La alberca estaba muy sucia, las filas muy largas para bebidas.

Falta capacidad en el estacionamiento, los restaurantes no están preparados para el volumen de visitantes se saturan y las filas para acceso son muy largas, los espacios de reposo no es posible usarlos por saturación, no hay agua caliente en las habitaciones

En general el hotel es bueno. Solo que observé que el área de alberca, restaurantes y bares. Son insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes que el hotel recibe. En algunos restaurantes niegan el acceso justificando que son espacios para recibir a grupos. O hasta que ven la fila enorme de huéspedes en el restaurante Palapa. Es cuando aperturas el acceso a restaurantes como el del área de jardín . En el restaurante de playa capacitar al personal en servicio al cliente. Y considero clasista que los de brazalete de socios no realicen fila en el bar, es ofensivo para quienes si realizan la fila enorme de espera a pleno rayo de sol. Sobre poblado de huéspedes.

Muy mala experiencia con este hotel fontana Ixtapa, no tiene la capacidad para entretenimiento, bares y restaurantes, Enormes filas para pedir una bebida, entrar a los restaurantes y al snack. Las albercas son unas cantinas, muy pequeñas para la cantidad de huéspedes, no son suficientes. Ningún día pude entrar a la alberca ya que era una cantina, por la tarde ya el agua tenía un color sucio creo que ocasionado por tanto orines de los huéspedes. Instalaciones viejas pero limpias.

Poco servicio por parte del personal. Les falta más infraestructura ya que hay que hacer fila para ingresar a los restaurantes, en la barras de la alberca y el lobbybar. Pocos mariscos en sus restaurantes. Albercas muy saturadas, tienes que apartar camastro desde las 6 am, de lo contrario ya no alcanzas. Se terminaban las toallas. Mi estancia fue en “temporada baja” Recomiendo que busquen más opciones.

Tienen muchas actividades. El estacionamiento está chico.

Excelente lugar por el precio actualmente esta en remodelación entonces había lugares cerrados o poco acceso pero en general muy buen hotel todo incluido y el personal excelente siempre.

The resort is extremely overcrowded for the size of the amenities. It is impossible to get a lounge or chair to use around the pool or beach. Pools are extremely overcrowded all day long. The condition of the common areas of the facility are not being properly maintained. Staff are very helpful and quality of food service is good but drinks require standing in line most of the time. The resort is worn out but it is being kept clean. I will look for better choices in the future.

1-me dieron una habitación con escaleras de caracol les pedí me hicieran cambio y no se tomaron la molestia de informarme si o no..no tenían tarjetas para tuallas creo que tienen que mantener al cliente bien informado y no tienen suficiente estacionamiento no lo recomiendo la verdad mala calidad

La habitación no tuvo agua caliente, las albercas no estaban limpias y lamcimida en sus tres restaurantes es pésima.

Pésimo, no reserven este hotel está horrible, alimentos y bebidas de pésima calidad, la alberca un asco siempre sucia y olía mal, piso circundante a la Alberca súper resbaloso varias personas se accidentaron un niño de fracturó el Brazo, yo me caí apesar de ir con cuidado y me golpeé la Cabeza tuve suerte que Solo Fuera el Golpe, mal servicio, los Cuartos horribles apesar que Se Supone se acaban de remodelar , fugas en los wc lo cual permitía que Se saliera el Agua del Caño y olía horrible en fin pésima experiencia fui a una boda solo por Eso me Tuve que hospedar ahí, no vale la Pena lo Que uno Paga puedes pagar lo Mismo En otro hotel Vecino y tendrás una mejor experiencia en fin la peor estancia que he tenido

Le buffet es el mismo en todos los restaurantes, aveces tardan hasta 1 hora y media en entregarte la habitación, la habitación estaba limpia y tenía una hermosa vista hacia la bahía

El hotel es bueno nos tocó una habitación remodelada con excelente funcionamiento todo normal conforme al precio lo único malo por así decirlo es que todos los camastros de playa estaban llenos desde temprano

Instalaciones muy dañadas, fugas de agua en tuberías de techumbre de pasillos. Habitaciones muy pequeñas. Televisión con mala señal, muy pequeñas. Relación precio calidad valido

Me agradó mucho que la habitación y el baño son muy amplios. El aire acondicionado estuvo con seguro y una habitación no contaba con el clima agradable. Me gustaría que el bar cerrará más tarde.

