Lovely nice new hotel! Staff were super helpful as I left something in the room and they’ve helped arrange that getting back to me, so thank you very much. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area

The hotel is fairly new. The room was immaculate, comfortable and a good temperature. Unfortunately they didnt have any breakfast options yet, and also on hotels. com it said that the hotel had an arrangement with a gym, however when I arrived it was not an arrangement it was a 10% discount for a class at a nearby gym. As I travel often, I always look for hotels with a gym, so I was quite disappointed. But area was very quiet.

Nice building and hotel but missing a social area (bar, food etc). Couple of items in room needed attention, we were not in the room long so didn't report them. Toilet door did not close fully and there was damaged trimming around the lights above the room sink. Nothing terrible and the rest of the room was well laid out, comfy and good facilities in the room.
