The toilet seat was too small for the toilet bowl, it's like surfing on your bottom for everyone in the family. Coffee maker was weak, and no good coffee to order until 7am, and the service was lacking brain power and urgency. The people working there just like sloths.. and they don't look like to have enough people working. Tv wasn't plugged in when we got to the room. We can hear the train scraping by, thank goodness they don't use the horn. Oh pool was under renovation but was not shown on website, I didn't know until after booking.Food quality and speed was not good...Overall, just not worth the money even if location is good.

TV lost service. Took several calls to fix. Ice machine was not working on our floor. Pool was closed for remodeling. Why can’t M keep their pools working? Seeing a trend here. Wait staff, concergie, valet, were friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful night in Seattle until we got back to the hotel. I waited 35 minutes at midnight for someone to park my car, there is no option to self park.

By far, a very nice place to stay! Everything was very modern, high end, with everything you might need available. There is a shop for snacks, a bar, and a restaurant. It was quite pricey, but so was everything in the area. I was not expecting to have to pay for parking though. They offered valet for $70, or there was a nearby parking structure for $40. My only disappointment was the pool was closed, which was the main reason we’d picked this place, for a family stay.

Nice property, good location. I found the hvac unit in our room very loud and with a loud rumble. I asked the front desk about it and they said they would send someone but no one came. We found the pool cold and the pool facility with a fair amount of wear and tear. Also there is no hot tub, which would have been nice. Also, the hotel photos shows a nice outdoor patio with fire pits but it was not open. Usually I wouldn’t write a review, but for the money spent, I would expect the hotel to excel with all the little details.

Good for a day or two stays. Valet parking is the only option the hotel provides and its bit expensive for the overnight but we have to accept the fact that Parking anywhere in downtown area is going to be expensive.

The proximity to popular sites was amazing. The Pier, Pike's Market, theaters, museums, and shopping is all within walking distance; just understand the hills are steep. Parking was unacceptable and not included in your hotel pricing. They only have Valet parking services and as an overnight paying guest, you are charged an extra $58 per night for the convenience. Taxis are cheaper if going from/to the airport and scooters are available to rent on every street.

The sink and the bathtub was full of someone hair. The bed was made very nicely but the Sheets smelled horrible like someone had handled their business in the bed. The dresser top was full of dust. I address my concerns to the manager and the issues were corrected.

Property immediately next to Norwegian cruise lines terminal. Filled with cruise passengers, “water view” was massive cruise ship. Room not ready till nearly an hour after checkin time. Pool area dirty and next to facility’s dumpsters so strong garbage smell. Room had minimum number of cheap towels, no cups for coffee, bathroom counter old, worn, dirty looking. Staff was friendly. Also, $14.95 a day charge for Wi-Fi. Room had tiny balcony which had no chairs and was of little use.

The overall experience with the property was great, the outside patio area we would have liked to take advantage of due to the views but it was dirty, patio seats had bird poop all over it. Rooms were great, but need better bath room doors as they dont close.

Mandatory valet parking, which is ridiculous when a room there is $300 for a pool that wasnt advertised as under construction, hair in the shower drain from the visitors prior to us is a bit disgusting. Do better if your charging these prices.

Our family had a nice view of the bay. The room was clean and was a decent size. French pocket doors to the bathroom are awkward and oddly loud when opening/closing. The air unit was also very loud - makes it hard to stay asleep at night. Nice staff for the most part. Great location for the market, restaurants, the needle, etc.

My stay was amazing. I had a corner room on the third floor which had an amazing view of the harbor and stunning sunsets. Seeing the cruise ship come and go was special too. The hotel bartender Brandon was friendly and professional. He serviced a very full bar the night I stopped by and managed to keep everyone serviced promptly and with a smile. Top notch service! I appreciated the lobby coffee station and convenience of bottled water refilled in my room every night plus offered anytime at the front desk. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel 10 out of 10.

The valet team was fantastic - super efficient and friendly during both arrival and departure. The room itself was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, the hotel is decent. That said, for nearly $700 a night (likely due to peak summer cruise season), my expectations were much higher. In my opinion, there are other hotels in the area that offer similar quality at a more reasonable price. What really disappointed me was the room’s only window (photo attached). I’m sure the waterview rooms offer a lovely view, but if this is what you get at this price point, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Top 3 hotels I’ve stayed in business or pleasure. Really upscale rooms, amazing location. Hotel staff were so accommodating, especially front desk and valet staff. Well done Marriott Seattle Waterfront. Bravo!!