Reservamos habitaciones con vista completa al mar en una suit junior y a la hora de entregarnos nuestra habitación solo tenia vista parcial al mar lo cual es de muy mal gusto ya que por lo mismo pagamos un poco más

El colchón estuvo muy duro, había mucha gente y por lo mismo a la hora de la comida se tardaban para servir los alimentos. Solo sería mejor ese aspecto

Starting with the ONLY positive experience of out stay, our room 735 oceanfront was nice. But on our 2nd day, We were locked out of the room for about 5 hours. The door lock malfunctionrd and we could not get access to our room to wash up for dinner or access our safe for cash to go out to eat. No apology given. We stayed for 3 days. Next issue was the horrible food. The only protein offered were eggs beans chicken pork and some fish. Very poor tasting almost inedible. Beef was never served at any meal. There were a variety of vegetables offered but mostly mushed bland tasting. There is no cheese boards or fruit and nuts available. Fruits served were a mixture of papaya and pineapple chunks. Only 2 kinds of beer served. I think it was Tecate. You only had 2 options, light or dark beer. I have never been to a "resort" with only 2 beer options. All on tap served in small plastic cups. There are cocktails served. Some are good. Bartenders did their best to keep up with the crowd. Wait time IN LINE for a drink was about 10 minutes. There is no table service or beach service. Horrible experience. The beach was nice but not swimmable. Red flag was up all during our stay. So that left the 3 overcrowded swimming pools. Saturday was by far the worst day at the Fontan. There were many group tour busses on the premises adding to the turmoil. I will never visit Fontan again. And maybe just avoid the whole area completely. I\'ve traveled to quite a few resorts and never had such a bad stay

Pesima variedad de comida y mal trato del personal de meseros de restaurantes pero sobre todo un cheff prepotente alto de tez blanca que estuvo el viernes 21 de julio en el restaurante

Me gustó el fácil acceso a los restaurantes No me gustó el ruido y la construcción que se llevaba a cabo

El servicio en recepción fue pésimo. Hice 3 reservaciones de 4 habitaciones. Al hacer fila para hacer el check inn no quisieron atender a mis acompañantes, indicando que cada persona se debe formar en la fila por separado. Aún argumentando que venían conmigo. Los hicieron formar en la fila para hacer check inn y había muchísima gente. En todos los hoteles donde he estado siempre me atienden y solo le piden las identificaciones a los acompañantes y solo le ponen los brazaletes del todo incluido. Con el calor que hacía mi familia se tuvo que volver a formar en la fila. Pésima experiencia.

Excelente atención del personal muy cálidos amables el hotel muy sencillo pero limpio ,los alimentos limpios no muy elaborados muy sencillos pero limpios y de buen sabor sobre todo la gentileza del personal nos trataron muy amables volveremos muy pronto

Las señoritas del mostrador son bastante groseras. Si llegas antes de las 3 pm, no puedes comenzar a hacer uso del hotel a menos que se paguen $200 MXN por persona. Cuando se hace check out, si te vas después de las 12 pm tienes que pagar $350 MXN para usar las instalaciones. La verdad nunca me había pasado en un hotel all inclusive. Los bar tenders, depende de quién te atienda, pero también son groseros. Las habitaciones sucias a pesar de que “las limpian”. Puse una toalla sucia en el piso para que la cambiasen y me la volvieron a doblar como si fuese una limpia.

Se nos dió habitación a las 18:00 debido a supuestas fallas en sistema, adicional a que hacían mucha presión para adquirir su membresía del hotel y recibir una mejor atención.

Excelente servicio de todo el personal, todos son muy amables, excepto recepción que no dejan entrar antes de las 3. El early checkin lo cobran y es solo para acceso a las instalaciones, no te da acceso a la habitación, igual el late checkout.

Yuri Prada the front desk supervisor was very rude so unprofessional. I wanted to exchange currency and they kept saying to come back at a certain time when I did they came up with all kind of excuses…very inconvenient for us that we didn’t know the area around. Will never go back. Not recommended for tourists who do not speak spanish.

