It is advertised that the location is super convenient to come from the airport, should be a 5-15min drive. But after we called the hotel to confirm to pick up from the airport gate, we waited late at night for 1 hour and didn't see any shuttle bus show up. We had to call again to the hotel to learn that the bus didn’t come, and had to wait for another 10-15 min at the airport gate for the shuttle. It was exhausting and if we’d know the waiting is such a long time, we could have walked or took an uber.

Night clerk was rude with attitude. We waited for the airport shuttle for 40 minutes. We called three times and she said “he drove past you three times. I’ll send him again. I don’t know HOW you missed him!” When the driver finally showed up he said he hadn’t gone by once during that time. We knew someone was not truthful. He was to us … not sure about her. Very uncomfortable.

Elevator did not work. I arrived at almost midnight with 5 bags I would not leave in an unsecured parking area. They offered no comment about it other than that is what it is. I did not realize until the next morning, I had to leave early, there was no shower curtain so water got all over the bathroom. They offered no refund or comment. Pay a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else.

Waited for shutte to hotel. Shuttle came and despite 3 people waving at the driver, he just waved back and kept driving. Shuttles are supposed to be every 30 mins but waited another hour and none came so we had to take a taxi. Upon arriving at reception were "greeted" by a lady who just said "my computer's not working" and left us to stand there for 20 minutes whilst she complained to her co-worker. Not a word from her to offer water or an ETA on when we could get into a room. Finally as the numbers of people standing at reception were getting up, the co-worker suggested she could give us rooms and work it out later. It's ok for one night. Plenty of places within walking distance to get food. All in all, overpriced for what it is.

Horrible . Elevator broken. Had to carry luggage up 3 stories . Hotel offered no help. Breakfast was a joke . 2 types of cereal,oatmeal,mini muffins , coffee and yogurt was all that was offered . To make things worse the toaster was broken . No room to unload your luggage and register . Will never stay here again .

TERRIBLE! Waited an hour for airport shuttle pick up due to “traffic” at 10 pm at night. Driver arrived at 11pm. Took additional 30 minutes to check into hotel, 20 other guests waiting to check in at 11 pm at night!!! Chose this hotel for close proximity to airport and shuttle service. Next time I will choose a comparable hotel such as Comfort inn, Ramada, Hampton inn any comparable hotel in the area because we saw at least 3 each of these shuttles making their rounds while we waited an hour for ours. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Staff were friendly. Building is Old, dirty, and in need of repair. Beds were clean but dirty floors and chair in room. The bathroom was old and can’t be cleaned properly with damaged walls and floor tile. Safe place. Very noisy planes and car traffic all through the night.

Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Hotel is in a bad area and is old and outdated. Walking into our room our shoes were sticking to the floor and the shower is one you will want to wear your flip-flops in. The breakfast was a joke. No cups for coffee, no decaf, powdered creamer (yuck), and limited breakfast options.

Pubic hair in bathtub rim, poor repair, 80's furniture w/drill holes left open, not filled, paint peeling above tub, chipped floating floor, just ugly. Rang front desk 8 times before they answered. Yet, still never picked us up. After 1½ hr wait we (us and others) paid for transportation. Breakfast minimal, all starch -Oranges. Good coffee, comfortable beds, nice bathroom mirror. WAY way overpriced. REGRET REGRET REGRET.

It was less expensive than other hotels right next door. I felt safe and the location walkable to several restaurants was convenient. The front desk staff was excellent. That said, the light coming into the room didn’t work, the tissues box was empty, there wasn’t handsoap (asked for and supplied.) The floor in the room was sticky and the room had that cheap perfumie cleaning fluid smell I dislike. The customer in line before me said his window screen was kicked in and wanted to make sure the staff knew he didn’t do it.

the situation I encountered at the Days Inn Hotel in SeaTac, Seattle, was completely unacceptable. The conditions of the hotel were appalling—filthy, outdated, and unfit for habitation by both humans and animals. upon entering I discovered a dead bug, When I called the front desk to address this, they sent the driver instead of environmental services to remove it. Additionally, the sheets were visibly stained, making the room uninhabitable and raising significant safety and health concerns.

This property was descent. Especially considering its price compared to the similar properties around it. It's not the nicest hotel you'll ever stay at, and the common areas were a bit worn down and in need of a deep clean, but the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They have a 24 hour airport shuttle that was prompt at both pick up and when heading back to the airport. Considering the Courtyard next door and the Country Inn across the street charge nearly double per night what this hotel charges, I'd say it's a great option for people needing a more budget friendly option.

Good news. Friendly staff and free shuttle to / from airport and to / from other places in the area. Bad news. Property needs serious updating. Very old and outdated. Our room had so many cracks, dirty areas and probably 3/4" opening in the door to the frame. The fancy new bathroom sink and mirror was not a good band-aid on the rest of the room. Breakfast was very very limited.

