En general un hotel chiquito, pero cómodo. Lo que no me gusto es que no inlcuye el wifi, tienes que pagar más por este servicio. No tiene un bar dentro de la alberca, tienes que salir para ir por bebidas y siempre hay demasiada fila (y eso que casi no habia gente en el hotel). La comida muy sabrosa, el mesero Fernando Barajas muy amable, super atento pregunten por el cuando vayan.

Venden el hotel a través de las imágenes como un hotel bueno de calidad y cuando llegas el lobby está en construcción (parado, ya que nadie está trabajando en el). Solo un restaurante donde haces mucho tiempo en la fila para poder ingresar, adentro el aire es tan frío y directo para asegurar que salgas rápido de el. Las opciones de alimento nada variada, mi esposo salió con infección estomacal. Los baños super pequeños y con olor a caño constante. Las camas el primer día que llegamos tenían arena, dudo que cambiaran la colchas. Las almohadas insuficientes y super duras, no logras. Tener un buen descanso. De la alberca te sacan a las 7pm No recomiendo para nada hospedarte aquí si tu plan es pasar unas vacaciones de relax increíbles.

If you are looking for a fun enjoyable trip for your family and friends, DO NOT stay at Tesoro. Terrible customer service. You were not allowed to have any food or drinks in the pool area. My husband was told to take off his shirt in the pool because it wasn't one that was used for sun protection. We were constantly watched when we were at the pool, we felt like we were back in grade school. They also give out day passes to residents for the pool, so it was always full. They have ONE restaurant for their "all inclusive" package that had terrible food. My family didn't eat there one time. It closes multiple times during the day, so it wasn't even an option half the time. The only good thing about this place is they cleaned our room daily. We were even told by the locals who provided our excursions that this was a terrible hotel and to never stay here. Horrible experience. Do not go here.

Ac was not cool no fans. Hot in room. Broken chair. Bathrooms was a mess water leaking out shower nonstop. Toilet whistled for minutes after flushing. Food was ok many options open bar. Except for top shelf. We had all inclusive. Security was a bunch of dick heads singling people out. For drink by the pool when others had the pool filled with open cups. Pool was nice easy access to ocean. Staff was accommodating when needed. Store for extra things if needed. Location was close to everything walking distance. For the amount of money spent it could have been a lot better. Also forgot they were remodeling and the drilling was right under my room.

Salvo que nos tocaron unos vecinos de habitación muy ruidosos, todo estuvo muy bien, en especial quiero felicitarlos por proporcionar trabajo a personas de la tercera edad, todo un excelente servicio del personal, solo falta un poco más de limpieza en los baños de la alberca

En cuanto a la limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, cuando quitamos las cobijas para acostarnos había claramente cabellos sobre las sábanas. Adicional el baño estaba tapado. El personal en general es amable y atento.

Habitaciones muy descuidadas, había cucarachas en el mueble del frigobar, se me hizo muy molesto que pasaran por las toallas a las 8am y se molestaran por no dejar llevárselas , y al día siguiente se las llevab, la atención de personal muy buena .

The food was surprisingly very good and the highlight of the stay, The hotel itself has seen better days (dirty floors, mold on lamps, broken wall plugs) another downside was the service of the staff as we had to ask for 2 days for new sets of towels before they finally brought them.

Solo mencionaré lo que me hace no regresar, la habitación muy sucia en mis tres noches no cambiaron nunca las sabanas, el primer día de la llegada cabellos por donde quier hasta adentro del servivar que feo fue, muy sucia, lleve a mi bebé y se le iban juguetes debajo de la cama lo que me llevo a notar el mal aseo, y la atención del barbam del loby un grosero (todos los demás muy amables en todo), y la comida malita, muy salada, o picosa, o sabor a refrigerador, el servio de los meseros y recepción muy Bueno

Cuenta con un solo restaurante buffet y el que es a la carta es imposible alcanzar lugar para reservar, duré hora y media formada para reservar una noche y no tienen la capacidad u organización para que los huéspedes puedan cenar aunque sea una noche en dicho restaurante. Le hace falta mantenimiento a los baños de las habitaciones, se ven viejos y descuidados. El hotel ofrece wifi y es casi imposible acceder a este servicio, te solicitan que escanes código QR, luego que te registres con tu correo en la pagina, posteriormente que confirmes en la página, y mis papás que viajaban con nosotros no tienen correo electrónico por lo que no pudieron gozar de wifi. Mi papá que es una persona de la tercera edad, tiene problemas de espalda y para estar en el área de alberca, requería silla pues el camastro es muy incómodo para él, la solicitamos y parecía todo un trámite burocrático para que nos prestaran una silla.

The entire staff was beyond wonderful. Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Many of them doing hard jobs, working long days, and their attitudes were excellent. We arrived a little early and we’re put in Villa 13. The beachfront location was great, but the Villa was old and not well maintained. The hot water wasn’t hot, and the water pressure was only enough to use 1 bathroom at s time, even though we paid for 2. We spoke to the staff at the front desk about it, and they immediately sent a maintenance man over. He was able to turn up the temperature on the undersized water heater, but basically told us that he couldn’t do anything about the pressure. We were a group of 6, and there were other issues, so my wife and her sister, again, spoke to the front desk. This time they agreed to move us to a better unit. Villa 10. It was much better. Overall is was definitely satisfactory. The buffet food with the all inclusive package was good. In fact the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. The dining room staff worked so hard to make sure that all guests were fed well and on time. Again, I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful staff. Despite the facilities being dated, and problems at Villa 13, it was overall a pretty good stay.

