Very nice, high end feel to the property and our room. The location was excellent for us as we hit the aquarium down the street and went to Bayside for dinner. The condition of our room was excellent, looking like new. The only disappointment was that there was a private event at the pool the one night we were there so we could not use that area at all.

The only three things that were ehh was parking is $75 per day at the hotel, pool closed at 7:30pm And No room service, meaning you have to walk to front desk and ask for towels, toilet paper ect. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel. I recommend staying here if any of the things I mentioned are not a big deal to you.

Check in is at 4 and the pool closes at 7. They charge you to check in before then. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, which was the reason why we chose that hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the room. The only issue we had was how long it took to get an elevator ( sometimes 15 minutes) even though there are 5 elevators. If you could get 2 or 3 elevators to skip the first 25 floors and go 26 through 52 that would alleviate some of the problem.

The Hotel really needs to do something for the Elevator issues, We had to wait for 10 mins every time we had to get down from our room. On the top of that, the valet service was pathetic when I had to pay $55 per day for it, had to wait for over 45 mins to get my car using valet service, truly pathetic.

I recently stayed at this hotel and despite the expectations, my room was not cleaned during my stay, and I did not receive fresh towels or replenished amenities. I reported this issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, it was not resolved. I would not come back to this place. They also require you to pay for early check in.

Expensive for an average hotel. It looks luxurious but it wasn’t clean and barely had any amenities. The pool and gym were wonderful. The location is also great but there’s no daily cleaning service or and cleaning service period. We were there for a whole week and not once did anyone stop by to clean. We also tried contacting guest services multiple times just for the call to drop. I used both my personal phone and the hotel’s phone. The employees were nice and the overall experience was fine but not worth the price. Also no parking. Public parking garage near by is $32 per day/overnight parking.

I stood at hotel for 7 days n did not receive housekeeping I asked for housekeeping 3 days in a roll was told that they would be coming to do it next day never came I made multiple requests n did not receive housekeeping I rented a 2 bedroom apt for 7 days because I was traveling with 2 more adults n an infant multiple times at different days I requested housekeeping n was told someone will be there tomorrow over n over n never came so disappointed

Loved this hotel gave only 4stars due to TV’s freezing up. All of them in each room stayed frozen more than working. We had two bedrooms Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, balcony very spacious. Beautiful view of city and ocean view. Will visit again

The location is the best thing about this hotel. The price is not worth the accomodations, as the property is very surface nice - it looks good but isn't functional. For example, the living area looks modern and sleek - the couch is plastic and incredibly uncomfortable. That left two wooden chairs - not a place to really relax. Also, we booked a two bedroom suite. Turns out one "bedroom" was just a space with two beds about 2 ft apart - no windows and a curtain to separate it from the hall. The worst part, no air flow when the curtain is shut, so it gets uncomfortably hot when the curtain is pulled shut. However, the biggest inconvenience was all the time spent waiting for an elevator - minimal 20-25 minutes every time you wanted to leave your room. While we were there, one of the five elevators were broke, only making the situation worse. The rooms are very pricey, then you pay an amenity fee, but you get stuck waiting to catch an elevator that actually works and was not so full you could not get in. God help you if you used valet - another fee to wait 28 minutes to get your car. Possibly the bigger issue is that employees do not know where the stairs are, so no chance to just walk up several flights of stairs. Not sure what the plan is in the event of an emergency - but it definitely made me feel less safe.

Loved Gale Miami! Rooms were clean, spacious, with amazing views! We had the sky view three bedroom, three bath with kitchen and balconies which was perfect for 5 adults. The pool was clean, pool bar staff were so friendly. We enjoyed the close walk to the Farris wheel and nearby shops/restaurants. Would stay at Gale Miami again in a heartbeat.

Super clean!! Spacious! Beautiful design! Even had washer/dryer in the 2 br. Only complaint would be that living room area was nice and cold but bedrooms were too warm. I wish it was other way around.

This property has an upscale ambiance for a great rate, service was great, Italian restaurant food was excellent and location perfect to get around downtown Miami. I will be recommending all my clients to the Gala when they are traveling to Miami.

We arrived at check in time 4pm and were met with long lines and confusion by staff. It was taking upwards of half hour to check in as all the rooms were somehow over booked. That being said we were here before a cruise and did not realize the Latin Grammys were being held that night right across the street so I don’t think it will typically be this way. After we waited for a room assignment we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suit facing the port which was nice of them to help rectify the problem: the room was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. The location is right across from the port area where there’s shops and the hardrock ect so there was plenty to walk to. I feel like this hotel is a great just know they can be a bit slow during check in and the elevators take forever as well during peak time. We would probably stay again.