The room was pretty clean if a little run down, and the staff was friendly, but there are bright lights all around the outside of the hotel, with lots of outside noise and inside noise. Walls are super thin!

Clean and reasonably comfortable room in a convenient location. The airport shuttle service worked well. Breakfast choices were very limited and not very good. WiFi was poor; it was impossible to access it from the room desk, and only by positioning a device next to the room door could even a weak signal and slow transmission be received.

The area surrounding was loud, and had a lot of transients lingering around the hotel. There was 2 high people, one on the ground of the elevator exclaiming how sick she was. People were yelling around the room outside or in the early hours of the morning… 2-3 am. The bathroom was poorly lit, and there were not enough outlets for personal chargers near the bed. The bed and surfaces were clean, and no bed bugs found on exam. The staff was friendly, timely and accommodating to their capacities. Communicated in a timely manner with airport transit. As good of the staff, the area, and updating of the rooms would keep me from re booking.

The motel and outdoor area could use some love, cleaning, and repair. A basic breakfast is provided with only fruit as a healthier alternative. Coffee is good. I stay here when I travel primarily because the beds and pillows are excellent and linens and rooms have always been clean. Very nice to have 24/7 shuttle service to the airport.

Room itself was fine, the furniture looks pretty worn, but the FLOORS!! Our room looked like it had had a flood and warped all the flooring. They were chipped where the seems had lifted. It was a trip hazard. I walked around barefoot for a bit and then had to wash my feet. I would love to upload the pictures I took but after several attempts I have given up, Photos invalid or exceed size limit

Desk staff is not approachable when I first came. Did not even greet me, just asked for my credit card and that’s it! Did not even bother to show me where the dining is, what time is the breakfast hours, or even the general rules of the Inn (wifi, cleaning, etc). When I entered the room, one lamp is busted, I called the desk staff and told me it’s not her job and she already texted the maintenance guy that never came by the way. I felt unsafe for my whole stay, random creepy people gets in and out of the lobby, some stays at the very darkest spots of the parking lot at the back of the building. The air conditioner suddenly stops working couple of nights. Two things that I liked, the convenience to the airport and the cleanliness of the room.

So I was gonna leave how I was happy with the Lack of a Full Hot Breakfast.. No I'm not Spoiled but i read thru serve a Full Hot Breakfast which is why... I decided to Book my Stay here.. Heating up Frozen Waffles wasn't pleasant... they're was no Eggs & Sausage.. but they had everything else Toast, yogurt, Coffee.. packs of Oatmeal. But forget all that because this is what put the Cherry on the Cake.. I Fly on Standby and whatever Events are happening Currently.. there where no flights to get me anywhere. I didn't want to sleep in the Airport, been there done that. I went and asked can i stay another night & the nice young lady with the Pink hair helped me. She was so Sweet & so kind as i was upset in tears. She rebooked me and now I'm comfortable in my room leaving them this Review. THANK YOU i will come back because the Service was 5 🌟

Clean room and the desk clerk that checked us in was very friendly, gave us restaurant suggestions and went above & beyond to retrieve a phone charger & necklace I had left after checking out, called me back within minutes to let me know they were there and brought them to the front desk so I could retrieve them easily. Excellent service!!

Nice location near SEATAC airport. One of the lowest cost, but still a very nice spot. Only downside is the bathroom was VERY tiny. But otherwise, great staff, clean (I checked down to the mattress) and they have a shuttle that will take you either to the airport or to the light rail station (to get downtown).

Very close to the airport which makes it convenient. You can hear the planes all night so if that bothers you this t not be the place for you. Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was convenient and greatly appreciated - just called the front desk and they sent their shuttle; it runs every 30 minutes otherwise. Front desk staff very friendly. I was impressed with her multi-lingual skills and her professionalism.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices satsfactory. Shuttle to airport on tume and driver friendly. However, the area around the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Litter, loiterers. While I felt safe during daylight I would not venture outside by myself after dusk.

Airport shuttle seemed slow by contrast with other similar properties. Checkin was quick. Room was clean, but strong (unwelcome) overtone of some scent. Minor maintenance issues: dispenser for hair conditioner, but no dispenser for shampoo (nor small bottle of shampoo). Breakfast was seriously disappointing. No protein, already cooked pancakes - wouldn’t make me want to stay multiple days

Hotel is older and it shows. Room was clean and functional. Slept good and all was quiet. Breakfast isn't all that. Cereal, yogurt, oranges, and instant oatmeal. Price I paid is what I expected in hotel. Only needed room for one night close to the airport and wasn't looking to spend an arm and a leg.

The place was clean staff was professional. The continental breakfast does need some work. Though it was ok but something other than a grab and go should be provided. Like a real meal eggs, bacon and hash browns with toast. Aside from that it's a decent place to stay at.
