The parking i am a disabled traveller and there was no car park as was advertised on the website it says parking available which was quite inconvenient there should be disabled parking outside the hotel The room we stayed in was excellent comfy beds great view clean facilities friendly and helpful staff

Lovely new hotel. Clean, quiet. close to transportation, shopping and many dining options. Good breakfast , great dining options. Gym. Parking near by , but not really easy in/ out access. Probably better to just park and leave car there for duration of the stay , just walk around or use train system . Would definitely stay there again

Lovely hotel with a secure car park just across the road. Discounted parking rate obtained via the hotel. Rooms are modern, spacious and very clean. Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. All you can eat buffet breakfast with a great selection to choose from. Enjoyable visit.

So east to get to with parking opposite and easy proximity to the promenade and the shops and theatres. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the coffee was ethically sourced. We ate twice in Platform 9 and there's a good choice of food.

The Holiday inn offers parking at a reduced cost for guests across the road based on talbot Road which is handy for the disabled. Another facility is that the lift ( lower ground) from the hotel takes you to the tram stop which is very convenient if you are disabled, however, doors need to be disabled friendly ( Hotel is addressing this issue once the contract has expired). Also I enjoy a game of bingo and Mecca is 5 minutes away from the hotel. The Hotel was clean and shower system was amazing. The breakfast was the best and staff were friendly and very pleasant, polite, and very accommodating. I recommend this hotel in Blackpool and will definitely be staying there again.

Fabulous hotel! Check in was very efficient. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the bathroom is great. Facilities in the room include a fridge, hairdryer and safe. The only problem was that on the day we were leaving both lifts weren't working. This was an issue as I am disabled and the only way down 2 floors was the stairs. Our luggage was safely stored for us, and even brought across to where I was sitting after coming down the stairs. Highly recommended, and we will visit again.

We had a fantastic stay, the hotel was immaculate. The reception staff were great from the minute we stepped into the hotel. The rooms were spotless couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Will definitely stay be staying here again.

It was good only probably is the beds and bathroom ECT. Bathroom towels had dirt and hair on them like they had just been re-folded and placed back in place. Also had stains on them and everything. I paid £165 never again!!!

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were fantastic and really helpful. Good location with car park opposite hotel. Lovely new hotel. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Onsite restaurant was also nice. However, cleanliness was poor. We had an early check in and found rubbish next to the window. The second day the rubbish was still there and the floor hadn’t been cleaned. Bathroom floor hadn’t been mopped and the bath mat was dirty. There was a thick layer of dust on the telephone. Needs improving but overall enjoyed our stay.

We chose to pay a pretty significant premium for this hotel in the hope it would avoid some of the worst 'risks' of staying in Blackpool on a bank holiday weekend. The hotel's location, the room's layout and the quality and range of food at breakfast was very good, but the cleanliness level in the public area toilets was disgusting, and far below acceptable.

Room was dirty sweets still on the floor plus heavy staining to carpet and sofa bed arms close to the bed Windows had dirty net curtains and when opened the large window x 2 had greasy finger marks on lower areas, obviously from a child Air conditioning was absolutely useless and when we reported it we were told it was blowing cold air and remember it was one unit delivering air con to a whole hotel. rubbish having lived in northern Australia and Spain that was not an adequate excuse. Engineers didn’t understand what was wrong with it. We’ were given a fan! Disgusting management care. No large towels for extra showered only offered small ones. All shower gel, shampoo were empty and we had to ask for them to be replaced A very poor visit compared to the beautiful visit we had last year, very disappointed for IHG members, sad to say! Unfortunately, didn’t have time to take photos,but housekeeping need to gutt this room 222.

There was nothing wrong with my room corridor that was well presented and very clean. My issue is the staining on the corridor carpets this appears to be done by the cleaning staff as I witnessed one cleaner accidentally knock over a class which was full of liquid which was she made no attempt to clean the carpet this was still stained at the end of my visit.

Our family room was spotless, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and very spacious. The bathroom was especially surprising - shower cubicle didn’t leak & the mirror didn’t steam up!! The only downside was that our room was too hot, no opening window and the air con was on a timer, that would shut off after a set period of time.

