Old Port Penthouse Suite - Amazing Harbor Views

Our whole family loved the views from the windows, porch and cupola! Great Portland location and having parking included was a huge bonus for us with a rental car.

This apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Portland. Parking was easy, the property is really bright and clean, and the beds were comfortable. A great spot for a long weekend with friends.

What a beautiful property that has everything needed for a great stay in Portland. We were celebrating with our daughter and husband and this was just perfect. We walked to all types of amazing restaurants and took day trips out of town for additional activities. The small deck and rooftop patio are easy to access and a great place to sit and enjoy the day. We’re coming back as quickly as we can!

Fantastic location! Parking pass is included so you can park your car and not access it again until time to leave. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the home. House is very clean and has views for days! Very comfortable for our family of 4.

The condo was very nice with excellent views of the all the activity in the harbor right in heart of the old port. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants and attractions. Off-street (but still outdoor) parking is nearby and has easy in-and-out access.

The space was beautiful, even better than the pictures online. Extremely clean and well stocked. The location was the best part, with so much within walking distance. Check-in was very easy and the parking pass was a great bonus. The lot is very close and always had available spaces. I would highly recommend this property.

We came for the eclipse and watching from rooftop deck was awesome. The view of the wharf is so amazing. There are so many restaurants and shops in walking distance

Ideal location for our stay in Portland. Easy walk to great restaurants, breweries and the ferry to Peak's Island. Very clean! Comfortable beds and gorgeous views from both the roof and deck off the living area. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Henry Penthouse was wonderful. It was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The building is centrally located to everything we wanted to do, and has an amazing view. Parking is great and easy to access. The communication with the owners was easy and they are very kind and helpful. We'd stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Spotless, well equipped, great location, great communication with host. And the view was awesome. The place had everything we would want.

The condo unit is located in a great spot, not just because of its incredible view of the harbor area, but also because it is centrally located in the Old Port neighborhood. It is close to many highly rated restaurants and to all the shopping on Fore and Commercial Streets. The unit is comfortable and generally well equipped. The only minor negative is that the hardwood floor and some of the furniture are starting to show some wear and tear. I'm sure that Scott and Karen will stay on top of that.

Property was exactly as described. It was a nice amount of space for our family vacation with our adult daughter. Nicely furnished and maintained, right in the heart of Old Port shops.

Great place and location. Rooms too bright in the mornings waking you up early. Skylights would benefit from window treatments and the windows need treatments to block the light. Some of the area rugs are stained so need cleaning or replacing. Other than that, the place is perfect.

Cleanliness: Everything was spotless... from the bed linens, to the kitchen appliances, to the bathrooms, to the dishes. And we're the kind of people who normally re-wash all the dishes after arriving, just because... here, no need. Location: Really couldn't be better. Down the pier from Lukes. 3 minute walk to Scales. Also about 3 minutes to Ri Ra. Coastal Creamery is just downstairs (we had ice cream almost every day). Gorgeous views of the working waterfront... the water... the seagulls... the boats of all descriptions coming and going... (and also a BIT noisy during the day when we were there, as they were doing some pile driving in DiMilllo's parking lot... but hey... it's a WORKING waterfront, right?). Super comfy condo, nicely equipped. Showers worked nicely, plenty of hot water, kitchen appliances (drip coffee maker, toaster, Wolf gas cook top, and Bosch microwave and convection oven) all worked fine. One minor annoyance was that the main fridge wasn't working (the FREEZER section was, though)... so they provided a mini-fridge (and we used the wine cooler as a fridge, which could hit mid 30's). Enjoyed the 3 smart TVs (one in each bedroom and a bigger one in the living room) for watching Netflix and keeping up on the Red Sox. We'd absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Definitely recommended. Note: Managed (and owned, I believe) by a professional company. Communications were all clear, SUPER timely, and excellent. Easy to deal with. No complaints.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Location couldn’t be beat! The only negative would be the open concept bedroom/bathroom was a little odd, but we worked around that. I would definitely return!

What a view! Great property with views of the harbor. Centrally located and in walking distance of good food and shops. A unique experience if you are looking for something different than a hotel room.

