Clean room, safe area, the best breakfast

Very nice pool/gym area. Comfy beds. Very nice hotel!

Our toilet didn't work upon check in. We were in a rush to get to our concert so we decided to let staff know about it when we got back. We were handed a plunger and told that would probably fix it. We explained to the front desk that we were sure a plunger wasnt goint to fix it, but we were written off. After the plunger didn't work(surprise surprise), we called the desk again. We were told maintenance wouldnt he in till morning and that the only thing they could offer was a king room. We had booked a double bed room for a reason. I explained that to the staff and was told that they offered a solution. Basically, we were stuck until morning to use the toilet in the lobby. Come morning, we find out that our issue wasn't even passed along to the day shift. We had gone down to ask them when maintenance would be available. We were told they would be up at 900. We left for our day a little after 900 and they hadn't been up yet. When we got back to our room later that day(around 500), the toilet still didn't work. I again went down to the desk at whcih time a different gentleman was very helpful. He got us in a different room with working facilities. It was somewhat of an inconvenience bc we were in a rush to get changed and ready for a show that evening, however, we were finally just happy to have a working toilet!

Clean room, friendly staff

The two people at the front desk were very nice and took good care of me. The shuttle service was on time and the driver was very nice.
