The building and the room was clean and comfortable. Ample parking in a secure underground garage with Tesla charging was really appreciated. Black out shades on the window was set up so that no light shined in around the edges.

It was nice to be able to walk to the Space Needle, Gates Foundation and the nearby landmarks. It was great that they offered a shuttle to the port for $15 per person. The driver was very helpful at the cruise port. The breakfast was a little expensive however it was nice as a convenience.

The area looks sketchy but we didn’t see anyone sketchy at any time so our concerns for our vehicle outside were not necessary. All parking is paid parking (underground, on the street or in the parking lot across the street $35 USD approximately for each of them). Staff all happy and helpful. Elevator is oddly slow. I counted 30 seconds going down and up including one stop to pick someone else up but waiting for the elevator was always 2 - 5 minutes. All guests we spoke with said they noticed the same. Others that have previously stayed there said it’s always been like that. Room, bathroom and everything in them is clean with all necessities provided. Beautiful view of the Space Needle, very close by although our view was facing in towards a very pretty courtyard. The hotel obviously has 4 sides and a full courtyard outdoors in the middle. Check in and out was very easy. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the attendant offered more specific items such as omelets, breakfast sandwiches etc could be custom made upon request included in the buffet.

Staff was great. Room was clean and stocked. King bed was fine. Bathroom and water pressure/temp was good. Gym was small but adequate (2 treadmills, bike, dumbbells, bench, work out station with pulleys). Breakfast is not free, $20, overpriced. Parking is $30 a night but there is street parking with a max of 4 hours, I just woke up and paid on the app. Internal courtyard and surrounding the block is under construction, crews start at 8am and while the noise wasn't terrible, I also wasn't closest to them. Be aware.

0 issues. Parking costs $39 in 2024 after tax with the garage being behind a roller gate and you can come and go as you please. I call that security and convenience. Considering the room, gym, bar, and breakfast amemities available, I call that comfort. I would stay here again.

Stayed here 1 night, before we got on our cruise. Beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Very convenient to get a shuttle in morning for 15.00 per person. Put your name on list and they will give you an option of shuttle times.

Hotel was very nice. Clean, quiet, and convenient to walk to tourist spots in Seattle. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our vehicle was too tall to fit into the garage on site so the hotel has an agreement with the lot next door. Lot next door is shady looking vacant lot with no apparent parking structure but we had no problems while parked there. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was smelly. Like dog pee and mold every time the ac kicked on. The comfortable was not washed. It had an odor and black stuff on it. I won’t stay there again.

At first, we were given a room with filty carpeted hallway with cardboards spread out on some areas. When inside the room, it smells a strong antiseptic, it made my breathing difficult, the view from the window inside the buildingwas topsy turby. I went back and asked for transfer, there’s no way I can take that room. We were given a room on third floor which was better. When we took the shower this morning, we found out only one towel, one hand towel and one face towel was provided. Both of us, used the one towel. One lady at the elevator said she has the same problem, two towels provided for 5 people in their room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room appeared clean but inside the elevator was fingerprints and unknown smears on surfaces. No washcloths in bathroom is a bummer. The cost was for a premium hotel at $500 for 1 bed but there was no view and a huge A/C unit with humming noise directly out the window. It was a moderate, worn hotel with no breakfast included. The stay was fine but the price did not match the amenities.

our room was right across from elevation, so could hear constantly. Walking into room, had a weird smell to it. Once settled looked cleaned but noticed when opening refrigerator (underneath tv stand) front side of the TV stand was very sticky. One of the night stand you could see drink stains. Bathroom counter realized after was not cleaned as I saw someone's clipped finger nail. Staff at check-in time was very nice. He was very friendly.

The sheets were uncomfortable and loud, the bathroom layout was weird and I had to break my back to reach the toilet paper, the towels were paper thin, the body wash was out, the pack-n-play was incredibly uncomfortable, and the lighting was awful.