The hotel location was great. Our room was very clean and in good condition. Beds and sheets were clean and comfy. But it seemed the heater engine is inside the room, it was very loud at night. Also there is a train railway just next to the hotel and trains passing all the time. Also the guy who did our check in, didn't explain everything to us and there was no information catalog in the room and the reception didn't answer when I called from the room to ask about pool or restaurant hours! Parking was very expensive. They only had valet parking for almost 70$ per night. Wifi isn't free neither! Should pay 15$ per day or become a Bonvoy member which is free though.

Train track is in the back and you can hear the noise in the middle of the night. The hotel overall is clean and staff is friendly. Just make sure you request room away from the track.

Requested late checkout, was told there would be a $25.00 per hour charge. The manager required that I set let her know how much time I needed, I confirmed a 2PM checkout time. When I returned to the hotel at 1:25pm my key did not work, sent my son to get a new key and was aside that the room had already been cleaned and given to another guest!!! I will never stay at this hotel again!!! This hotel does not honor their commitments!!!

First off the check in staff were great and the room was nice. The issue I had is that I made an order for room service to deliver food (our dinner). I specifically advised front desk before hand that they could either leave the food in front of the door or go in and set it in the room. I did this in person as my wife and I needed to meet with family. On our return we did not have our order. I called the front desk and was advised a manager would call me back. An hour later I left the room after getting no response to find out the restaurant was closed and that nothing had been communicated between teams. We ended up skipping dinner as at that point it was extremely late and delivery from any doordash option would put us over midnight and our flight was at 3am. I was told to get anything I wanted from the snack bar- which was extremely limited in offerings to begin with. I was told that anything I did get would be complimentary. We ended up missing dinner completely, and were not given an acceptable solution and were dismissed. This is easily my worst experience with Marriot and I am very unhappy with how this played out. This is not an acceptable Marriot experience.

Unfortunately, I found the staff to be unresponsive during our stay. On the first night, we ordered food from the hotel’s restaurant before 9:30 p.m. using the online system, which confirmed our order and stated that the food would arrive within 30 minutes. However, after waiting for an hour with no sign of the food, I contacted the front desk. They informed me that the restaurant was busy due to a football game and that we would have to wait another hour. In the end, we didn’t get any food at all, and there was no apology from the staff. I don’t recommend this hotel if you’re traveling with family or kids.

When coming to this property we arrived around 11am we did not get to our room till near 5pm this is totally unacceptable. You need to hire more staff to fix this issue. We will not be staying here again

The Seattle Marriott Waterfront is well maintained, clean, and the perfect location when cruising on any Norwegian ship. Staff are friendly and welcoming. If a room is available for early check in, they will accommodate you. If not, they will hold your luggage until a room is available. This hotel is also within walking distance of many restaurants, Wings Over Washington (which the hotel provides two free tickets - a must see), the Seattle Great Wheel, Pike Place Market, and of course the waterfront. I have traveled around the world and this is definitely a Marriott property that I would stay at again and again.

The property was very nice but there was a lot of construction in the area and getting to the streets east of there was a bit difficult. There were homeless people near the hotel sleeping in elevators that take you up to the other streets, which felt a bit unsafe.

Excellent location! Right across from pier 66 where our ship Norwegian encore went out of. Easy walking to waterfront areas and Pike Marketplace but that walk is all uphill so keep that in mind. Easy access to space needle by uber or walk mostly uphill.

The Waterfront Marriott hotel is a great location if you're staying in Seattle. It is walking distance to shopping, eating and location attractions. The hotel is very clean and quiet with very little traffic noise. We would highly recommend this home.

The room itself was great - bed was very comfortable and water pressure was good. Service at the restaurant was awful. Sat there for 30 minutues and they didnt even check our water, food was very slow and it wasnt busy, had to go back to the pizza kitchen to get my own to go box.

Loved it! Location was excellent, walking distance to everything we could have wanted to do. Had a nice evening in the bar, and breakfast in the cafe. Walked across the street and boarded our cruise ship. Will definitely stay here again!
