Enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again! Friendly staff, beautiful design and decor, excellent bathroom (loved the huge tub, nice shower, great lighting), gym was simple but sufficient. Suggestions for improvement: pillows too flat and bedding a bit flimsy.

My review would be better but for two issues: the location is depressed and not that safe since COVID, and the WiFi failed. The hotel is clean and has a nice decor and nice service, breakfast yummy, etc…. but the failed WiFi really makes things difficult nowadays. Hopefully that will be corrected soon.

The hotel was great, and the service was great. Unfortunately, the hotel lobby is being remodeled so there was some construction work going on and check-in is on the second floor. The cleaning service was fantastic. We did have breakfast at All Water Seafood (restaurant in the hotel) and it was overpriced Denny's food. The breakfast sandwich and avocado toast was on bread from somewhere like Wonder Bread. We had two other minor issues where we were charged for valet for longer then we had reserved the car. That was an easy refund. The other issue we ran into was one of the nights we had no hot water. Overall though, a nice hotel with good service.

This has to be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. Bed was super comfortable. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Fitness facility was the best hotel fitness center I have seen. The bathtub fills from a faucet in the ceiling which was quite interesting.

The view was horrible. There was rust in the door jambs for the toilet area, the pressure was extremely low in the shower, and the shade that separates the bathtub to the sleeping area, had some sort of spill black marks all over it.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff. Check in was an absolute breeze, desk staff were wonderful and even sent a bottle of champagne up to our room for my wife's birthday. The room was sparkling clean the linens were first clasc, and the bathroom soaking tub and shower were such a wonderful plus.! Best hotel we have ever been in and we will be back.

The hotel was amazing all around. From when we arrived. Bringing us anything and everything we needed up to the room. Very informative on where I could park my car and showed me how to get there. Asked how to get to certain places and they were spot on how to get to everything and made it super easy. They are the definition of professional! The only down side was there were stains on the sofa couch. But other than that the room was perfect and not touched when we didn’t want it touched. Then when we wanted turn down service we took the sign off and it was the BEST turn down service ever. You guys are 100% spot on with your customer service and thank you guys for a great time!! Hope we can come and stay another night.

Hotel 1000 was lovely. Checking was fast and polite, the lobby is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. We stayed in a corner junior suite. The view wasn’t much, but the room was stylishly decorated and very cozy. The lavender on the pillow and ice in the ice bucket upon arrival were nice. The bed was lush and comfortable and the bathroom was huge and luxurious. The ceiling filled tub was fun, if a bit loud to fill. The room was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed at Hotel 1000 for 3 nights. Booked a Junior corner suite - absolutely stunning. One of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in. Modern, fabulous bed, great shower & bath. Spotlessly clean. Good service. Great location for exploring Seattle. Highly recommended.

Staff was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. Although my room was very clean, it was dark (window faced a building without any light able to come in) and felt very stark and antiquated. It had a crushed velvet sofa and no other chairs except the one for the desk. There’s no door between the living area and bedroom. It’s a curtain. Although you have a thermostat, at night, the room gets warm. The hotel is very close to all attractions and its location is perfect, which is the best part. My suggestion is book a corner room but overall, this hotel is worth a stay.

I booked a sea view room, check in for almost an hour, and told me that there was no sea view room and only city view. The so-called city view does not have private, because you need to pull the curtains and you will not be seen by the windows in the opposite building.

Amazing hotel. Can’t wait to come back. We had a king + sofa bed with a water view. It was perfect for myself and my 16-year old. Comfy bed, good AC, lots of nice “extras” like the extra large towels, frette robes, wine fridge, in-room espresso maker and tea kettle. We appreciated all the little touches like good lighting, makeup mirror and large bathtub. Definitely worth the upgrade to stay in this room. The staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to the concierge and Ellie (sp?) in the restaurant who went and asked the chef exactly what delicious pepper was in the halibut ceviche. The room service was prompt and excellent. The poke bowl and the oysters at the restaurant were so delicious we went there twice. Definitely planning our next trip! Can’t wait to come back.

I booked King Deluxe with Bay View. Problems started when I checked in “your twin will be ready soon”, nope booked a King Deluxe with Bay View…ok fixed. Got room key, no view, 5th Floor staring at a wall (room 503). Gave me a $100 credit, but not acceptable, reason for the problem “it’s cruise ship season”….

The staff really make this a true five star experience. Right from arrival and the Valet to the front desk staff. Even the cleaning crew added some special touches like Lavender to the room. It was relaxing, quiet, and very enjoyable. Parking downtown is terrible so use the valet service. They are vast, careful, and quite helpful. Even when it comes to dining, the valets know the town and can point you in the right direction. Everything is close and can be accessed by walking, taxi, or bus. I took my bike and everything was accessible by bike. From Alki Point to Discovery Park, there are bike trails everywhere. Timothy and Jordon (front desk and valet) had all the info I needed to pick places to go. They could not have been more pleasant and easy to talk to. Timothy was like talking to an old friend even thought we just met. The hotel does have some wear, but it is maintained well. The restaurant, All Water, has a wonderful breakfast. I plan to stay here again next time I'm in Seattle.

