Holiday Inn Express Wenatchee by IHG

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool was clean and the daily breakfast was amazing, plenty of options. They also have this cool pancake maker that I had never seen before. It was clean when we arrived at the room and there was a cute note from the housekeeping staff :) The lady in the front who checked us in was super nice and spoke to us in our preferred language (Spanish) and explained everything so well.

We stayed there as a sleepover with a pool for the kids. Pool was out of order for most of the time, we were able to squeeze in a quick swim before we checked out at least.

This hotel is staff friendly and family friendly as well. The pool wasn’t deep as I had expected but fun for kids it wasn’t heated either but it was ok. The hot tub was perfect! Lots to do for family and kids, lots of games in the hotel lobby area.. over all we loved it. The pool was redone recently but the floor is not skid resistant my child fell twice and she wasn’t running and had water shoes on. Other than that we would definitely recommend this hotel and would book again in the future. Breakfast was included yummy!

Traveled with kids. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Honestly we paid the price for this hotel just so the kids could swim in a pool on our trip. The pool chemicals were so strong that our eyes were burning within minutes of being in the pool area. Our kids (who will never leave a pool for hours on end) wanted to leave within 10 minutes because they were not feeling well in the pool area (no symptoms before and quickly resolved after leaving the pool). So just disappointed that we paid a higher price than we would have for a neighboring hotel and didn’t get the benefit of the pool for which we paid the price..

Several small things that I appreciated. Our room had a keurig. Our bathroom had a nightlight. I could change the temperature in my room. Fresh cookies in the evening. Breakfast was always plentiful and tasty. Minus .25 stars because they only had 1 elevator and it was super slow and the parking lot was cramped.

Traffic patterns made it difficult to get into parking area. Had to go around a couple times to find an opening. Thankfully lots were connected. Breakfast area is large

Everything was good except some parts of the bathroom were dirty and whoever stayed before is didn't close the windows all the way so the heat was still getting in

Holiday Inn Express is my go to place to stay when traveling. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is great quality. Holiday Inn Express Wenatchee is no exception. We were greeted with a smile, check in was a breeze and our room was exactly what we wanted. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcomed and giving us information for things to do while we were in the area.

Wonderful stay. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly. Would stay here again.

Bathroom ceiling was dirty. Bed was not clean; people hears were on bed.

Over all we enjoyed our trip, great food and plenty to do and see. Our only concern was the air conditioning in our room experienced a problem and our room had problems staying cool. We had it looked at, and it eventually got better. My wife also told the front counter that our bottom sheet on the bed had blood stains. This was a little disturbing, and she offered to reimburse us but she couldn’t because we used a third party to book the room.

We love this hotel. The room is very clean and comfortable. Large TV. The only complain is thwall is thin. I can hear next door talking and taking shower early morning. Breakfast was very good. Sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, various pastries and there is pancake maker. Will recommend this place.

Rooms were SO loud- walls need to be updated with additional insulation. Could hear kids running and jumping around and loud conversations through the walls on 3 sides.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Wenatchee, and we absolutely loved every moment of our visit. The front desk staff was friendly, attentive, and made check-in quick and effortless, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp, fresh linens that made it easy to relax after a long day. We loved the little touches, like the well-stocked coffee station, soft towels, and excellent water pressure in the shower. The modern décor felt fresh and inviting, and the large windows brought in plenty of natural light. The hotel amenities were a big highlight for us. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a variety of hot and cold items—everything from eggs, bacon, and pancakes to fresh fruit and yogurt. The breakfast area was clean, well-maintained, and constantly stocked by attentive staff. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, which were perfect for unwinding. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be more convenient. It’s close to restaurants, shops, and some great local attractions, but still quiet enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Parking was plentiful and free, which we appreciated. Overall, our experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Wenatchee was flawless. And we will be returning.

Not enough hot water. Good breakfast

Very nice hotel. Breakfast had more items than most hotels with a similar continental breakfast. Only problem was that the beds are so high, my elderly mother couldn't get into the bed and slept on the sofa. Not built for short people.