Really disappointed esp for the cost. First- parking is $52/day + tip and valet only. That wasn’t listed at booking and added ALOT of money to my stay. It took 45 min-1hr every time I needed to get my car. If you had to get your car in advance or request ice for the room, you had to call the front desk which never once answered our entire stay. I had a package delivered & it had my name and room number on it, the front desk signed for it and nobody notified me. I had to wait in a 20 min line just to retrieve it. The weather was beautiful as it was 3 days before the hurricane & Miami wasn’t in the path, but they charge a $40ish dollar/day “resort fee” and all of the amenities were closed except the gym for a storm that was days away. The patio closed, terrace closed, pool closed. We could watch off our balcony at all the nearby hotels and residences with opened pools and customers enjoying them. 3 families came with us and stayed nearby and their kids enjoyed amenities at hotels that were half the cost. The $26/person breakfast was nothing more than toast, cheese, salami and yogurt. We asked repeatedly to fill the empty juice bottles, the fruit, etc. The servers expecting gratuity didn’t even fill our water cups and told us to get it ourselves. We waited in line 20 min to use the one toaster. Left hungry. Housekeeping didn’t come or pick up the overflowing trash can we sat outside. Even though we had 3 more days in Miami, we checked out & chose to book elsewhere.

Nice hotel, but waited for over 3 hours, after requesting bedding for a sofa twice, had to go down to front desk 1.5 hours later. Got extra bedding at 1:20am! Not acceptable for such hotel!

We stayed at the Gale Miami Hotel and Residences for one night while attending the Katy Perry concert. The room was clean and the location ideal, but several issues brought the experience down from a 5-star stay to about 3 stars. The AC was so loud we had to switch it off all night, and we could even hear the one from next door—not great for a new hotel. I had also completed pre-check-in online, but still had to redo everything at the desk, which made it pointless. We came with one car but were charged for two overnights, which took time at the front desk to fix. At the restaurant, food was good, but service disappointing. We learned before paying that sangria was included in the resort fee, yet when I asked for our two sangrias to be removed, the server refused and instead offered two more “to go.” A 20% service charge was added automatically, but the server insisted it wasn’t her tip, just a collective charge—making us feel pressured. Both times we dined, upselling was pushed hard. For example, my daughter only wanted one pancake, but I had to order the full-priced dish, leaving her with three oversized pancakes she didn’t want. Checkout was frustrating: we waited 25+ minutes for our car, and when it finally arrived, the valet bypassed us, leaving us stuck behind two others. He ignored my question and walked away, forcing other guests to help me back up to leave. Great location and nice hotel, but pushy, inflexible service left me disappointed. Will not return.

This was a great hotel. So clean. Really nice pool area. Glad we picked the spacious room with the washer/dryer. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant with good selection. My main issues were that they didn’t allow you to bring a water bottle to the pool, and we couldn’t go to happy hour because you could only sit at the bar and our daughter was with us so we couldn’t have our welcome drinks or take part in the specials.

I ordered chicken fingers by the pool and when they came they were literally raw inside. I am not even sure how that is possible when you just deep fried them but they were raw. They did say sorry and tried to bring me new ones but I didn’t want to wait another 45 mins for sub par food. Just go somewhere else to eat lunch.

This is a convenient location if you want to be near shopping in the city. The hotel is new and nice but the staff seems to still be settling into things and communication was not as ideal as I’d hoped for the cost. The pool and downstairs restaurant were both great however, the service was not.

Great service – special thanks to Ian and Samanda! We had a very nice stay at Gale Miami Hotel and Residences. A big thank you goes out to Ian, who provided absolutely excellent service – always friendly, helpful, and professional. He truly made a difference in our experience. Also, a big shout-out to the beautiful and kind Samanda in the restaurant. She was always warm and welcoming every morning, and made our breakfast moments really pleasant. However, there are a few things that could be improved. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but instead received a $25 credit to order from the menu. This didn’t feel fair – especially since we had to pay tax even if we only spent the $25. Housekeeping also left something to be desired. It was supposed to come automatically every other day, but no one showed up, even after we asked for it. All in all, it’s a beautiful hotel with great service – especially thanks to Ian and Samanda – but there’s definitely room for improvement in the housekeeping and the breakfast arrangement.

The property is beautiful. The rooms could use a full length mirror and a microwave, especially if the stove doesnt work.. The restaurant kitchen staff were horrible! Ruined our breakfast which was only eggs and french toast! And the bill was almost $300!! Disgusting!

No room service or microwave, wifi was down majority of our stay. TV lost service alot. Beds and sheets were nice and soft. View wasn't the best, but we enjoyed the restaurant. Best fish tacos!! Bartender during Saturday happy hour was amazing!
