I was just bummed the pool and hot tub were not working. He said because of weather but we have stayed in many places in pacific north west and had pool and hot tub.. but very nice place. Comfortable and close to everything..

Very accommodating and they take pets ! Clean and renovated rooms, pool is clean, laundry on site, good location. For a cheap hotel this is as good as you can get ! The staff is also friendly. Thanks for the stay !

The stairs were unsafe and problematic. The sidewalks were uneven, there is poor lighting, the walls are thin, the door to the bathroom was broken, the floor dirty, and the bed was pretty uncomfortable, as well as looking shabby. The towels were very poor quality.

We had a wheelchair accessible room which had excellent accessibility. It was very clean and roomy. The bed was so comfortable. The ice room was not so easy to get to as there was no ramp up that sidewalk. I do wish they had a breakfast bar, the to go bag was not enough, we still had to go out for breakfast. My stay at this budget hotel was disappointing. The room was dirty, with hairs on the night table and in the tub, garbage on the window sill, and a dusty floor. Regardless of its affordability, cleanliness should never be an excuse. I cannot recommend this hotel to others until improvements are made.

Desk clerk was very grumpy. The shower was full of mold. There were wads of toilet paper stuck to the celing by the main door. Almost had to use it since the roll left in the bathroom was almost empty. Sink would barely drain. Good pressure in the shower. Roses were lovely

Our room was not clean. The coffee pot had a terrible smell and a gross film on it. The bedding had animal hair on it and the floors had obviously not bed cleaned. The entire property was outdated and dirty.

When getting to the room, the floor had puddles of water from leaking fridge. The sheets had hair and dirt on them when pulling them back. Sink, hair dryer and shower were all dirty as well.

This hotel that we were in was not cleaned at all!!! Our sheets were dirty not cleaned at all and we found bed bugs and the manager their tried to act as if it weren’t bed bugs. We took videos and when we woke up the next day with bites all over us NOT OKAY AT ALL!!! If your thinking of staying at this hotel DONT!! I’m warning you now it’s infested with bed bugs.

If you like an older place where the doors aren't quite aligned well, the sink faucets don't do what they should, shower head that is maybe five feet high and not adjustable but you do get warm water in the end, curtains that don't block the outside light shining above the curtain rods, but you have a reasonably comfortable bed, no carpet, tv with small screen but works and has some good channels, an older microwave, and a small refrigerator that runs most of the night this is a good place. Don't count on getting the sack breakfast they offer. In my experience they lock the front door and then don't answer the door buzzer.

This was the loudest motel I have ever stayed it. People came home all hours of the night and we could hear them as if they were coming into our room and talking like they were in our room. Way way over priced for what you get. I am shocked Wyndham puts their name On this place.

The rooms walls and floors might as well be made of tissue paper. You can hear every conversation, every step above your head, the showers next door and above are so loud you can’t hear the TV. The room was not cleaned when I opened the door and had to go back to the office. The young lady was very polite and apologetic and gave me a room under the loudest, most obnoxious couple in the place!

Building looked sketchy at first. Husband checked out room before we fully booked. It’s updated with “hardwood” flooring, new furniture (dresser, night stands & headboard). Area is a little down ridden, but it’s in an OK location on the main road. The only thing we absolutely hated was the mattress and pillows. Both way too soft and very uncomfortable. Had the bed been better, I would have given better grade.

During check in around 6pm the employee on site was nowhere to be found, after waiting 10 minutes I called out "hello" several times before they finally came into the lobby. No service bell or other way to get attention. I reserved a single queen bed room. The mattress was not a queen size it was a full and extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and thin. The hairdryer in the bathroom turned on but immediately smelt like it was burning and made a lot of noise. The microwave worked but the tray was missing 2 of 3 wheels so no longer turned. The hotel is very noisy at night from the street, think walls, and the heater making sudden beeping sounds. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere else.

Price was right made us want to try out the hotel. We were pleased with the staff very friendly and helpful and it was late. The room was older but clean and that was more important. To go breakfast was a great idea. I would do a return visit. The area was downtown Wenatchee not a bad location. We felt safe but we have lived in that area years ago. So we knew where we were and the area is normally a good place to be. Thank for a good stay.

For being one of the cheapest in town this place is actually very nice. You definitely get your money’s worth. Location is good, rooms are renovated and the staff is friendly. I would stay here again.

The location was good, the room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable****, the TV worked good but there wasn't much worth watching even with 300 channels. There was cofee available in the room but I had challenge getting it plugged into a recepticle that worked. The shower was good ( new fixtures) and plenty of hot water even in our end room. There wsn't a stopper in the sink so the water ran while I shaved. The grab and go breakfast should have been advertised as such. I would have stayed elsewere for a good breakfast.

The room advertised doesn't exist.. very disappointed.. Under sheets were rolled up at the foot of the bed under the blankets which seemed weird. There was a weird stain on the pillow cases of the left most bed. No smell or anything just a light purple stain, probably hair dye. The "breakfast" was a grab and go bag with a muffin..

Breakfast was a paperbag with prepackaged snacks and a water. While I appreciate the attempt to reduce waste, the "Breakfast" was pretty scarce. Being celiac I was able to eat the apple. While I am used to bringing food with me everywhere I travel - I dream of some gluten free oatmeal or something other than an apple. Gluten issues are not a choice

There was no breakfast and when we asked, we receive a tiny apple and granola bar. Apple was the size of a small tangerine. It was difficult to communicate with staff.
