Hotel was perfectly located to get to all the sites. There was an excellent restaurant where we had dinner the first night and a Starbucks right off the lobby of the Sheraton. The lobby was comfortably and beautifully appointed with display windows of blown glass. Two of our planned day tours had pick up at the Sheraton , which made it quite convenient.

Modern elegant decor, symbolic of all Sheraton properties. Extremely comfortable rooms, blackout curtains, never heard of sound from outdoors or other rooms while in the rooms and during sleeping hours. Staff was courteous, kind, genuine, and thoughtful. The photos of the rooms and decor, don’t do this hotel justice. The lobby is upscale, large and very comfortable. The hotel bar is extremely busy. Too busy during peak hours. The entire hotel staff that we encountered was terrific. Very kind and polite and courteous.

Lots of confusion from the staff re: parking. Inconsistent application of access to the club lounge. We’ve always been able to use the club lounge when visiting the hotel but this time could not. Pool was closed for a long portion of our stay. It’s a nice place to stay when going to the Seahawks game… but I don’t think you quite get what you pay for.

Property was good, near everything I needed access to. I was able to walk to the needle. Short trip so not much to share. I will say my room definitely needed to be dusted, if I was staying for more than one day I would have wiped down all surface. Travel with your shower caps ladies one is not provide.

Hotel is in a great location, only a couple blocks from Pike Place market and Starbucks Roastery. Property is nice in general, but definitely old, needs some renovating...still has old shower/tub combo with shower mat and shower curtains.

Usual cleanliness and nice room but when arrived quite late to hotel as train got us in from San Francisco to Seattle at around 7.30pm the room was a complete mess and had not been made up with everything thrown on floor in main room and Bathroom. So had to leave so. In room whilst went downstairs. The good news is we got the same sort of room but was upgraded to a great room view on 24th floor. In the new room though when I took a shower none of the shampoo or body wash in dispensers which were completely empty so had to step out of shower and walk across room to luckily get my small bottles of both that I had brought with me. It was said at checkout that this would be reported to manager but not even an apology. Other than that as expected

No upfront message about resort/destination fee. Bathroom/toilet was dirty upon arrival. Booked a King size bed and received a Queen for our stay. Coffee machine in room was disgusting. Would not recommend this hotel based on the cleanliness alone. With other options in Seattle of similar value, this hotel should not be a number 1 choice.

I do not like the added “resort fee” at check out. I paid for 2 nights and was then charged extra at check out for a resort fee. What extra was I provided in this fee. Cleaners had not cleaned my room by 4 pm after I had been out all day.

Clean modern hotel room with beautiful city view. Room had sofa, full table with two chairs, and fridge. Bathroom was clean, updated, and working well. Little to no noise from other guests. Top floor pool was a hit with the kids. Destination fees are always annoying but this had great value with credits to in building Starbucks or dining/bar. Great friendly service. I would love to stay here again. We felt spoiled.

Beds were very comfortable and hotel was beautiful, staff excellent. My only qualms were the non refundable $28 charge (in addition to the fees we already paid) when we arrived for miscellaneous restaurants which we had no interest in using and the air conditioner- no matter how low it was set, the room retained a constant temperature of 82 degrees- we were constantly soaked in sweat.

Downtown right next to the convention center. The room was very spatios and the bed and linens luxurious. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, symphony, Pike Place Market, the wharfs, lightrail and buses.

Right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shoppings and even the pier. The beds were very comfortable and rooms felt spacious. The only drawback is the room temperature. We constantly lowered the room temp until it was low as possible- 61 degrees, however the room maintained a constant of 82 and ac only kicked on when it went above 83 in the room. We were constantly soaked in sweat for this reason.

Overall the staff was beyond terrible. Walking away while me and my daughter were asking a question. Full on just ignoring us and other clients. The security actually walked by us, we waited for him, he was talking on his phone once done just walked by. The elevators were down and they would not allow us to access the stairs and said they do not exist. The check in went just as bad, and they held the room so it was late. Overall its an expensive hotel but will 1 star service.