This modern apartment has stunning almost 180 degree views of the harbor. It is in an ideal location to walk to many highly rated restaurants and to take advantage of tourist activities. The beds were very comfortable and the showers and tub were luxurious. The unit lacks a few minor amenities like tissues but that certainly didn't affect our five star rating.

We enjoyed immensely this beautiful apartment. The location is perfect with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The parking pass was an added bonus that allowed us not to worry about finding parking. The apartment was spotless and kitchen/bathrooms were nicely appointed. The only negative thing to note was the noise you can hear in the living room when the elevator was operating. It was not audible in the bedrooms and certainly would not keep us from staying here again.

This was the first year we had a little hiccup—the internet wasn’t working properly our first night, and required several calls to Scott’s property manager, as well as the cable company to get things sorted out. I was able to connect with Scott after the trip and give my feedback about the cable issues and slow communication from property management.

Incredible floor to ceiling view of Portland's working waterfront. Comfy seating to watch ferries, tankers, lobster boats come & go. Beautiful high-end, very clean condo with a few quirks: Bathrooms inside bedrooms have no doors/walls, elevator noise permeates the apartment, and reclining sofas and chair don't have cord section with plugs so they don't recline. Plus, our fridge wasn't working so we were given only a dorm-size fridge for the week (@ $700/night?) 🙁

We were in Portland for a wedding. The Henry penthouse exceeded our expectations. The unit was even more beautiful than in the pictures. All very clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. The views are amazing! Parking space included was a plus. One BR has black-out curtains, but the skylight has no shade and the light is aimed towards the bed. The other bedroom also has a skylight and has sheer curtains on the window. I wore eyeshades and slept well, but the others in our group commented that the light woke them up early. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland!

This is our 4th time staying in this building and the communication is always top notch and the property is in the heart of Old Port. Easy to walk to everything. The view cannot be beat and it's is a fun stay every time. Can't say enough nice things about the Property Manager and the property. Will stay again, many times over.

Can’t beat the location and convenience of the penthouse. The views and style are fantastic. We had some trouble getting into the building but the property managers helped us right away. Probably the best stay I’ve had in Portland.

Location is first and foremost the best part, close to everything in the heart of Old Port. Views are incredible and has every amenity you could ask for. Property managers communication was a amazing and the building is super secure with multiple coded entries. Will stay again for our next trip back!

The rental was as described. It’s within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops. The property manager was responsive & quick to fix any issues we had.

No flexibility with wanting to check in early and use the allotted parking space. We used public parking instead and spent 40. Also, the electricity went out one night and we were unable to enter the building. It took Scott 55 minutes to respond to our text message. We were very inconvenienced and nothing was offered. This is Scott’s business it’s not warm and fuzzy. There are a lot of rules. Be sure to read everything carefully.

I'm not sure you can find a better place to stay if your goal is to see the downtown Portland area / Old Port. The unit is exactly like the pictures and description, which is spot on. Incredible views, perfectly maintained, extremely clean, and well appointed. We felt completely at home during our stay. We had zero issues but the owner Scott is a only a text or call away and responded immediately to our text letting him know we had checked in/out. Old Port was everything we had hoped it would be, and there is zero need to rent a vehicle while staying at this location. You can walk the entire city. We will definitely be back and would book this exact unit or the Cornelia (same owner) again.

This was the first time that we rented a vrbo that was exactly as promised, plus a fully well apportioned kitchen with everything we needed: cheese knife(s), knives set with scissors, wine cork screw, many glasses, and plates, etc options...even plastic wine glasses for use on the deck. The entire management team was accessible and supportive. We stayed during Hurricane Lee and with the help of the team we were prepared for anything...thank goodness there was no loss of power or damage, but the team had the place ready to go just in case. We would definitely rent this property again or one of the others managed by this team!

The condo is located cross the street from the harbor (and Luke's Lobster restaurant), a block from the ferry terminal, and in the heart of the old port. We walked to everything! The condo was new and architecturally beautiful - appliances, bathrooms, windows. The frosting on the cake was watching the full moon through the bank of windows facing the harbor!

The view of the city and Casco Bay could not have been better! It was the absolute perfect location in the Old Port!