Fantastic room, even a slight sea view as well! Was given a room on second floor, room is well laid out nice tv and a small sofa for chilling out, very comfortable bed! And a good sized desk with chair so I could get a hours work in with the laptop.

Nice to actually stay in a quiet room for once. I'm a terrible sleeper so nice to not have the people in the room above thumping around or people slamming doors. Bed very comfy, nice spacious tidy room. Loved breakfast. Vegan sausages were lovely. Very convenient for Blackpool North Station, just across the road. We'll definitely return.

We found the location convenient - only a 5 minute walk to the North pier, transportation, stores, parking, bars etc. are all literally right outside your door. The staff were welcoming, helpful & the room was very comfortable. We were concerned at 1st when we saw our courtyard room backed on the tram station, but soundproofing was more than adequate. Well worth the price

It was 26 degrees in the afternoon and during the night my aircon shutdown at midnight and I had to get up to re start it, I woke again at 6am in a sweaty mess because it had shut down again. The service in the restaurant was awful, I had to ask for my initial order to be taken and was only offered one drink. I was asked if I wanted to see the desert menu but again had to ask to have my order taken, no more drinks offered. In the end after my bill was brought to me I had to ask to pay!!!! Not a great experience

The Hotel is fab, spotless. friendly staff. However we stayed for 2 nights & our room wasn't cleaned! We asked for toilet rolls and towels 3 times by ringing reception!!!! nothing got brought up, my partner had to find a member of staff to ask them on the corridor. lovely hotel but yes, housekeeping needs improving!

From check in to checkout staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Beautiful room even though we stayed in a standard king felt more like a superior room. All the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful always greeted with a smile at breakfast and a friendly chat to start the day.Would definitely stay here again and have no problem recommending it 😊

the min we arrived ricky on reception greeted us so warmly . He made our stay so much more enjoyable . The breakfast ladies Lorraine and Marte were so lovely with everyone and always with smiles on their faces .

Close to Blackpool North train station, which was handy. Came for one night as we were going to the theatre. Hotel very clean. Able to store bags until check in time. Blackpool town centre and sea front 10 minute walk, so very handy.

Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Bed was amazingly comfortable I had two fantastic sleeps didn’t awaken like I’d normally do. Across from hotel is Blackpool north train station which is where I arrived. Also there’s a large Sainsbury’s supermarket so very handy. Also there’s the North station tram stop which is a great way of travelling, download the Blackpool travel app and buy daily tickets etc Breakfast in the hotel is buffet style and offered a big selection of items. I was there during the illumantions so sadly trams stopped operating to the hotel from 7pm I decided to walk back just after 10pm and was stopped several times by certain individuals looking for cash assistance. So unlike me either get a taxi back or find the local bus as there is bus stops at the hotel door.

Lovely rooms, great quiet aircon, really modern and clean throughout - right next to station but so quiet obviously well sound proofed. Friendly, helpful staff. The only thing I think could be improved on is a slightly wider selection on the dinner menu, not much to pick from on the bar menu and our daughter doesn’t eat pizza or burger so we couldn’t eat in the Marco’s restaurant any kids menu should really include chicken and pasta. Regardless a fabulous stay will definitely be our go to for dance competitions in Blackpool, felt very safe here.

We arrived at the hotel after trying to ring the hotel several times unfortunately the telephone number was not in service. This may be due to it being a new hotel once we arrived we had a guide dog with us. There was a lot of confusion and a lot of talking to the managers and they need to take a copy of my badge Otherwise I would’ve had to pay £25 per night once that was all sorted. The room was lovely. It smelt gorgeous. The view was amazing even though it was of the new Tramway system which is not built yet a lovely view of Talbot Road and Dixon Road, the shower was brilliant , we really enjoyed the power shower. The bed was really comfy and the hotel was very quiet. We went down for breakfast at 7 am. There was a lot of choice and I mean a lot of choice which is great for your breakfast. There’s plenty of stuff on hand if you need any help The only problem we found with breakfast was it was very cold cold the sausages were cold. The bacon was cold. The only thing warm on the south service. Buffy was the beans other than that we had a great day. Would I stop here again? yes, I would, but I probably wouldn’t have breakfast again , overall I was happy with a little bit expensive though for the Blackpool area