Overall... I liked my stay here and I would stay here again, if I was in the area. I liked everything overall---> nice breakfast in the morning, bed was comfortable, they have a hot tub and pool. However... I would not stay again over the pool/ parking lot area for the following reasons: 1. Train goes by and makes noise. 2. My room was 72, then 74, than 75 deg. F Didn't notice it until we went to bed. The front desk lady gave us a fan and we opened the window to let in the cooler outside air and with it, louder train noises. The room made it down to 70 deg F by 9am... so it was warm all night... whatever is wrong needs to be looked over by someone. So I would stay there again... just not on that side of the hotel and hopefully a cooler room, say 68deg F.

Great hotel, but thin walls. We could hear our neighbors shower and bathroom use and the footsteps of the people Staying above us.

The service in this hotel is amazing, the receptionists are all so nice and helpful, we definitely recommend staying here. They go above and beyond to satisfy their guests with extra care and attention.

At check in, the front desk agent was not friendly. Did not check my ID, did not tell me anything about the breakfast, just gave the keys and I had to ask all the questions. Our beds had hair on them like they weren’t careful when making beds. Our door could be pushed open without a key. Constant running around till 1 am and no answer when I called the front desk. This is what I expect from a motel, not a Holiday Inn.

I appreciated having the pet area be fenced so I could let my dogs loose to do their thing. The warm cookies in the evenings was a nice touch. Our room had a water issue on xmas day and maintenance was there almost immediately to address it. Very friendly staff. Thank you.

The hostess was super sweet. They offer so many amenities and have hot cocoa and coffee all day. Taking our pets with us was convenient, thank you for the wonderful hospitality

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hospitality, cleaning, and breakfast staff made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We were treated with sweet treats, delicious water and coffee, and suggestions for places to go and where to eat. Great trip!

The staff works as a team. I have to give kudos to the management and staff of this hotel as I see them work as a team esp. during breakfast where everyone is either refilling the food, coffee, or keeping the trash bins clean. Frontdesk staff has been very helpful and is always someone attentive for any customer that needs assistance. Overall, I will definitely go back to this place.

The room was great, breakfast was great, close to everything we wanted to do this weekend and everyone we talked with was excellent. Next time we are in Wenatchee, we'll stay with you again!

Easy to get to. Not in downtown, so easy to get in and out of town. Quiet, and everyone was so nice.

Whenever I’m in the area working I stay here, the staff is friendly, fun to talk to and very helpful. There are quite a few places to eat, walking distance too. Also a good location, a lot of shopping in the area. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. Sheets and towels were clean. Wish there wasn’t so many pillows, I do like the option of firm or soft but still way to many pillows. Breakfast here is the best out of all the hotel companies. Always hot, fresh and the people who keep everything stocked and cleaned are great.

I will give 10/10 star for the property. 1) Check-In and Check-Out was very smooth 2) Breakfast was too good with multiple varieties of food. 3) Location is easy to find

It's a little difficult to get back to the Hotel around the fast food and coffee but everything else was nice.

Great staff at this hotel, friendly and very helpful. Managers greeting is a great added option instead of going out to eat. I missed the meatball subs by a day!! Dang! Still the burrito was good! Breakfast the next day was really good too The room was nice, clean, comfortable and pretty good size. Sheets and towels were clean which is always a plus. Pillows are not the greatest, no need for 20 small pillows of different hardness, just go back to the old days and put 2 on a bed!!! Besides that, I will make sure I stay here anytime I’m in town

What a delight! This affordable hotel remembers hospitality. From the hot buffet-style breakfast, happy hour in the evenings, fresh baked cookies & milk, fresh popcorn- my stomach was happy! The food wasn't a coverup for less than stellar condition or service, though- the staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. They attended to several needs and every guest seemed happy that worked with them. The hotel was clean and in good condition, and has a good cleaning crew. The room itself was one of the better cleans I had seen in a while at this price point. The furnishings were comfortable and well-appointed. Their pet policy was very reasonable at $25 per night. Extended pool/hot tub hours were much appreciated for a road-weary traveler.

A great place to spend a night! They even had complimentary food in the evening. I was there for chili dogs, drinks and popcorn!

The breakfast Saturday the 14th was not cooked properly. The sausage was still raw in the center and the potatoes were still frozen and hard. Uneditable. My daughter felt very ill later on in the day after eating the sausage.

I like they offer breakfast and dinner Monday through Thursday activities for kids in lobby comfortable. The staff really went out of their way to make you feel welcomed.
