Should take off the laundry facilities listing on expedia. They have none and only suggestions from front desk were pickup drop off services that didnt work for us. Valet gentleman was awesome.

Large comfortable room and bathroom with great shower. Staff were friendly & helpful. Building has an interesting history that is incorporated into the decor. Location of hotel made it easy to walk to Climate Pledge Arena & the Seattle Center. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, & shops in the surrounding neighborhood. Entrance of the hotel is on busy Queen Anne Avenue North with very little room to park to check-in and for valet parking. Also, the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. Request a room on lower floors if you have difficulty with stairs. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay at The MarQueen in the future.

I really like that the hotel had an older vibe. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The people at the front checkout desk were very professional. The valet was super. It just really sucked that you had to pay $40 plus tax to park your car. I booked my room through Expedia and ended up with the accessible room, which was immediately to the left from the lobby, but I did not hear a thing. We managed to get our room early, which was great so we could have time to relax before our concert. The only reason why I pick this hotel was because it was walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena. The coffee makers in the room are actually a hot water kettle and the coffee came in packages. It was not very good. I would’ve preferred an actual coffee maker. We did have a fridge in our room which kept our drinks cold. There is a little pub attached. I’m not sure if they serve food, but there is a lot of things within walking distance. If the price was cheaper, I would stay here again just for how close it is to the action.

Nice hotel, old but some rooms have been updated and the interior of the building seems to be in the process of getting an update. While there are many bars in the area I was disappointed that the bar wasn't open on a night that there was a concert at Climate Pledge Arena.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our cocktails at the Tin Lizzie speakeasy, made by the very pleasant and knowledgeable mixologist. The location is very convenient to Seattle Center and SIFF. The remodel is lovely. Highly recommend this historic hotel!

While our room looked out on the adjacent building there was a mural. The room was large and well decorated with an extra room for storage. There is no lift and assistance was provided with luggage. The hotel is walking distance to a number of restaurants for dinner and a cafe on the premises serves limited breakfast and takeaway coffee. There is an on-site pub and feedback was provided this was not welcoming as the most attractive seating was reserved for larger parties, even though it was empty. The windows were dirty and the 50% welcome cocktail discount was misrepresented as a charge of $10 was levied for an eligible $18 cocktail. Staff said they would provide this feedback to management.

Comfortable room with a kitchen. They have a cute bar that serves appetizers only. They have a shuttle to the cruise port $10 per person. Excellent Mexican restaurant around the corner. A lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We love this hotel! We were a little disappointed with housekeeping though. There were used Kleenex under the throw pillow on the loveseat. And the floor did not look like it had been swept. There were crumbs on the floor (cookies? Crackers?) other than that everything looked fine. The bathroom was very clean. We will stay again since we really do enjoy the ambiance of this hotel and location. I just think housekeeping needs addressing.

The staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel is very old, however it was also dirty. The bathtub finish was peeling off, the floors were dirty. We did not feel comfortable staying and checked out the same day we checked in. It's hard to appreciate the historical charm when it hasn't been updated and is dirty and outdated. The neighborhood is also very rough. The number of homeless camped out was high and there were limited options for dining within walking distance.

Cool building with history. The area was nice but the cleanliness was not as I would expect. I would also say that the interiors could do with some attention. I know the hotel is historic but it could use some extra love in places. Overall, friendly and helpful staff and easy check in process.

My friend and I stayed in Room 123 which was right next to the reception hall. It was very loud and we were woken several times by voices and especially the staff changeover. There was a musty old smell everywhere which was a bit off-putting.

The only options to book are delux rooms. i Booked the king bed delux room. was given a non delux room. It had no refrigerator, no kitchenette or anything shown in the photos. Plus we were given a two queen bed room. it was clean and comfortable, but again, no amenities except a coffe machine. The staff were helpful and valet was easier than event parking prices. Very convenient. Overall, it was comfortable and cute, just not what I paid for.. i might suggest calling ahead to make sure you get the delux room.

All of the staff we encountered at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It is an historic hotel and that is clearly evident through the unique and charming features of the hotel lobby and the room. However, we had hoped that at least the plumbing had been updated. Taking a shower was tricky as the water temperature changed frequently. We can only assume it was based on other flushing toilets and showers. The water went from boiling to freezing. The room was spacious, the wood floors beautiful but very squeaky, and the kitchen was just old and run down. The location of the hotel was great for us and very walkable to restaurants and a very nice market.

Older hotel with its charm. Staff friendly. Gold status get you free valet parking which is a huge perk considering the cost of parking in the city. No elevator but no problem. Fantastic historic building. It’s beautiful. Rooms are huge, beds very comfortable. Very quiet hotel which was wonderful. The old building doesn’t allow for proper height showers, so that is our only complaint. Must be comfortable with baths or washing hair over the tub. Excellent hotel and would go back. Staff we so friendly and helpful.

Unique, staff was very nice, the room feels like a New York apartment…I wasn’t expecting it to be so big and with a kitchen. The bed wasn’t really comfortable. But the distance to walking places to eat is perfect!

Our room was on the third floor, not very easy to access without an elevator . We were informed ahead of time and being a historical building we understood so not too much of a problem. The room was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a good view of the Space Needle. We will consider visiting again if we are ever going to be in the area.

