Fantastic location, and on the high floor of the view is spectacular. Love being able to park and take the monorail to a show at Climate Pledge. A major drawback is that it appears that two elevators in the north tower are broken. Lines to get on the elevator were crazy long, and at 11 AM on Sunday it was impossible to catch an elevator to leave. I talked to some people who walked down 30 floors because they were tired of waiting for the elevator. Others were standing in the elevator lobbies with cranky kids waiting 20+ minutes for an available elevator. It was a sour note at the end of what was otherwise a lovely stay.

Valet parking is a joke. Even though I was ready to pay the steep $68/day they were full and had to park at an adjacent parking lot even though I was a guest check-in to their hotel. Check-in was very time consuming with a long queue. Needs more staffs and counters at the check-in desks. The elevators for the north tower was horrendous and took forever to come.If you plan to check out closer to 11:00 AM you can forget to use the elevator as I waited more than 30 mins and didn't get one as the ones that did come with very less frequency were packed full. This was with 4 operational elevators. I am told that it's even worse if you have a room at the south tower which has lesser operational elevators. Needs to be use more efficient technology with elevators. My family had to resort to go down the stairs 27 floors. Breakfast options at the relish bistro is not good enough or worth the price. Needs more variety. Rooms are very dated with lighting that is not bright enough. The only saving grace are the views of the city for a premium room was worth and staff (luggage, house keeping) were friendly and courteous.

Elevator situation needs to be addressed. They need to stagger check-in/out times to not bog up the elevators. The stairwell is locked once you are on the stairs so you are stuck in there until you get to the 3rd floor to exit, and that’s only if you see the handwritten signs to exit on that floor, if you miss those you get out down at the loading dock. It’s a mess. We had someone in our group unable to do 15 flights of stairs and she had to wait 45 minutes for an elevator.

The pool was dirty and falling apart, the check in/out staff were understaffed. It was a long line! Made us late to a baseball game. The barista staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. The parking situation is chaotic, confusing and over priced. The valley staff would answer questions and they were unorganized. The parking garage is very tight. The shampoo/conditioners were detached from the wall with the glue still showing on the wall. There’s no microwave, extra charges for WiFi, no refrigerator and it took forever for us to get one, the shower head made a loud annoying sound. Wasn’t worth the amount of money we had to pay for the condition of the property and the quality of the staff. Not happy with how expensive parking was. Most other hotels we have stayed at validate the tickets and don’t make us pay parking for staying just one night. The extra fees are completely outrageous. The hold for incidentals is abnormal. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The facilities were nice, good location, clean rooms but the false advertising and money grabs would prevent me from staying there again. When you navigate to parking on the website, it specifically says “parking is included when you stay at the Westin.” When I showed this to the front desk after parking he tried to scroll down the page to prove that was special circumstances but all it did was show a date range (which we were staying in). And then continued on in this conversation like it didn’t happen. Then he said give a card for “just incidentals” but as he handed me my key he also gave me a small piece of paper and mumbled about a destination fee. I had to be like excuse me, what? And he’s like oh yeah everyone has to pay a $28 room fee. So now I spent $60 on parking plus the room fee. $88 and I would have booked a different hotel for cheaper…

Very convenient location, but pricey. Friendly staff. Room was clean overall but the carpet had two large and suspicious-looking stains. One was even sticky. Didn’t appreciate the snack charges after we were told there was a credit for food. Turns out it doesn’t apply to room snack bar, only the restaurant snack bar. 🙄

Great location to walk to Lumen Field, Pikes Place Market, Space Needle, and Spheres. My only complaint was our room hadn’t been properly cleaned. It looked clean (folded sheets and made beds) but when I crawled into bed there were crumbs in my sheets! When I went to shower there was hair in the tub. And on the bath counter was a half used bottle of hotel lotion.

This has always been my favorite place to stay in Seattle. However, it is showing its age. Lots of dings in the paint, stains on the carpet, furniture tears and cracks and missing shears on the windows. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was rust and mildew in the bathroom, what looked like pee stains around the base of the toilet and next to the bed, there were two items that were dropped on the floor from previous guests. If they didn’t catch that, what else was missed?? Customer service both at check in and check out was mediocre and room service was unfriendly. Prices at the restaurant have skyrocketed. I stay here at least once a year, but often more than once for several years now. But I will be looking for a new place.

It was clean. Our room faced the afternoon and evening sun so the AC did not cool as much as I would have liked. The sheer curtains on the windows were pretty much shredded and needed replaced very badly. Overall, it was an okay room but way too pricy for the cost of one night.

The destination fee included good value re dining & free harbor tour. Location was good- very walkable to convention center, needle, fish market. Room has super low ceilings and the pull out bed was on a full slanted angle. The lighting in the king room was very dim and there was no view. I would not stay here aging booking on Expedia. The good thing was the lobby and lobby bar were updated and looked nice. Plus the hotel is round so it’s easy to see what building you are headed towards.

