After being relocated from a previous hotel we were assured there would be an indoor pool that we could use. Apon arrival at 630am after a different nightmare situation we immediately checked into the room and rested for just a few hours. When we woke my 5 year old was beyond excited to go swimming. Unfortunately the pool is out door and closed due to it being below freezing temperatures outside in early February. Due to the situation we wanted to stay in a different hotel that night but couldn't get refund

My room was so comfortable and spotless. All my encounters with staff were excellent, and especially with the complimentary breakfast hostess who was so kind and welcoming to everyone while she kept everything clean and orderly. Breakfast was delicious and always well stocked. I will definitely return to this hotel for future Indianapolis Airport stays.
