Great for our quick layover! The shuttle was excellent, pickup outside door labeled “family and friends” and call the hotel. We waited about 15minutes. Bed super comfy. The breakfast was pretty basic but we were happy since there are no restaurants around except a 7-11 and a taco place (restaurant in hotel only for dinner). Will be staying here on our trip back.

It was a good hotel room. Safe. Clean. Modern. Good service with a few nice extras. I don't understand the bad reviews. It's great for a night or 2, but don't stay here for an entire vacation. Your wife & kids will never want to vacation with you again if you spend an entire week here. If you want a vacation experience, there are so many great area properties set up for that purpose for a good range of budgets. This hotel is just a good utilitarian option if you're just landing or have an early flight out or if you're here on business. Close to the airport, so not a whole lot of walkable dining options. However, room service and breakfast are nice and basic. Pool and gym were nicer than expected. Airport shuttle was an amazing perk... reliable and easy to use! Call the hotel # when you arrive to give your name and location and then Meet the driver at "Friends & Family" pickup outside of your terminal. Have some patience and use this hotel for what it was meant for. You'll be satisfied.

There was not enough staff for the check in. More than one hour waiting in a long queue for checking in. Tried to call for arranging transportation from the airport to the hotel, no one picked up the phone or answered any messages.

Arranged shuttle bus from airport did not show up. No one to pick up phone in designated shuttle phone number. Taxi to hotel from airport is USD 130, total scam. At hotel we were informed that next day shuttle to airport was fully booked. Overall this hotel DOES NOT offer shuttle service. Breakfast was really bad and not enough food! On Marriott’s webpage start time is 06:00, at Expedia website 06:30. At reception they mentioned 7:00, but food only started to arrive 07:25

Terrible. Ultra long Check-in. Misinformation for the shuttle. Nobody answered the number they provided me so I waited 1h30 at the airport before spending 1000 pesos for a taxi… a shame. Even this morning, I check twice personally and physically at the lobby that my family was registered for the 5 am shuttle. With the previous day experience, I had a bad feeling so I wake up early to check again with the driver at 4.45 and I did well, we were not on his list. Absolutely terrible. Children would have done a better service than this staff. As I paid at the hotel, I don’t think there is a way to get any refund or compensation. I tried to chat with them (3 people) but their English is limited and as soon as the discussion became unpleasant for them, they switched in the « I don’t speak English » mode and use their phone as a translator… Never again at this place.

My son and I stayed here after a late arrival to Cancun on our way to Valladolid. Everything is clean and new, the staff were extremely helpful. The location is close to the airport but not really around anything, which was completely fine for us. Big, new, free parking garage. If you have a kid who is a picky eater there might not be a lot they will eat from the continental breakfast, but probably enough to tide them over until you can find a bakery or breakfast spot. Overall very good, would recommend for a low cost place for the night.

This hotel is fine for a quick stay before/after the airport, but I wouldn’t go back. The walls are thin and I could hear other guests moving around in their rooms when I was trying to sleep. The beds are very very firm. The wifi didn’t work for me, which was annoying. The bathroom was designed with literally zero counter space. However the hotel is clean and new and very close to the airport. The free breakfast was basic continental-style, but appreciated. The staff was nice enough. I wasn’t unhappy with the stay but I also think there’s better out there to be found. I would not rebook at this hotel.

Las personas de recepción estaban de mal humor desde que estabamos en fila. Nos tardamos mas de 50 minutos en hacer el check in. La recepcionista, incluso teniendo mi identificación, insistia en darme la documentación de otra persona diciendo que era la de mi cuarto, yo le dicia que no y ella insistia, bastante grosera. Al pagar con American Express no se reflejaba el pago de inmediato por lo que tuvimos que esperar ahi mas de 10 minutos incluso mostrando que la terminal si lo habia cobrado. Pesima experiencia el check in en estos hoteles. Hubo dos otros clientes que llegaron por error y en lugar de ayudarlos se molestaban diciendo que estaban en el lugar equivocado. Tuvimos que intervenir para que los apoyaran en minimo decir a donde ir, les falta empatia con sus culientes y los turistas. Los cuartos bien, pero las camas muy duras.

The poor night clerk was overwhelmed when we arrived late after taking over 4 hours to get through customs. Even though there were only 6 people in front of us, it took over an hour to get to us so we could check in! The room was nice but breakfast was horrible as it was so busy and the food was gone the second it came out. They were obviously not prepared for the hotel being full.

Rudest and snob receptionist I have ever encountered. I'm a frequent traveller and believe me when I say that the people you put behind the desk is very crucial in making the guest feel welcomed. Train them better customer service. When I politely approach them during 3PM check in and looking to ask questions, they wont look at you nor answer you. They will answer you when its convenient for them. Will recommend this location.

Reserved through Expedia only to arrive and be told that they have no rooms available. No apologies, just a shrug. We had to double back to the airport and pay 3 times as much for the Hilton, but at least they hadn’t overbooked. We weren’t the only ones, 3 other parties with reservations were there and losing their minds at the checkin counter. Apparently, a confirmed Expedia reservation doesn’t count for much.

Clean and efficient. Good staff. Negative: nothing walkable from hotel. No restaurant or bar. No bar in hotel just room service menu that can be served in lobby/breakfast area. They had no record of my reservation through Expedia. If I had not had printed copy of res we would have been without rooms 45 minutes to sort it out. I blame Expedia.

This is primarily a business hotel. I stayed overnight to catch a flight early morning, earlier than breakfast, so can't comment on it. Room is OK, although i struggled finding the light switches. There a are a couple of convenience shops around, but the neighbourhood isn't inviting. Overall, it was a good experience, and will stay again if i needed a bed nearby Cancun's airport. The shuttle service is available 24 hours, so it is a strength.

This hotel is not somewhere that you would spend a week in Cancun but for a short stay near the airport it is more than sufficient. The hotel is clean and comfortable with plenty of parking and the staff is very nice. The location is near a busy road and the rooms overlook some industrial yards. The free breakfast about what you would expect. We were getting in very late so it didn’t make sense to pay for a night in an all inclusive so it served its purpose well

It was a great place to stay in close to the airport. The airport shuttle was fast, and picked us up within 30 mins of calling. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was busy, and most of the food was gone by the time I arrived. There is a taco place, 7-11 and money exchange place within 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

Bien ubicada para hacer escala, cerca del aeropuerto este hotel es el ideal, si en tu día quieres ir a la playa o a algún lugar solo tienes dos opciones, taxi/uber o transporte público el cual es muy malo, la zona en temporada de lluvia se llena de agua en algunos sectores y es carente de banquetas. El hotel estuvo perfecto, el personal muy amable y las instalaciones así como la atención de 10.

The hotel is new and therehfore clean. Had to ask for glasses, water and conditioner as the one provided was three quarters gone. Walls are paper thin. We went down for breakfast at 7:45 and there were no eggs left or forks or bread. Asked for eggs and she brought them but didn't check what else was needed therefore no forks or bread. People that came after us were also annoyed as there didnt seem to be anyone looking after the breakfast. Disappointing after paying the price we did. I dont recommend this place.
