Good, clean, spacious room. Comfy bed. Staff was nice. Workout room and pool were in good condition. Recommended stay in this area compared to others in the similar price range. Especially recommended compared to some close by that are cheaper. If you have a budget to spend $30 more per night i would suggest it.

The room furniture and carpet was worn, but comfortable. The bed was great. The bathroom appeared to be recently updated. The price was the best in town for the services provided. We really enjoyed the facility and the room was great for the price point. Very comfortable bed and great view as well as clean. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly. Only suggestions for improvement was the condition of the hot tub. While we were happy it was available for use the tub was in very poor condition with broken and missing tiles, non functioning jets, appeared dirty (but probably stained concrete), and it was only half filled with water :( The water level was so low it was about 3 inches below the filters. Othere then that the stay was great.

Hotel looks to have been recently remodeled. For Wenatchee it is a decent hotel. The hot tub was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and provided a comfortable stay. It is much better than the Red Lion. The price was excellent. Well worth the stay. Walking distance to every thing in town.

I got a room here because it had a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was out of order. Front desk gave us towels for pool. The pool water level was below filter. So I knew it wasn't being filtered as the water appeared dirty with floaties. Inside hotel was really clean.

Hot tub was colder than pool, felt itchy after using both, beds are okay ish pillows not so much, the hotel is dimly light and smells, will not be back here

First room 153 was unacceptably smelly. Torn carpet, ground in brown stuff in the carpet. Replacement room 232 less stinky. Very worn furniture, carpet torn, some ports didn't work. Needs both regular maintenance and seriously needs update of carpet and furnishings. Not recommended.

The bed and hard surfaces were well kept but the carpet and chair are in need of a good steam clean. Wouldn’t take my shoes off because it was gross. Staff are great, and overall property is good though.

Carpets were stained. Beds had stained skirts, and were made sloppy. I asked for a little bit later checkout and was told it would be an additional $20.00. I have never had issues with other hotels in the area when requested.

The room had an offensive odor and it was obvious they tried to cover it up with air freshener. The carpet was old and stained. The odor caused my sinuses to clog and I had a difficult time sleeping. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was good. The showe pressure was fantastic! Maybe a different room and my review would be better? Not sure I want to chance it!

The hotel is out of date but it had new mattresses and looked really clean at first glance. After settling in for the night we were appalled seeing a bed bug crawl across our pillow. I had done an initial check when we got there but after seeing the new mattress, I didn’t see anything noteworthy. When smashing the big, it left a blood stain on the pillow. So we searched further finding more carcasses under the bed skirt. When bringing the evidence down to the desk, they seemed surprised and offered us another room down the hall. They allowed us to inspect that room before moving. When checking out the next morning the front desk gentleman didn’t seem surprised and offered no apology. He seemed like he might be the owner or manager too.

After a long flight from alaska, i was looking forward to a nice hot shower and relaxing in bed. The sheets were filthy, the showe had hair all over inside it and the bathroom towel was so warn out, thin and very small

This hotel was very comfortable in that from the minute we walked in and we're greeted and helped kindly and professionally, we knew we had chosen the right place to stay. We had easy access in, around and out of town. The room was in tip top condition for cleanliness and comfort. It was a very hot day but the AC kept us beyond comfortable. Having stayed at other BWs we appreciated they still provide a breakfast hearty enough to carry us all day.

This is a great basic hotel. The a/c in our room was very cold and the King bed large. The towels are not that great and the hotel is right next to railroad tracks. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room closer to the front desk. Aside from that, good hotel for the price you pay.

Great breakfast and service. Wall unit being a foot away from the bed made kids have to sleep facing the foot of the bed, or have it blow literally in their face. Rooms had decent updates and were clean, but sliding patio door lock didn't seem to secure very well, not great for a ground floor room.

The pictures are very outdated of this property. Room key would not open to doors unless we went to get replacement keys for every use of the key. None of the outlets really worked in our room besides the one the TV was plugged into, whenever you plug something into an outlet it was spit right back out. I would not recommend this hotel especially for the price!

My son likes this hotel, the rooms are large and has a decent pool and hot tub. It is noisy, however. Between the train nearby and loud guest, I highly recommend bringing a sound machine. Nice staff, clean room (new linens might be needed) it’s a good value for the price. We did not have breakfast so I’m not sure if it’s good

The room was a double queen but had only one chair. I was told that was standard but they brought us a second chair (great service) The pillows on the beds were HORRIBLE, they were square and very uncomfortable. The TV was via Direct TV. I watch a lot of Tube while on the road,. The TV connected with U Tube fine the first night then it wouldn't, they tried their best but after several hours and two equipment changes they made it work (but only for a couple of hours) I gave up.

I called 10 minutes after I checked out to let them know I left my phone charger plugged in by the coffee pot. Came back the next day and they didn’t have my charger. The front staff was rude. I’ll never go back. The internet and tv was offline for longer than 2 days. The front staff said the entire block was without internet. That was a lie because I walked to the business next door and they weren’t having any issues. The staff just had one lie after another. And for them to not find my phone charger is ridiculous! Never again will I go there.

I would give no stars if it were possible. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK Imagine my surprise when i got home and found a charge for $125. They charged me that amount for 2 stained towels. Yes i used them to clean up a spill, but figured they would appreciate the fact that i cleaned up the mess. I don't know where they're shopping if they are paying $60 per towel. Also, checking with other hotels they were surprised they would do that as it isn't normal practice. If i can't get a refund i have requested the towels to be sent to me, as i have already paid for them, so they are holding on to stolen goods. Not surprisingly i have yet to get a response from them. I will take them to small claims court if i don't receive the towels. We also had to wait to check in as the person behind the counter was on the phone dealing with a customer complaint. Maybe this is typical for them. I have been traveling to this area for the past 14 years for 3 days of shows at The Gorge Amphitheater. The other hotels I've stayed at are booked solid. I'd say they were only at half capacity. I know each hotel is independently owned, but I have also reached out to corporate so they know what's going on at this location. AGAIN STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

When staying in Wenatchee, I always stay here. It is centrally located, both for getting around Wenatchee, even going over the bridge to east Wenatchee. Plenty of restaurants. Easy to get around.

Wenatchee has 2 Best Westerns within a half mile of each other, both easy to get to from the freeway, close to local restaurants. The Breakfast provided by the hotel was top of the line, No complaints from either my travel companion or my self.

The bathrooms are smallest I have seen, you can barely stand in the area, keys dont work have to go down constantly to get a new key, Breakfast area was very unsanitary smells like dog poop. We had beef mixed into our eggs, dining space for breakfast for the entire hotel is smaller than your room. Save your money, go to another hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet (well the fridge was a little loud). My only complaint is breakfast. Their automatic coffee machine allows only one person at a time to get coffee or hot water. And no one knows how to use it so the line really backs up. Also they put gravy in the crock pot without heating it first so my husband got cold gravy for his biscuits. And no half and half for coffee. So kind of weird breakfast but everything else was fine.