The hotel and accommodations were excellent. The negatives however, were the time it took to get an elevator that wasn't already full. It took 15-20 minutes to get to the lobby on the day we checked out. We ended up riding up the elevator in order to co e back down. The other negative was the noise level in the room. The traffic noise and the rail outside was insanely loud. I wished for ear plugs.

Upon arrival was told valet was full and had to self park. Was given poor instructions for finding garage and took over 25 minutes to park. Stood in line for over an hour to check-in. Amazing stay! Clean, amazing location and friendly staff. So thankful for our stay. Walking and monorail travels to everything. Super easy to get from the airport as well. My only suggestion is more staff for check-in. I was fine, but lots of impatient people behind us. We stayed before our cruise and after and both times long lines with only one person checking guest in.

The checkin was great, helped place me (as a single traveler) in a room close to family. Walkable & easy transportation. Enjoyed the complimentary well-narrated boat tour & bar credit. The concierge, Jennifer Clemente, went above & beyond to make sure we were connected to all the events we were interested in. She also typed up information to help plan my honeymoon in Tahiti. Absolutely fantastic stay with exceptional service!

I bought this $400 hotel room for my wife and I’s first wedding anniversary. Expensive given that we’re a younger couple. I called the morning of and was told we couldn’t check in until 4 pm. We showed up at 4 pm and the check in line was 2 hrs long, we got to the front desk and they said our room wasn’t ready. At this point it was 6 pm and we were supposed to be at a concert by 6:30 pm. I paid $400 for my wife to get ready in your parking garage. We weren’t able to check in to our room until midnight. All in all terrible experience, terrible customer service. The concierge then tried to blame us for not showing up earlier, however we were told we couldn’t check in until 4 pm. Seems to me the Westin got themselves in a pickle over booking rooms. We didn’t receive an apology, a voucher, or anything to make things right. We will likely never stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff that helped me check in was new I think. I had to call and find out what my room number was. She missed a digit on the key envelope. She also didn’t give me directions on where to go to get the elevator. Other than that, it was a great experience! Definitely walkable to T-Mobile Park and Pikes Market Place.

We stay here often mostly for the convenient location to concert and other event venues. The staff is friendly and the property clean. We only wish more dining was nearby but options available are good and the hotel restaurant serves excellent food...just not the variety otherwise available in Seattle.

The facility charges an extra $25/day which you can get back as a credit for food and beverages purchased that day but this is not clear in booking and not convenient. The rooms here are badly in need of a refresh (seats on desk chairs worn through,carpet stained and no place to store belongings). Overall great experience at The Westin Seattle! Hotel was very elegant, clean, food service in the hotel bar was great and staff friendly. I recommend staying here!

Great location and staff. Upon our arrival, they gave us a free room upgrade. The staff was very polite and professional. The concierge staff was the best in providing information and guidance to seeing the sights we wanted to visit. The hotel restaurant (Relish) was very good. They even have a Starbucks, although the do not participate in the Starbucks Reward program. Ordering room service was easy and the food was the same high quality as the restaurant. I would book this place especially if you were going on a cruise ship too.

My daughters and I came to celebrate my birthday and attend Mary Poppins at the 5th ave. We had drinks at the Westin and our waiter was wonderful! The entire visit was exceptional. The wonderful lady who checked us in was a delight.

Great hotel. You need to use your dining credit on that day, if you have some left in a one night stay they won’t let you use it for morning coffee even if it’s before checkout!?

The valet was closed when I arrived at 9pm and the garage full. They suggested I used another garage but I was worried my luggage would be too much to carry and waited a couple of hours…finally went and found the other garage and found it was a short sky ridge connection right to the hotel. Had I known I would have parked there sooner! I miss the days of room service with a table and cart-now it’s a to-go paper bag

Everything was excellent. It was busy and the staff was very effective in the way it was handled. My only complaint is the mini bar in the room had misleading prices. Prices posted were 9.50 for a beer. When i got the bill, it was over 12 dollars per beer. There is a small print, when you download the menu for the room mini bar that says there could be 22 percent charges and additional restalking charges. The wine also was charged out for more but it was a different wine then what was posted, so i guess understandable. Please just set the price and update it if needed. I don't think anyone likes surprise charges.

Very nice stay overall. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bar was nice and well-stocked. My main issue was that the furniture in my room appeared designed more for form than function and wasn't very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, however. Overall, the quality of the hotel and proximity to transit and tourism would make it worth staying again.

Real good service from Staff despite big crowds for concerts. Bar was excellent. No restaurant for dinner but bar can fill in gap.