This is a very well-managed hotel that absolutely excels at moving copious amounts of cruise passengers in and out flawlessly. Cruises drop off early, leaving the hotel to manage storing baggage for incoming guests, all while shuffling outgoing cruisers into shuttle buses and the like, and the staff do a phenomenal job without looking the least bit flustered. I'm sure there are plenty of non-cruisers staying here too, but with the proximity to the pier, it gets a lot of cruise traffic, including us! The hotel is old. It does not have an elevator. I repeat: It is old. It does not have an elevator. If you are looking for a Ritz or Four Seasons, you will be highly disappointed. This is not that hotel. However, it is clean, spacious, includes a small living room and eat-in kitchen, and an old tub-shower that is in fine working condition. But it is not the Ritz! Good location to the pier, Space Needle, Kerry Park, Museum of Pop Culture, Chihuly Garden (wow), and good restaurants within the block - Toulouse for brunch and Sal y Limon for the best Mexican, and an Irish pub diagonal from it too.

Such a great overall experience the staff was so accommodating we arrived early (early flight) and were exhausted and hoping to check in early and we got right in I know that doesnt always happen but we were very happy we could snooze then explore the city ! And when we left i forgot some expensive medicine in the fridge the front desk called me and had it shuttled to me at the pier! Was getting ready to board a cruise ! The only negative thing is no elevator in this beautiful hotel so if you have heavy luggage kind of a pain but a nice bellhop helped thank goodness overall a great hotel lovely room very comfortable and spacious and the staff is AMAZING

Bed was very comfortable! I was on Level One so no view and had to keep curtains closed to sidewalk and street. There were extra surprise fees which was ridiculous with how expensive it already was. Shower only had hot and very hot water. Had to report this. Staff were friendly. Parking was spendy but convenient. But there were lots nearby that were much less expensive. Very close to Seattle Center! Neighborhood was only so-so. Not a lot to recommend. Nearby coffee shops and pastries were surprisingly disappointing.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. Christian in particular, at the reception is pure joy, always smiling, great 'asset' for the hotel. Hotel, despite the fact that shows signs of 'age' it's a lovely place. Yes, it doesn't have a lift, but with max 3 floors to walk up, unless you have some physical impediment it shouldn't be a problem.The only drawback is the area around the hotel (nothing the hotel can do about), it's really a let down.Lots of run down or closed places and lots of homelesses camping on the streets. Really sad to see.

The staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel is very old, however it was also dirty. The bathtub finish was peeling off, the floors were dirty. We did not feel comfortable staying and checked out the same day we checked in. It's hard to appreciate the historical charm when it hasn't been updated and is dirty and outdated. The neighborhood is also very rough. The number of homeless camped out was high and there were limited options for dining within walking distance.

Cute, quaint hotel. Very clean and close to Climate Pledge Arena as well as restaurants/bars. Staff was very friendly and informative. Check in was easy. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Plenty of food and grocery options within a block or two. The front desk and doorman were excellent, thanks for your hospitality Tristen. We walk all over the city with ease and always felt safe. Very busy neighborhood throughout the day but did quiet down at night, so sleeping was not a problem.

Great location, easily accessible to various stops for public transportation. Grocery store and drug store close by for any extra things forgotten or needed. About a 15 minute walk to the Space Needle and monorail which makes it easy to access city center. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Great location. Several good restaurants within a few blocks and a CVS across the street. Bus stop right there if you want to utilize the transit system. The customer service at the faculty was top notch!

Lovely historic property. While they experiences some procedural glitches at check in, the staff was lovely and incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. They are upfront about the lack of elevator, but there are 1st floor rooms available, which I will request next time we stay here. Very convenient location. And the Tin Lizzie bar is delightful.

Nice hotel, old but some rooms have been updated and the interior of the building seems to be in the process of getting an update. While there are many bars in the area I was disappointed that the bar wasn't open on a night that there was a concert at Climate Pledge Arena.

We love staying at the Marqueen it is so pretty and quaint.If you want to stay in the heart of Seattle it’s the best.Is it old yes, but the vibe is wonderful, the rooms are big with big windows, love the little kitchenette. Ladro coffee shop is downstairs and the coffee and pastry are great.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our cocktails at the Tin Lizzie speakeasy, made by the very pleasant and knowledgeable mixologist. The location is very convenient to Seattle Center and SIFF. The remodel is lovely. Highly recommend this historic hotel!

While our room looked out on the adjacent building there was a mural. The room was large and well decorated with an extra room for storage. There is no lift and assistance was provided with luggage. The hotel is walking distance to a number of restaurants for dinner and a cafe on the premises serves limited breakfast and takeaway coffee. There is an on-site pub and feedback was provided this was not welcoming as the most attractive seating was reserved for larger parties, even though it was empty. The windows were dirty and the 50% welcome cocktail discount was misrepresented as a charge of $10 was levied for an eligible $18 cocktail. Staff said they would provide this feedback to management.

Comfortable room with a kitchen. They have a cute bar that serves appetizers only. They have a shuttle to the cruise port $10 per person. Excellent Mexican restaurant around the corner. A lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Such a nice hotel with lots of character. Tin Lizzie Lounge was exceptional, drinks and food. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and helped with carrying luggage up to the third floor. Loved valet parking. Appreciated being told about the Metro Market for food. The only thing I was skeptical about was that I had ordered a corner room, and although my room was very nice and rather roomy it was not a real corner room with windows on 2 walls. so my room was rather dark. But I did like I had a nice tree outside and it was very quiet.

Everything was pretty good, the only thing we missed was that they don’t have an elevator. We had several luggage and we freaked out when we arrived. The good thing was that the stuff helped us to bring them up to the room
