Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. This is exactly what you need on a road trip. Not fancy but super clean and the rooms are new and the beds are comfortable. Also pet friendly and close to the highway.

We reserved a king bed and were given a double queen. The bathroom floors were disgusting and the whole room smelled like a wet pet had just left. I know it’s a pet friendly hotel and appreciate that. But the room smelled terrible and the bathroom floor and moldings looked to have never been wiped down. Very offensive to the eyes and to the nose. Usually love the beds but found this time to be lumpy and haphazardly made.

The initial listing boasts a fireplace in the lobby, however it’s non-operating which was disappointing. The room could have been cleaner, we did have to clear off some dead flies on the table & there was something dried on the wall capping that was gross, however we didn’t spend much time in the room. The bathroom & beds were fine. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. If you need make-up wipes, make sure to grab those at check-in since they no longer put in the rooms.

Staff and property were fantastic so this is a little nit-picky. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was that the tv was near impossible to navigate and had no menus to help or apps or streaming services installed and no ability to install them - even to use my own accounts with. Netflix, Hulu, Disney , -no cost to at least put them on the tv for people to use their own accounts with- especially if the tv content is beyond atrocious to utilize. At the very least, place a printed channel guide in the room.

Hotel is very nice or at least the rooms are and appear to have recently been renovated. I rarely opt for the free breakfast but the food was actually pretty good. Biggest issue with this hotel is that you are right on top of the highway and unless you are a very sound sleeper or enjoy being serenaded by the sound of constant traffic and big rigs downshifting you will have a long night.

The hotel was great for our stay. We got in late after the royal rumble and we got through checkout quickly. Our room was great and breakfast was phenomenal. Our only complaint was not being able to change the temperature below 66°.

Scott who checked us in was fantastic and really friendly after a long drive. The only complaint i have was the breakfast. Usually the breakfast at these hotels is awesome which is one reason why we choose them but this time not so much. We went an hour before they close and most containers were empty. No jelly, butter, etc. One coffee container was empty, the other lukewarm. I shared a biscuit with my daughter. The attendant was sitting on his phone and had to hear me say they are out of everything and did not even look up. Rooms, pool, etc were all above and beyond
