The hotel isn't as described. It is dated and in desperate need of improvement throughout. I had water pooling in the bathroom in one of the rooms when we checked in

Was pretty basic but clean and lots of new things in the room. Couldn’t complain for the money. Check in seemed a little slow with each customer but the guy was very friendly. There was an incident in the corridors just after midnight and a woman was arrested, the staff handled it very well until the police arrived. Would stay again

The staff at this enormous hotel are very good. As with many Britannia Hotels, and many in Blackpool, the decor is a little tired. But some rooms were being refitted. They gym is well equipped and the pool looked in good shape. It's good value, I'd go back. The tram stop is right outside, too.