El personal no tiene educación ni atención con los clientes, el encargado de recepcionistas que se encontraba el 26 Dic 2025 a medio día, muy grosero fui a solicitar apoyo y me dejo con la palabra en la boca, si importarle mi solicitud, hasta que me atendió un recepcionista, la camarera de habitación 832 en mi estancia del 25 al 28 Dic. muy grosera se molestaba que estábamos en nuestra habitación a la hora que pasaba a realizar limpieza, la camarera de aseo en los baños del love, grosera en lugar de preguntar que necesitaba, reclamaba, haciendo sentirme incomoda, en las actividades recreativas nos cobraron una pelota de pinpom $30 pesos que nosotros la rompimos, se ve muy poquitero la administración del hotel, en lugar de hacer sentir comodo a los clientes, nos incomodan por una cantidad insignificante, algunos meseros, desatentos con el servicio, yo tenia que pararme a solicitar mis bebidas, la comida muy austera, y condicionada, en la noche de antojitos mexicanos, solicite dos mini churros y solo me condicionaron uno, el elote que me dieron con granos podridos, la chica que gestiona el tour de bicicletas muy grosera, indicando si saben usar una bicicleta si no me jor retirence, que feo servicio, lo menos es que preste atención y comodidad al cliente, todos ellos no tienen la culpa, la administración es quien tiene la culpa, no supervisa, no capacita para cuidar al cliente. y seguramente su pago es muy poco por esto no les exigen ni les capacitan.

To be all inclusive services, need to have better service, better strategies for checking in and check out, also any time we need to eat, its a long lanes for only 1 restaurant that it's open, I nickname the hotel of waits, to check out was 50 minutes!

Bed was pretty good Could have used a couple more pillows. The food ok. It's irritating when you stand in line for a beer for 15.20 minutes and people with a black bracelet just walks right up and gets served. After check out we wanted to sit in the lobby for an hour. Because of the noise ( bus loads of people leaving, music blaring out front and a chick on a mega phone, which must be part of their promotion geared towards the tours they're bringing in, we ended up just leaving and stood around in the airport. It was our 5th visit and we don't think we'll be back.

I would like to start off by saying that the hotel itself is very nice. It is in a great location. Our room was clean and spacious and had an amazing view. The grounds are well kept and the beach area is beautiful. Olivia and Susan from the front desk were amazing. That’s where it all ends. I had no idea that this was a predominantly Mexican hotel. None of the staff even tried to speak English. None of the signage was in English so we missed a lot of information. The food, with the exception of breakfast, was terrible. website said there were 3 restaurants. There was one that we could only visit every 3 days, the others were buffets that served the same food. No information was given as to what was being served. We ate all of our dinners out, despite being all inclusive. The lines for drinks were terrible. If you weren’t in line at the right time for the other meals you had to wait for a long time. The staff was rude and disrespectful on more than one occasion. The front desk laughed at me when I asked if there was a laundromat in the area. My husband and I have never felt so unwelcome and disrespected in a hotel. We will not be back.

1st time at Fontain and 3rd in Ixtapa. We were not expecting to be the only English guests at resort. Not many staff who apoke Engliah either. Very good local food but very local menu. Good immersion that might not be for everyone. Clean resort with great access to best beach imaginable.

My family and I really liked the options for dinning and their staff. There was an open Buffett for the adults and another one for the kids which was always a great option for my little one. Staff was always on top of our needs and wants. We also really enjoyed the pool and beach areas. Conveniently had showers at both beach accesses. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay at this location. Would definitely come back.

No hay mucha variedad en la comida y al abrir los bares se forma una fila enorme que tardan hasta 40 minutos en atenderte, en los snacks no dejan sacar la comida

Todo muy bien, me encantó la hospitalidad del personal, el hotel muy limpio, para mi gusto lo único que cambiaría sería tener más variedad en los alimentos ya que fue lo mismo diario pero muy rico

Front desk personnel was never readily available to help with our request. We were asked to come back later. The TV in our room never did work. The technician claimed they had poor signal reception. The shower did not have a washcloth to scrub your body. Their all inclusive bars were extremely limited with their drinks. Only two kind of draft beer which was kept on plastic containers and not stainless steel barrels for health reasons. Mix drinks were basic and pre-mixed, then poured in large containers to be blended with ice. If we asked for a different mix drink, we were told we needed to have a membership with the hotel. All bottles of hard liquor on display at the bars, were empty. Makes you wonder what kind of liquor the bartender kept at hand to make the drinks??? The welcome bar by the lobby was only open from 6pm to 1am. The rest of the bars in the property were open at different hours. You had to walk around to find one that was open for service. Their food in one of their restaurants made me sick for three days. They were not willing to take responsibility by providing medical assistance. For this reason we had to go outside the resort to find other restaurants. I’ve been a Expedia member for several years, and I am disappointed to see that Expedia has an agreement with a Resort that does not try to provide good service to out of country visitors. We will never go back to this Resort. We are extremely unhappy with their overall service.

When you pay alinclusive you expect good service, decent food and good drinks, the service was no good, the food horrible and the drinks extremely simples, no all the drinks are include and the room and común areas were damages and dirtiest.

The staff was very friendly and polite, thefood was limited to certain times and long lines. Room was comfy, overall nice stay
