Smell of marijuana overwhelmed the entire hotel. Rooms were very dirty. Not to welcoming at the front desk. Tub and sink were clogged and back up when you run the taps and finally there was hairs all over the beds.

The entire hotel smelled like weed. I had to sleep with the window open- even the front guy working the desk was smoking and smelled like weed. The floors were dirty and I can tell it wasn’t cleaned well at all. Overall very dirty and misleading in the photos. Did not feel safe

Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately had to be moved 3 times due to the first room not being clean. Upon arrival there were no bath towels, toe nail clippings in bathroom floor, surface was sticky, and what looked to be blood stains on the sheets. The second room we were moved to had hair in the sheets and stickiness on the bedside tables, TV remote also was on and off and wasn’t always working. Eventually we were moved to the third room and though this was the cleanest there was still trash and nut crumbs right in the door as you enter and some small trash in the bathroom. The AC felt great after a long day of exploring, staff was friendly, but unfortunately felt very uncomfortable staying here not knowing what was and wasn't clean.

We checked in around 10:30 PM and checked out by 8 AM the next morning. The staff assured us they would notify Hotels.com so we could receive a credit, but that never happened. In the end, we paid nearly $500 for ten awful hours. I understand the saying “you get what you pay for,” but this experience was far below what anyone should expect at any price.

Hands down the worst motel I have ever been in. Dirty sheets, cat urine smell, absolutely gross. I packed up and went across street to Hampton Inn. I have never left a motel before, but this place was plain disgusting. I messaged management through this app, I’d like to get a refund.

I came here for my reservation, had no problems with getting in and finding my reservation. I had no issues with the staff. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and I liked the remodeled rooms. The room was clean and exactly as I expected it to be. I knew going in I wasn't going to the Ritz Carlton, I just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights and it worked. The only downside for me was no fridge in the room, but they did have a microwave downstairs to use and No shampoo.

While the AC/heat functioned well and the room appeared clean (aside from a noticeable musky smell present for our entire Friday-Monday stay), there were significant drawbacks. The provided TV remote was visibly dirty. The elevator did not work our entire stay so would not recommend for those who cannot do stairs. The lack of full-size bath towels was a major inconvenience. Despite our requests to the front desk, we were only offered hand towels and washcloths, which were inadequate for drying after showering. This negatively impacted our comfort. On the positive side, the bed was fine, parking was convenient, and this motel is welcoming to dogs (one of the few without a fee). The AC unit also provided good white noise, effectively blocking outside noise.

I did not realize that this was down the road from a gentlemans club and was unfortantly roomed across the hall from a party of frat boys returning all weeked at 3 AM from said club. The noise level all weekend was horrible and no one in my group was able to sleep. The room was not wiped down, there were greasy hand prints on all the tables and bedframes. The bathroom had fecal splaters on the walls and only two towels. I asked the front desk for more and was told that the laundry hadn't been done yet and that we couldnt have anymore until the next day.

There are not a lot of local eateries, but the staff were friendly and responsive, check in was a breeze, the room was clean and tidy and the water in the taps was hot. The bed was pretty comfortable too and the internet was fast. Overall it was a good hotel stay, esp. for the price. The coffee was tolerable too (which is, although it doesn't sound like it, high praise given what I've had elsewhere).

I had to wait 90 minutes to enter my room because they didn’t have clean rooms available. The front desk clerk stated that they have one housekeeper and it takes an hour to clean a room. I arrived around 8:30 and even someone else I met that arrived around 3 said she had to wait 45 minutes. This is not normal or ok. Once I was given the green light to go to my room, the housekeeper said he needed 2 more minutes. Once I entered the room, it was very clean and nice. No fridge & microwave though, which can be an added amenity. It’s not noisy, but I definitely heard guests talking loud overnight and traffic. But that’s not as awful as having to wait in the lobby for 90 minutes when all you want to do is to relax in your room.

Unfortunately the customer service was not good. We were not greeted when we arrived to check in and we were barely acknowledged during our check in process. The first room we were given smelled horrendous and the hotel staff admitted that that room always had a bad smell. We were then mocked by two of the hotel staff because we wanted a different room. The woman working there was kind enough to find us another room and was considerate about the process. The second room we got was cleaner. All but two of the towels and washcloths were stained and when we asked for more they didn't have any more washcloths.

If you like hanging out with the homeless, then you will like this place. Portland houses its homeless here. Staff is horrible, room floor dirty. The building itself is pretty new. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone period!!!

Entrance hard to find and get into, plenty of parking, quiet overall, nearby shops and restaurants, but the price of the hotel for what you get isn't worth it. Towels stained, lights in room were almost all burnt out and the lights that worked were bright fluorescent. Beds uncomfortable, shower drain clogged, smelled of marijuana throughout hotel, and just not worth the money.

The room was clean overall. Most of the time it was quiet, except after 7 AM. The only other noise was the elevator operation, which is about as noisy as my house's furnace when it operates. One of the towels was not quite so clean. Checking in was easy, took maybe a couple of minutes. The snack area took a bit of searching but I found it near the elevator. The HVAC ran fine. Parking was plentiful overall, but for some reason this weekend, parking close to the entrance was full. The location is convenient to shopping, food and gas.

5 stars for room cleanliness and 3 for outside of room including the elevator. Hotel is in a great area 12-15 from downtown and parks. There’s a shopping mall right across with restaurants and Kohl’s. Just a side note: motel is also used as housing for the displaced. I would stay here again.

We did not even had a chance to walk in the door. When we arrived around 8:30 pm the parking was dark and not lit up and the outside the door there was a crowd of males that look like trouble. So we left because we did not feel safe and found another hotel.

Upon arrival all the outside lights near the front of the hotel were off so it was very dark. Some guy was just sitting in a old car listening to music. There was trash all over the parking lot. Front desk person was friendly. Hallways going to run were extremely dirty. Seemed more like a place you would rent the room by the hour.

Was not greeted at the door. The desk clerk was moving some large boxes that had been delivered to the lobby. After about five minutes he stopped to tell me, "I'll be with you, eventually." The hallways were dirty--there was even a large chunk of toilet paper in the hallway in front of my door. My room was clean enough, but no tissue paper. If I needed to blow my nose, I had to use toilet paper. Toilet was slow to flush and required multiple flushes to make solid waste go down. Noise on my floor included a baby with colic and a very yappy dachshund dog...all night long. No in-room fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. Not even a coffee pot in the lobby the following morning. I have stayed at this property before in years past; it's not the same.

I was told I could check in at 2 pm. My friend and I arrived, got the room key from the guy at the desk and went to the room. It was a 1 bed (full size), but I booked a 2 bed. I went back down and found the guy in the parking lot smoking a joint and explained that I got the wrong room. A different guy followed me in and said there wouldn't be one ready until 3. He informed me that my reservation did show that I booked a 2 bed and wasn't sure why the first guy gave me a 1 bed. Waited until 3, went to the desk to get the key and was told by the first guy that there weren't any 2 beds available and that my reservation shows a 1 bed. He said they've been having issues with hotels.com/Expedia with reservations showing up incorrectly. I just caught him in a lie. We ended up with a king bed but not what we wanted. The hotel was dirty, and the smell of pet urine lingered through all the hallways. The breakfast food was ok, but the countertops were disgusting. I had to ask the hotel staff to clean them. Not very pleasant. Good thing we only stayed one night. Would not stay again.

We were expecting at least shampoo and soap, but there was none. A mini-fridge would be a plus, especially when people going there are often going to the beach. Not easy to manage food and water when you have no place to store them.
