no bottled water like I normally get, and acted like I was putting her out when I asked about another reservation I had made the following day for my coworker. She said I didn’t have another reservation but then when I showed her what I had she reluctantly said I did and kind of shewed me off. I was pretty thrown off by her attitude.

We stayed one night after arriving late at night on an international flight. The shuttle bus arrived within 10 minutes after my call. The hotel is close to the airport so it was a quick ride. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the shower was good (very important). The included breakfast was pretty good for a budget buffet. There were several hot and cold choices. This was our second time staying here after a flight and this will continue to be our go to hotel in SeaTac. It's not a high end hotel but it's a great value in the price range.

We arrived around 1:30am after a very long and stressful day. The doors are locked so I kept ringing the bell but nobody came. After 10 min of ringing I looked up the phone number and called. The man who answered the phone was very condescending and his tone was quite rude. He said something along the line about well all you had to do was ring the bell and i told him we had been for the last 10 min. He then said it might be broken. What should've occured upon our entry was "welcome, I am so sorry about that. There might be something wrong with the bell, lets get you checked in". During the check in process, his tone wasnt any better. Got the feeling helping us was the last thing he wanted to do. The room itself was clean but outdated. Breakfast wasn't so great but it was okay and edible. Parking was easy. Location is the best thing about this hotel but there are probably over 10 other options right there too. I will be booking a different hotel for my return flight.