The service was truly top-notch. The front desk staff and bellhop were extraordinarily responsive, providing extra coffee packs when we needed them, getting extra cups for the room, storing our bike when we went to see a show. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at Sheraton the night before our cruise, and because we landed early, I paid for early check-in. The hotel was a short distance from the Westlake Link station, so it was a quick walk with all our luggage. Check-in was extremely fast & worth the $40 to be able to get in 4 hours early. We were there a total of 24 hours (4 of us in 2 queen beds), and we had no issues. The room was spacious & clean, as was the remainder of the hotel. We liked the water station in the lobby and the locked bathroom. The hotel gave us a voucher, and we wanted to use it at Starbucks in the lobby but the line was always very long. We had tickets to a baseball game, so the restaurant/bar was not open yet for us to use the voucher there. It went unused, but it was a nice bonus. The valet crew are efficient and nice. We had Uber get us the next morning, and Valet was moving everyone along speedily and loaded all our luggage for us. If I were to go back to Seattle, I would choose this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel recently and, while many aspects were exceptional (facilities, location, and overall comfort), I had a very disappointing experience with housekeeping. Even though I requested service, my room was left half-done: the blankets were moved but the bed was not made, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, and nothing was refreshed. I waited and asked again at reception, and while they promised someone would come “immediately,” hours later the only follow-up was dropping off a couple of towels and blankets. The room itself was never properly serviced. Reception offered an apology, but without any real explanation or resolution. This was frustrating and far below the standard I expected from such an otherwise excellent hotel. If management improves its housekeeping and communication, this could easily be a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, because of this, my stay was overshadowed by basic service not being met.

Location was perfect. 15 minute walk to Pike Place Market. Monorail was really close so it was easy to get to the Space Needle. Very walkable area. Would recommend if you’re looking to see the sights of Seattle!

Really enjoyed the property but witnessed a gun fight where two people were shot on pike street at 11pm walking back to the hotel from the pier. Definitely do not go out after dark.

The hotel was great! Met by very hospitable staff. The location was central to everything. Loved our stay. Would stay there again. Seattle itself has a huge homeless and opioid problem I was not aware of. That was tough to navigate due to feeling unsafe.however there was a strong police presence and street ambassadors that gave a feeling of public safety.

Overall, it was great. Was not super impressed with the club lounge though. Snack were hit or miss, sometimes there not any. Coffee machines kept breaking. Breakfast was eh. And i did not realize no hor deovrs on Friday and Staurday. Room service food was super spendy. And Seattle has become overrun with homeless peeing everywhere

I wanted to use my $20 a day hotel voucher to use at the Starbucks in their lobby, but the line for Starbucks, just to grab some morning coffee, was 45-60 min long… which is totally unacceptable! I couldn’t wait, so I didn’t use up my voucher(s). That’s how the hotel gets your $20 more each day, for all of their rooms. The valet charge was $78, compared to $17 self-parking across the street. Another rip off. And even wifi in the room had a charge, unless you made sure the charge was removed, if you read the fine print!

Great stay. The hotel is very conveniently located. It is a short walk to Pike Place and the monorail. It also has a starbucks inside the hotel but more importantly a restuarant that is open until 12am. Although it is downtown, it felt safe. The in room service food was delicious! Comfortable bed, clean room, and easy check in and check out. I would stay again!

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Sheraton Grand Club Level Room on the 33rd floor. We enjoyed wonderful views of downtown and Elliot Bay. Location was excellent and next to many places. Our room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. A couple of little improvements would have made our stay even better. I would have preferred using ceramic mugs in the room instead of paper cups for tea/coffee. The bathroom could have used a few more hooks to hang up towels or clothes. The hooks were also not very effective in keeping towels hung up. The towels kept slipping off which was annoying. We were glad we booked a Club Level room as it gave us access to the Club Lounge which meant having plenty of hot and cold drinks all day, as well as light snacks (more variety would have been nice as it was mostly pretzels, granola bars, nuts, chips) and breakfast. The breakfast options are a bit limited on the weekend (mostly just pastries, fruit, and oatmeal), but were enough to fill us up. On weekdays, breakfast included bacon, potatoes, eggs, pastries, bagels, toast, fruit, mozzarella cheese balls with cherry tomatoes, and oatmeal. Overnight parking would have been really expensive, but we were lucky to find street parking. I paid a destination fee of $28 plus tax per day, but essentially I paid nothing because you get a $20 beverage/food credit to spend at the hotel restaurants/eateries per day (we spent it at the Starbucks inside the hotel), $10 uber credit per day, and a yoga class.

Room service quality was low. The food quality and service was not satisfactory. The food came in boxes instead of what is the usual standard of service and as a result was soggy - in addition to being very expensive. Also I did not like the unexpected $25 daily service fee. They are trying to force the guest to buy things at the hotel with that.
