Check in was located at the Holiday Inn Express. Rooms are spacious and clean. Small gym, but extremely hot, as the Sauna is located in that area too. Breakfast is basic, but fruit available.

Stayed one night on way through town. Motel type property where you park by your door. Beds were comfortable, shower had great water pressure, spa was hot and enjoyable, fitness room was nice even had a sauna. It didn’t seem to be in the best neighborhood, but we had no problem walking down the street to get a pizza for dinner.

This place is located next to the county fairgrounds; across the street is a huge cemetary. Tons of food and shopping near by. It shares the property with a newer Holiday Inn. Parking can be challenging at times; navigation of said lot, specifically. There is a large underground lot beneath the Holiday Inn which anyone can utilize. It is a bit cramped week nights as many laborers with big work trucks stay there. This place has most everything one requires of a hotel. Its not fancy, it is basic. The grounds have beautiful roses, and resident birds. They have a decent breakfast from 6am to 9am, workout room, pool and hot tub, laundry machines, vending, and an ice machine. Too bad the laundry and vending machines don't work. Luckily, the Holiday Inn sells various items. The rooms are clean, reasonably priced. One female manager was very rude to me on my last stay, but overall the staff is very welcoming. I don't know why I was treated poorly by the one staff member, but I hope it was the exception to the norm. Check in at 3pm; check out is noon. $100 deposit. The best thing about hotel are the jetted tub rooms! It is the entire reason I stay at this hotel. Beds are comfy, bedding very soft. Water is hot. Never notice any noise, but you can't hear much with the hot tub running. Area looks not so great. MONTERREY HIGHWAY does have some interesting neighborhoods, but it is safe enough. Fix the soda machine and laundry machines, add waffles to breakfast. Please. I like this place!

The check in was a bit strange because the employee was speaking with another employee for 5 minutes without even a hello to us as we waited. When we were finally able to speak with her, she seemed checked out or even confused, but at least the check in was fairly quick and straightforward from there. The facilities themselves are like a motel, not a hotel. the pictures look much nicer than the actual condition of the room, which was run down and full of stains. All in all an average motel experience, but not what we were expecting.

I booked my hotel with the idea of a newer hotel, when arriving I was given the room 124 thinking I was in one hotel, then was given the room across the way which was old, dingy, unclean, my new bar of soap was an empty bag, dirty towels and our room smelled. I was catfished to say the least. The newer rooms were nice with what I felt better security. Hotels.com really let me down, and so did this hotel. How can someone show one hotel then make you walk across to a dirty, smelly, probably a pay by the hour motel. Highly disappointed all around, that”hotel” wasn’t even close to the money that I had to pay, along with an added $10 payment that I had to to pay to ensure I didn’t mess up the already disgusting room.

We ended up looking for another place because the room had a vomit smell, so nasty that I can still smell when I think about it. Literaly no exageration it was the worst pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

There were ants in the room and they were not able to transfer me to another room and had to deal with the ants. We travel a lot and always always go to this hotel and had no issues until this last trip.

Very out dated pictures online not matching actual. Musky smell in room, tried using iron and it was lint clean damaging pants. Will never return. Not to mention dead cockroaches on stairs outside the room at least.

#1) Sink- water drain to slow #2) Room Service- They came 1st day cleaning room. 2nd day I went after to ask. 3rd day no one come. 4th day they came but it was my check out day. #3) Room card- first day check in we lock ourself out. Therefore asked front desk to give spare card to open and then we gave back the card to front desk. However, the original room card were not working on next day. My boy asked front desk, the lady said it was not her problem. He had to wait till 3PM. After card was fixed, but again, it was not working on next day. Anyway, front desk gave us a new set of room card. #4) TV did not work cause the cable did not connect with wifi Overall experience is ok since I like their beds. It is comfy and AC is working well. And the window linen is block out the light perfectly. We got good night sleeps at our stay.

I like that the fitness center is 24 hours even though we didn’t use it. The room is spacious but the only thing is that the heater was not warming after the second day.

Stayed here for the night while traveling home with our kids. Overall I would say our stay was good. The pros. The lady who checked us in was super nice and check in was easy. We told her that we had lost our iphone somewhere in our car so she called our phone for us. The breakfast was really good. I showed up for breakfast a few minutes before 9:30. The gal that was putting away everything was very sweet and said I could dish my breakfast up. They had the standard fare. Bagels, cereal, fruit and yogurt. They also had eggs & turkey sausage. The eggs were good and the turkey sausages were ok. The room was clean and the bed was exceptional. The cons. There weren’t enough parking spaces so you had to park in the parking garage. Since there weren’t any luggage carts you had to make multiple trips to unload. The area was a bit sketchy but not too bad. There was a pile of empty beer bottles outside our room. The walls are thin when someone uses the bathroom you can hear the water from flushing from another room. It was a bit noisy outside too. At 3 am someone was making a racket out in the parking lot. Was difficult to get enough sleep.

1. The staffs are rude and not receptive. 2. The room is good but from time to time if someone use the toilet from the next room we can hear the pressure in flushing. 3. Very limited parking. We had to circle around several times and ended up parking at the other hotel accross from them.

Great last minute stay. Checked in late and the process was super easy and smooth. Someone was there to help us out right away. Place was super clean, our tub and sink didn't drain super fast, which was my only complaint. Everything else though was super nice.