I can’t complain about the service services was great the thing that was in bad condition was the bathroom the smell of humidity the sound of the toilet every time we flush after it had a sound like disinflating a balloon every 30 seconds for 2 minutes will last One more thing I like coffee I could not get a coffee if i don’t seat at a table and not for room service at night time only morning time. they don’t have a coffee station that will be great

Pool was nice easy access to ocean. Staff was accommodating when needed. Store for extra things if needed. Location was close to everything walking distance. For the amount of money spent it could have been a lot better. Also forgot they were remodeling and the drilling was right under my room.

The entire staff was beyond wonderful. Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Many of them doing hard jobs, working long days, and their attitudes were excellent. We arrived a little early and we’re put in Villa 13. The beachfront location was great, but the Villa was old and not well maintained. The hot water wasn’t hot, and the water pressure was only enough to use 1 bathroom at s time, even though we paid for 2. We spoke to the staff at the front desk about it, and they immediately sent a maintenance man over. He was able to turn up the temperature on the undersized water heater, but basically told us that he couldn’t do anything about the pressure. We were a group of 6, and there were other issues, so my wife and her sister, again, spoke to the front desk. This time they agreed to move us to a better unit. Villa 10. It was much better. Overall is was definitely satisfactory. The buffet food with the all inclusive package was good. In fact the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. The dining room staff worked so hard to make sure that all guests were fed well and on time. Again, I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful staff. Despite the facilities being dated, and problems at Villa 13, it was overall a pretty good stay.

If you are looking for a fun enjoyable trip for your family and friends, DO NOT stay at Tesoro. Terrible customer service. You were not allowed to have any food or drinks in the pool area. My husband was told to take off his shirt in the pool because it wasn't one that was used for sun protection. We were constantly watched when we were at the pool, we felt like we were back in grade school. They also give out day passes to residents for the pool, so it was always full. They have ONE restaurant for their "all inclusive" package that had terrible food. My family didn't eat there one time. It closes multiple times during the day, so it wasn't even an option half the time. The only good thing about this place is they cleaned our room daily. We were even told by the locals who provided our excursions that this was a terrible hotel and to never stay here. Horrible experience. Do not go here.

There is only one bar open at the time, and the drinks seem watered. There is no snacks that you can bring to the pol or beach area. Persinel were not allowed to bring drinks to the beach area. The beach is not suitable for swimming. The food was fantastic.

Una estancia bastante agradable. Como puntos a favor: un lugar bastante cuidado, fresco y limpio, con reglas claras. ¡Los felicito! Leí comentarios sobre la repetitividad de la comida, sin embargo, yo no noté eso, al contrario, muy buena variación de comida, y el restaurante de especialidades, ¡magnífico! Cuenta con un solo restaurante buffet y el que es a la carta es imposible alcanzar lugar para reservar, duré hora y media formada para reservar una noche y no tienen la capacidad u organización para que los huéspedes puedan cenar aunque sea una noche en dicho restaurante. Le hace falta mantenimiento a los baños de las habitaciones, se ven viejos y descuidados. El hotel ofrece wifi y es casi imposible acceder a este servicio, te solicitan que escanes código QR, luego que te registres con tu correo en la pagina, posteriormente que confirmes en la página, y mis papás que viajaban con nosotros no tienen correo electrónico por lo que no pudieron gozar de wifi. Mi papá que es una persona de la tercera edad, tiene problemas de espalda y para estar en el área de alberca, requería silla pues el camastro es muy incómodo para él, la solicitamos y parecía todo un trámite burocrático para que nos prestaran una silla.

Venden el hotel a través de las imágenes como un hotel bueno de calidad y cuando llegas el lobby está en construcción (parado, ya que nadie está trabajando en el). Solo un restaurante donde haces mucho tiempo en la fila para poder ingresar, adentro el aire es tan frío y directo para asegurar que salgas rápido de el. Las opciones de alimento nada variada, mi esposo salió con infección estomacal. Los baños super pequeños y con olor a caño constante. Las camas el primer día que llegamos tenían arena, dudo que cambiaran la colchas. Las almohadas insuficientes y super duras, no logras. Tener un buen descanso. De la alberca te sacan a las 7pm No recomiendo para nada hospedarte aquí si tu plan es pasar unas vacaciones de relax increíbles.

En general bien, mucha gente en la alberca por lo que no hay camastros suficientes, solo un bar en la alberca con uy poca variedad de bebidas, la comida muy simple y sin variedad, no hay ensaladas, jamón, quesos, la carne de res creo no la conocen porque no la vimos, un solo restaurant por lo que hay que hacer cola para entrar, la habitación cómoda se descansa bien

Overall, it was a decent mid-range resort. The room, public areas, and pool were always very clean. Parts of the hotel are quite dated, however the buffet area has recently been renovated. Food at the buffet was cold each time we tried it. Breakfast was alright since we usually just ate fruit and yogurt, but we went out to eat for dinner each night. During the week the resort was pretty quiet, so we didn't have any issue finding loungers by the pool or beach. However the resort got extremely busy with locals on the weekend and it was hard to find a spot to sit. The beach is beautiful. Also note that free Wifi is not included, even in the all inclusive package! It is an extra cost.
