Great: The hotel, room, and staff were lovely. The room was nice and clean. Bed: comfy. Lighting: nice and bright! Staff was very cheerful and friendly. Not so great: The pool area is so neglected. Shameful because it is super cute! But you may as well fill it in and turn it into a courtyard. Water was cloudy and needed a Polaris run. The cabanas were in very shoddy condition. Cushions were seriously stained and really GROSS. The tenting was mildewed and needed to be replaced. This is supposed to be a Marriott facility. We expected not more, but better. Time for this little gem to up its game.

A priority for me is a good fitness center and this property has a nice facility. Cardio machines, free weights, mats for stretching, balls, etc. Was very good for a mid-priced property.

Very nice hotel overall, very friendly staff. The area around the hotel is not particularly safe. My truck was broken into, they broke the window and stole some items. The site does not have security, so I was unaware of the theft until I went to my truck in the afternoon.

This property is a total remodel from a previous brand. They did an excellent job. It’s very stylish and super clean. Nice bar with pleasant bartenders. Great front desk staff. Excellent pool and hot tub area with cabanas. Free parking and lots of restaurants nearby.

There was a dirty tissue between the doors of the connecting rooms. Yellow, maybe pee stain on bed sheet. Receptionist was a little awkward/not very welcoming. But besides that, the room was super comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay. We got a very cheap price so no complaints, just mentioning everything in case it helps guests/the hotel. We’ll definitely book again. The location is so prime. Super close to freeways and Santana Row. Affordable price helped us save and use that for fun in the area.

The room smelled like burning plastic, and while we asked for it to be checked by maintenance, that did not happen to our knowledge. We asked if we could change rooms, and were brushed off. The AC unit was outrageously loud, and you could hear what I assume was the elevator. It was overall crappy.

Got to the hotel early requested an early check in, I did call 2 weeks prior for this accommodation. My family showed up at 2:30 and was checked into their same accommodation as mine our room wasn’t ready till 3:15. Upon entry sheet and bedding had blood stains on it went to the front desk and was given new sheets to put on. The cushions in the pool area big holes in them and very run down along with cabana curtains so dirty and holes everywhere. Lastly car window parked outside was broken .. The picture didn’t match the expectations were high base med them.

Checkin staff was pleasant. When I got in my room there was a small spider in the shower and I had to have the checkin staff come and remove it. Also I guess it’s a thing with hotels close to the airport (which this one kind of is) where they’re always the most run down. This one has chunks of the baseboards missing in the room & in the hallway. My bathroom door was clearly repaired numerous chunks being taken out of it somehow and

Check in was nice and easy once in the room not enough towels and no linens on the sofa bed and the bathroom was dirty so we got Clorox wipes and cleaned it ourselves and every time you go out to your car people in the lot smoking weed and leaning on your car. Decent area I guess it’s because the hotel shares parking with two restaurants no hotel parking

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. However if you’re looking for a good night sleep this is definitely not the hotel to choose. There is quite a bit of road noise. Also the people in the room next to us were blasting the TV and music in the middle of the night. We complained to the front desk and they didn’t seem to the addresses it. It eventually stopped around 2am which made our 6am wake-up very painful. We come down for sport events often and will definitely choose a different hotel next time.

Property was nice and convenient to locations. Airplay for tv rooms was an option but was never able to figure it out, asked reception which sent me to talk to some tech expert but they couldn’t figure it out either and went back and forth for a bit and I gave up about it. We were offered a room for an earlier check in (staff said it was done cleaning and was on main floor instead of second floor), however the soap, shampoo and conditioners were not refilled.

The walls are extremely thin. Both nights the people next door were extremely loud. We were traveling with children and one of tbe nights the couple waa having sex so loud and could literally hear everything. We asked the front desk to switch rooms and and I never received a phone call to do so. The second night, the couple was watching tv and having vwry loud conversations with another adult feom 2am til about 4am. We did not sleep very well throughout our stay and probably wouldn't stay again.

Our Aloft San Jose stay was amazing. We had a very comfortable bed with sofa and the room was spacious. It was very clean and updated. Breakfast was complete with protein and they even had rice! The common areas were also very aesthetically appealing. Most importantly, it was convenient to downtown. Thank you Aloft San Jose!

I was really happy with the size of the room. I liked the toiletries they provided. The first room they assigned us smelled like cigarettes so we asked for a new room and the woman at the front desk was very helpful and immediately switched our room. The staff was also friendly and helpful when I lost my key getting me set up with a new one.

When we were initially given a room housekeeping had not been there yet. However the front desk person was super nice and immediately fixed the situation which ibreally appreciated. They were also extremely friendly and helpful! The room was great!

The overall experience was okay, but our room was next to the staff closet and housekeeping was loud early in the morning ( slamming doors and speaking loudly in the hall). The bartender Anthony was great and super helpful.

I loved this property the room was very big they have a bar and restaurant with a free pool table. There is a hot tub, pool and little cabanas in pool area. There is a really nice fitness center and free popcorn!! :) The staff was also great. It’s next to Applebees or Stone Stew which has some great Persian food. They also have a small business area you can print or use computer. I really liked this hotel.

On arrival the staff was very welcoming and told me all that was needed to know about there services and amenities they offered at the hotel. The rooms exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort. So many great breakfast and lunch options within walking distance of the hotel. The only thing I was thrown off by was the breakfast options and how it was set up, other than that everything from the hotel it’s self to the people running it was excellent!!!! Definitely coming back again.

Aloft San Jose Cupertino. Provided very basic accommodations and a subpar breakfast. While the room was clean, the hotel is in need of upgrades in many areas, including the flooring that would catch the heal of my shoes. The hotel staff were available to answer questions but not particularly friendly. The hotel was lackluster in every way which extended to the lack of mirrors in the room.

The customer service was great. The hotel is close to the Highway and in the same parking lot as Apple Bees which was convenient. The parking lot is shared with two restaurants so that was a little hard to close parking. It’s not too far from the local mall (about an 6 min drive) which had an Old Navy, TJ Maxx, Target and more sit down chain restaurants like Red Robin and Buffalo Wild Wings and other chain fast food places. The beds weren’t that comfy and the WXYZ bar inside the hotel was closed the weekend that we were there.