I took my bike and everything was accessible by bike. From Alki Point to Discovery Park, there are bike trails everywhere. Timothy and Jordon (front desk and valet) had all the info I needed to pick places to go. They could not have been more pleasant and easy to talk to. Timothy was like talking to an old friend even thought we just met. The hotel does have some wear, but it is maintained well. The restaurant, All Water, has a wonderful breakfast. I plan to stay here again next time I'm in Seattle.

What I did not like was I was going to a mariners game with my wife and I have never stayed here before I came in at 3:30 hoping I can get early check in you don’t offer that fine no problem he took my information and my id validated payment so I figured that I would come back at 4 to check in ok np 4 came around and now the room isn’t ready I waited in the bar. The staff was great. I got free drinks because of the wait I understand things happen but what’s the point of having a 4 o’clock check in time thinking that you’re gonna get your room and it’s not available you’re not gonna let me stay after my check out time just not a very good look for the first time I’ve ever stayed in your hotel food. Great drinks. Poor management.

It was a wonderful experience and the staff who checked us in were wonderful. However that all was negated after the person working the front desk was extremely rude, made us feel unwelcome and then went on to tack on several erroneous charges that are now in dispute with our banking institution. Very disappointing as our intention was to extend our stay but won’t be going back based on the rude treatment by this employee.

The staff here were above and beyond helpful. Gave us restaurant recommendations no matter where in the city we were going. Lots of great tips, extra pillows, etc. This hotel was very aesthetically pleasing, we loved the bathroom and the autoshade. We used the fitness center (great amenities) and ate at the restaurant for breakfast (very good food and price). The best part was how close we were to the market, it took me about 3-5 minutes to walk there. Took about the same amount of time to walk to the waterfront right near the great wheel. The neighborhood was very safe and I felt comfortable there. We used spot hero to find cheaper parking after the first night about three blocks away and it was safe.

The hotel was amazing all around. From when we arrived. Bringing us anything and everything we needed up to the room. Very informative on where I could park my car and showed me how to get there. Asked how to get to certain places and they were spot on how to get to everything and made it super easy. They are the definition of professional! The only down side was there were stains on the sofa couch. But other than that the room was perfect and not touched when we didn’t want it touched. Then when we wanted turn down service we took the sign off and it was the BEST turn down service ever. You guys are 100% spot on with your customer service and thank you guys for a great time!! Hope we can come and stay another night.

The hotel is very nice. It’s located in a good spot by the waterfront lots of shopping. Lots of restaurants I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel in the near future for anybody who’s coming to Seattle? It is worth the money to stay and for the convenience.

Hotel 1000 is located within a 30 minute or less walking distance for everything we wanted to do in Seattle, area was safe, on site restaurant had great food, bed linens, towels and bath robes were first rate. Very pleasant helpful concierge.

My review would be better but for two issues: the location is depressed and not that safe since COVID, and the WiFi failed. The hotel is clean and has a nice decor and nice service, breakfast yummy, etc…. but the failed WiFi really makes things difficult nowadays. Hopefully that will be corrected soon.

Property was great, and honestly the lavish treatment in the bathroom is note worthy more than the rest of the room. Great fixtures, walkin stand-in shower (wishing it had a bench tho) separated toilet area with door and the ceiling fed deep luxury bath are enough to say hey now . Only problems we encountered was the room service (albeit 24/7 with limits after 11), the menu, pricey, is somewhat limited due to being anchored to a Seattle / Seafarers style restaurant. We did try and assorted bunch of items from each of the mealtimes as well as snacks and drinks. Three items needed refunds due to just not delivering on the order despite calling more than 2x to remedy the problem before the food arrived. What we did have was plenty ample, mostly tasty and for the most part enjoyed with no further complaints. That said... Many will find the Hotel 1000 a great stay.

It just might be my best hotel experience yet. Super clean, amazing customer service, Beautiful spacious rooms. Even the bath towels big size loved that. Complimentary bottled water, expresso machine in the room. Parking is super expensive $60 per night. Restaurant service amazing and food is delicious.

The hotel was great, and the service was great. Unfortunately, the hotel lobby is being remodeled so there was some construction work going on and check-in is on the second floor. The cleaning service was fantastic. We did have breakfast at All Water Seafood (restaurant in the hotel) and it was overpriced Denny's food. The breakfast sandwich and avocado toast was on bread from somewhere like Wonder Bread. We had two other minor issues where we were charged for valet for longer then we had reserved the car. That was an easy refund. The other issue we ran into was one of the nights we had no hot water. Overall though, a nice hotel with good service.

Amazing hotel. Can’t wait to come back. We had a king + sofa bed with a water view. It was perfect for myself and my 16-year old. Comfy bed, good AC, lots of nice “extras” like the extra large towels, frette robes, wine fridge, in-room espresso maker and tea kettle. We appreciated all the little touches like good lighting, makeup mirror and large bathtub. Definitely worth the upgrade to stay in this room. The staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to the concierge and Ellie (sp?) in the restaurant who went and asked the chef exactly what delicious pepper was in the halibut ceviche. The room service was prompt and excellent. The poke bowl and the oysters at the restaurant were so delicious we went there twice. Definitely planning our next trip! Can’t wait to come back.