I got to the hotel without my credit card. My bad. I had to WAIT for someone to approve using their card, Id and signature. Fine but it took 2 hours. The front desk guy didn’t want to let me in because the pictures were not perfect. I read it fine. His computer was the problem where the picture looked weird. He wanted me to wait longer with another picture. Cmon dude. It was midnight and I was getting up early for work and I was TIRED. He just wanted to go back to his cell phone. I was super mad at this point and he finally let me in. Oh and the $10 a day for parking is lame!

I needed two more towels as our reservation was for 4 people. The sign at the front desk says towels available at anytime . Asked for two more , half hour later they still didnt have any available. My wife and two daughters are here for a funeral and had to share two towels after we all showered. :)

We've always had a great stay with Best Western. This time I was travelling with a handicapped family member and the front desk staff was very rude and unaccommodating. It was difficult to try and change rooms even with rooms still available. Two staff members completely refused to assist us. We had to show the front desk on their website that ground level rooms were available before they would help us to change rooms. Otherwise, everything about the property was fine.

The breakfast was good. There is an elevator. The only issue I was being harassed to leave the room 30 minutes before checkout. If the checkout Is a specific time, why are you calling the room to tell me to leave at 11:30am??

The first room the carpet was wet from air conditioner to the bed. You had to go to Holiday Inn next door to check in. Hotel next door is newer and made this one look very old. Selected from a website as I didn’t know area and I felt worried about safety. 😳

If giving instructions for pick up, mention that the property is a shared driveway with Holiday Inn suites which sticks out a little more from the street. We chose this property because it was close to the cemetery. It is also close to the Fairgrounds. Not walkable to anywhere - not the best part of town.

Stayed here for the night while traveling home with our kids. Overall I would say our stay was good. The pros. The lady who checked us in was super nice and check in was easy. We told her that we had lost our iphone somewhere in our car so she called our phone for us. The breakfast was really good. I showed up for breakfast a few minutes before 9:30. The gal that was putting away everything was very sweet and said I could dish my breakfast up. They had the standard fare. Bagels, cereal, fruit and yogurt. They also had eggs & turkey sausage. The eggs were good and the turkey sausages were ok. The room was clean and the bed was exceptional. The cons. There weren’t enough parking spaces so you had to park in the parking garage. Since there weren’t any luggage carts you had to make multiple trips to unload. The area was a bit sketchy but not too bad. There was a pile of empty beer bottles outside our room. The walls are thin when someone uses the bathroom you can hear the water from flushing from another room. It was a bit noisy outside too. At 3 am someone was making a racket out in the parking lot. Was difficult to get enough sleep.

My favorite part of the property is the designated smoking area. I'm very glad I was able to check in during breakfast hours since I had paid for a room ahead of time. Being next to a smoke shop, pizza place, and the fairgrounds is awesome. If you're noise sensitive, be aware that it's next to a highway and airplanes pass above frequently. I'm a deep sleeper so I had an excellent experience.

This place is located next to the county fairgrounds; across the street is a huge cemetary. Tons of food and shopping near by. It shares the property with a newer Holiday Inn. Parking can be challenging at times; navigation of said lot, specifically. There is a large underground lot beneath the Holiday Inn which anyone can utilize. It is a bit cramped week nights as many laborers with big work trucks stay there. This place has most everything one requires of a hotel. Its not fancy, it is basic. The grounds have beautiful roses, and resident birds. They have a decent breakfast from 6am to 9am, workout room, pool and hot tub, laundry machines, vending, and an ice machine. Too bad the laundry and vending machines don't work. Luckily, the Holiday Inn sells various items. The rooms are clean, reasonably priced. One female manager was very rude to me on my last stay, but overall the staff is very welcoming. I don't know why I was treated poorly by the one staff member, but I hope it was the exception to the norm. Check in at 3pm; check out is noon. $100 deposit. The best thing about hotel are the jetted tub rooms! It is the entire reason I stay at this hotel. Beds are comfy, bedding very soft. Water is hot. Never notice any noise, but you can't hear much with the hot tub running. Area looks not so great. MONTERREY HIGHWAY does have some interesting neighborhoods, but it is safe enough. Fix the soda machine and laundry machines, add waffles to breakfast. Please. I like this place!

Could have used more meat variety but only so much so understandable. There was one small cleaning problem but very good mostly. The staff went beyond what they had to making the stay good. Laundry is coin operated so you have been warned

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The free breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean, but outdated. The vanity light over the sink in the bathroom did not work and the beds could have used a comforter for warmth.

Our one night stay was excellent. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was nice. We got our room and was pleasantly surprised it smelled so clean. The whole room was clean, (bathroom, carpets, bed sheets, covers, pillow cases, fridge, and microwave). The heat worked great. Beds were nice and comfortable. No complaints about the room. The breakfast was also great. Full breakfast provided (eggs, sausage links or patties, biscuits and gravy nice and hot, juice or milk, fresh fruit, cereal pastries, coffee. Only thing is we were charged $100 deposit which we didnt know about (have stayed there before and didnt have to put deposit) glad we had extra cash. Also got a call from front desk at 11:20 asking if we would be checking out by 11:30 (check out is at noon) i said no we'll be checking out before noon. Felt kinda rushed to check out and didnt appreciate that. You can also hear the people in the next room talking but wasnt so bad. Overall the stay was great and will stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Attendant at check-in told me breakfast was until 9:30 am, which was not true on a Thursday (it's only until 9 am). When I showed up too late, staff did all they could to give me the food that was left, and were very accomodating. I highly recommend this place.
