Green Caps

Great showers, small but decent size pod to sleep in. Lights went out once unexpectedly. Not sure what that was all about but they came back on an hour later.

The hotel was closed and under renovation. No heads up. We showed up and it was closed.

Arrived to Cancún late night and got the surprise it was closed.

The capsules are great although a little worse for wear. As other mentioned the bathroom system is primitive and outdated, it felt very dirty and I avoided taking showers at the hostel.

En un principio estaba esceptica de que tan comoda seria una capsula, pero la verdad como tenia el dia lleno de actividades solo la use para dormir y descansar. El baño es compartido sin embargo tiene suficientes duchas y sanitarios privados para todos, aparte cuando yo llegue tuve el baño literalmente para mi sola porque no habia nadie mas, lo cual me parecio extraño pero los host siempre fueron amables y muy atentos. Me ofrecieron desayuno y yo nisiquiera sabia wue se i cluia pero como dije tenia el dia lleno de actividades y no lo pude aprovechar. La capsula es muy espaciosa (yo reserve la queen) y la tele tiene roku y A/C el cual funcionaba perfecto. El ultimo dia escuche que un huesped mas llego y se escuchaba toda la conversacion lo cual me hace entender porque hay letreros en todos lados de guardar silencio una vez dentro de la capsula, incluso te piden ver tv con audifonos. Lo unico que me parecio inseguro es que la capsula solo se cierra pero no con llave lo cual significa que cualquiera puede llegar y abrirla, por eso asumo que tenes lockers para guardar tus cosas pero yo no sabia ni como abrirla al principio. Me hubiera gustado que el primer dia que llegue me explicaran eso las funcionalidades de la capsula, como modificar el color de las luces ( te la dejan en azul al llegar pero la podes cambiar a cualquier otro color) y puyando botones descubri que habia luz blanca, A/c, etc. En resumen me gusto pero no lo recomiendo por una visita muy extendida.

Staff was fantastic very helpful with info of area and hotel the location is perfectly located in the Center of hotel zone restaurant bars transportation are all within a few mins. Pods are comfortable and clean washrooms are clean showers are good also.overall great short stay for me .. also other travelers were friendly and respectful. I would recommend to other to give it a try…… thank you

The bed was comfortable, I felt my luggage was safe in the locker. The person at the front desk (Vanessa) was very nice, and gave me many suggestions. I had an odd interaction with Alex, in the bathroom. He asked me if I could reach his loofah and he walked up very close behind me naked. I later found out that he was the manager. This was uncomforting for me the rest of the stay. The pods were not very quiet either, when people came in and out of the sliding glass door it made a lot of noise.

This property is closed due to electrical issues! I arrive from my reservation and was met with a big sign on the door and everything locked. I then found myself homeless and scrambling for a place to stay since no notice was given to me that this place had been closed. And it apparently had been closed weeks before!!!!

I came in late afternoon and to my surprise the property is closed, no one is there and so we didn’t have a place to stay

Pesimo que expedia no verifique sus hoteles, el hotel estaba abandonado nunca contestaron, no hay manera de contactar con absolutamente nadieeee

Está muy céntrico, fácil de llegar y tiene muchas tiendas cercanas. El personal era muy amable y servicial. Nos atendió muy muy bien. Definitivamente recomendable. El lugar está muy limpio y cuidado. La cama estaba muy cómoda. De verdad 10/10

La ubicación es excelente. La atención del personal también. Ojalá pongan almohadas un poco más cómodas, esas están súper delgadas y raquiticas.

As good as capsule hotel can get. Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, although only one guy speaks english. Close to the beach and quiet at night so i got a good sleep.

Vanessa and the daytime manager/check in gentleman (I don't recall his name)were very professional, educated, and helpful. Outstanding customer service. I thought they were the owners. I wish them success in their personal and professional ventures.

Nos cobraron al llegar 72 pesos que era un impuesto, se supone que ya habíamos pagado los impuestos en la reserva la cual no indicaba que deberíamos.pagar lago extra al llegar

Era excelente todo, los de recepción súper súper amables, precio increíble, y una experiencia que no se puede perder, la verdad es que las cápsulas es una locura de la buena, de verdad me quedo con ganas de volver, literalmente la playa estaba a 3 minutos.
