Our family of 8 stayed at Gale Miami Hotel & Residences for 5 nights, and we had an absolutely amazing experience! From the very first day until checkout, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Traveling with a large family can sometimes be challenging, but the entire team handled everything so beautifully with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful, attentive, and always ready with a smile. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and in a fantastic location, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. It’s a hotel that feels more like a residence. They won’t do things that I would expect a normal hotel to do but you do get a lot of value for what you spend on the room rooms are large and well-maintained.

This hotel is amazing no matter which room you stay in. If you have a chance to stay in a Waterview room, I recommend it. The views are unbeatable. The rooms are so spacious. The gym is unmatched for a hotel gym. The pool is large. The hotel feels secure because you actually need to use your key to go to the right floor.