Hotel was convenient & clean but room was poorly lit. 1 desk lamp and 1 "flashlight" wall lamp for each bed. Could only read or do a crossword sitting in one corner of the bed. Only one chair ( a desk chair) and that and the toilet seat were so low it felt like you were falling whenever you sat down. I would not recommend it for Sr. Citizens. Room also had a balcony but no chairs and I asked if we could get 2 chairs (even folding or basic conference room chair) but I was simply told "No, we can't do that." We would not stay there again.

Staff was great, I was very concerned with the parking garage height limit. Staff member came out to make sure i didn't hit. Had about a half an inch of clearance. The extra step from staff was above and beyond in my opinion. Was in town for a concert and would definitely stay again.

If you stay they charge you double and won’t refund your money. Send you to customer services and you can’t get through to anyone without a number that is impossible to find. So upsetting. Thanks for taking all my money and not refunding me or allowing any help.Never again will I do this.

So we had a small problem where we requested for three straight days that our room be cleaned. 3 straight days we were told it would be and it wasn't. One front desk clerk saw this as unreasonable and worked to correct the situation, and I was later told by management he shouldn't have. I think there are alot of hard working people who are trying to build a fantastic place to stay.. unfortunately in my experience, the management is preventing this from happening.

Very disappointed in the check in process. We arrived early but waited 3 hours while everyone else walked in and got rooms. We were the first there and everyone else got a room. I asked SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS TOLD THERE WERE NO ROOMS CLEANED YET but people walked in and they got a room. Very frustrating and we have never been treated so disrespectful at any Marriott property before. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. The restaurant staff were all very nice.

By far the most accommodating staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with! My room was not ready upon arrival, however they were beyond accommodating with their complimentary room upgrade, free parking & breakfast (especially when you’ve been driving for 3.5 hours). I was very grateful for the service I received and will be recommending the 4-Points to all my 🇨🇦 friends! Thank you to the awesome staff, I’ll be back!

Every staff member from check in to check out was delightful. We were able to check into our room early on arrival day on checkout day we were able to leave our bags with the front desk so that we could go touring. They were very helpful in providing a reasonable shuttle to get to our cruise ship close proximity to space needle, and 1 mile walk to waterfront and marketplace

This is an “ok” hotel downtown Seattle. It felt a bit run down. And the area seemed a bit questionable. One of the staff said not to walk at night outside. Elevator was very slow. I will not stay here again.

Property located near attractions and ground transit which was great. A new building was going up right next door and property on the other side is vacant with a homeless person living there in a tent. On the whole we felt safe enough to walk to various places.

Inside the facility was fine, the room was clean, and staff were friendly. We went for a concert at climate pledge arena and the15 min walk was fine in the daytime but definitely don’t recommend walking to the hotel or around the hotel area at night. The last 2 blocks were a little sketchy as there was very little to no street lights, multiple homeless setups, and unmaintained sidewalks. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t speak to their food. Uber or ride-sharing was very accessible at this location.

A great property inside, clean rooms halls and lobby with friendly staff. Quite close to public transport, which is somewhat usable. Area around the property was dodgy: - Several homeless people living/openly urinating near a retaining wall adjacent to Mercer St - Cars lined up outside the side entrance door of the hotel with people vaping/living in them - Inconvenient to walk to other parts of the city as you would have to walk around a huge unmaintained vacant lot lined with trash, then under the freeway on Mercer St which looked dangerous This area like many other parts of Seattle, previously known for its great restaurants, coffee shops and activities, now appears to be in a general state of decay, despite the unprecedented prosperity of Microsoft, Amazon and Google who have offices based there. This screams government bloating & mismanagement. The government is doing a very poor job of helping the homeless & local businesses thrive, with many businesses shutting down & people leaving the city.

Location was 10 minutes or less walking distance to the Space Needle. A QKC (Kroger) grocery store with a Starbucks inside was right across the parking lot. Very convenient to pier 91 cruise terminal.

Very convenient. Grocery store across the street. Very close to the Space Needle. Close to the Royal Caribbean pier. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. The only negative is $22 per person for breakfast is ridiculous
