Stayed 2 nights

While the hotel is nice overall, I think you could find somewhere better to stay in Portland. The additional fees that you pay once you get there are honestly outrageous, so beware of that. On top of what you paid for the hotel, you are then charged $25 per night as some sort of resort fee AND must pay $40 a night for valet. There is no option to park your own car. And as any decent person would, I tipped the valet each time he got our car as well. I would look into a nearby parking lot if you want to avoid this. Between these two things, I had to pay an additional $150+ tips at the hotel which I was not expecting. My other big con was how uncomfortable the beds/pillows were and how THIN the blankets are. I had to go to the front desk on our second night to request another blanket because it was truly the equivalent to a sheet, not a comforter. The walls are also very very thin so you will be hearing the people next to you. I’m talking you can literally hear them using their bathroom next to yours. I just think how much the place ends up costing, I could’ve booked somewhere else. I chose the Cambria because it was within my budget, but ended up being more with all the BS fees.

Everything was perfect starting with the ease to park with valet service. The room was fantastic and the hotel bar was good. Only little downside was the noise of the A/C that was a little too loud but not enough to not be a 5-star stay.
