Not good communication with the shuttle from the airport to the motel. Didn't give me good guidance on where to meet the shuttle and I ended up waiting 3 hours lots of the time outside in the very cold

Nothing to be critical about as far as hotel stay is concerned. I was not happy with the shuttle pickup upon arrival at the airport. I had to wait 1 hour and had to make 2 phone calls to the hotel requesting for a pickup.

We did the park and shuttle to the airport from this hotel. We waited over an hour at the airport to get picked up. I called the front desk at least 4 to 5 times and even left a message once. It was not the driver‘s fault.

Right next door to a great pancake restaurant!!! ❤️ Easy access to Indianapolis!!! And downtown!!! Very close to Indianapolis airport!!! The pool was nice but small!!! There’s a small spot for a hot tub but it’s not being used!!! Convenience store inside hotel!!!🥰👍 I would definitely recommend staying here if in Indiana!!!🙂

I liked the fact they had an indoor pool although the area on the patio outside behind the pool had lots of junk stacked up on it it looked pretty tacky. The beds and pillows were comfortable and bathroom and towels upgraded, pretty nice in the rooms. None of the outside access doors stayed locked and secure people able to come in and out at Will

airport shuttle was very good going to airporit. BUT was terrible upon return. upon landing at airport I tried to call the hotel mulitple times for over 20 minutes and no one answered. I then called the reservation number to have them contact the hotel, they could not get anyone to answer either. I had to get an Uber back to the hotel for my car. There was no one at the desk when I got to the hotel either. this was only 5:00 in the evening. so bad

Pool was ice cold, I called 3 times in the weeks coming up to verify that the pool was in working order and heated. They did offer us to go to their sister hotel behind us to let us swim only for an hour. We booked this room specifically for the pool due to it being for my daughter’s 10th birthday. Also ran out of food and milk so we couldn’t even get even cereal. Also pool is a lot smaller than the pictures posted. Also side doors stayed unlocked at all hours of night so anyone could enter side doors.

You must call for the shuttle to pick up at the airport which I did not know/was not told when I called to confirm the shuttle start time for an early flight out. I was able to reserve a 4:30 AM pick up at check in for the next morning which was right on time. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly.

I have never been so horrified in my life. The owner of this facility is absolutely vile, and I’m not sure how he is still in business. My sister and I were traveling across the country and arrived with six kids after driving all day for 11 hours. We were very excited to get settled and get some rest before we had to wake up and drive all day again. When we checked into our rooms, they looked dirty and extremely outdated. We checked our mattresses due to us both having a severe fear of bedbugs. Within two minutes of looking, we found six bedbug carcasses and the textbook “blood stains” that are present with a bedbug infestation. We immediately gathered our stuff to leave, and when we informed the owner, he was extremely rude to us. Told us that we were making up that he had bedbugs and that he would absolutely not be refunding our money. So we had to load our six tired kids back up in the car and drive another 40 minutes to the next available hotel and we were out $260. It has taken me a few days to write this review because I was still so mad. I would not recommend ANYONE stay at this disgusting place.

BED BUGS! Woke up to 3 large ones crawling on my daughters and found another on the top blanket. They switched us rooms and it was worse. They were in pillowcases! Seriously infested, not to mention black mold, brown liquid under mattress and overall dirt. We got an Uber and got the heck out!!!

The inside of hotel was so clean and immaculate. The housekeeping staff worked all day long. Hallways smelled fresh. It was the outside dilapidated structure and surrounding area that the staff had no control over. That burden rests on Clarion management to update and fix the surrounding property damages such as broken signs, doors, keypads, sidewalks and parking lot. Their staff sure work hard to make it a pleasant stay for their guests. The manager was accomodating to my nightshift schedule. Went above and beyond! I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was awful no wonder the rooms were cheap , our tub was filthy , the bedding wasn’t clean had stains all on it , the pool area was so slippery and smelt so bad in there , breakfast was awful ! When we got in our room the tv didn’t work for some weird reason , the staff was unfriendly due to “ short staff issues” definitely won’t go the cheap route of a hotel again for a family trip !

Doors didnt shut all the way couldn't shut bathroom or closet doors. We could not even lock the Main door..the room smelled of mildew sinks drained very slow. Not worth the money

The pull out bed had a huge blood stain like it was just closed and never cleaned never checked at all. Told the front desk left across the street for White Castle came back and front desk said all clean buddy and went upstairs and not a thing was done so folded up the bed and my son slept on the couch

Tv in room not working. Mentioned many times to staff who said they would come fix it but never came. Telephone not working in room so repeatedly went to desk to ask for help with tv. Always told they will come look at it and never came. I needed to clean bathtub before using.

It was very clean. But, the phone was not hooked up. The AC didnt work right. It was really hot in the room. The tv wouldn't stay on it kept losi g its signal and the wifi was terrible. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very nice also.

Extreme amount of light from the parking lot lights flooded the room all night. The blind was paper thin and it looked like sunrise level brightness in the room all night. AC shut off well before the desired temperature was reached and was inconsistent through the night. I'm not generally one to complain, but I got next to no sleep last night because of the above factors.

The best thing I can say about my hotel room was at least the sheets were clean and the bed looked well made.. This was my experience: Waiting for 20+ minutes for someone to come to the front desk. When she did, the customer service was even good. In addition they did not have the room ready on time. No real apology or attempt on accommodation, I was just told to wait.. When the room was ready, the TV was out of service and was never repaired my entire stay. The cabinet was pulled out from the wall. The furniture was fairly worn. The bathroom tub was horribly discolored (yellow) and overall I felt the bathroom was not up to par. The access doors (main and side) remained open all night, giving no real feeling of security. If I had not prepaid and was not in the mood to argue for a refund, as well as only staying over one night, I would’ve canceled the reservation. Make sure they didn’t charge me and would’ve looked for something else. I would advise looking at other hotels in the area, which there were plenty and maybe going for another location. Never going back to this hotel chain. I’d rather pay a bit more and get better service and a cleaner room that has all the amenities functioning.

No staff at desk when we arrived. When they did get to desk we were told rooms we booked were overbooked and were looking for rooms to get us in. Rooms are nothing special even though facility was recently remodeled. Side entrance/exit doors were not secure during night hours. Pool is very small. Fitness area has no TV remotes, towels, or disinfecting wipes. Breakfast was extremely limited on options. We will look for different options at our next stay in Plainfield, IN.

Whole lobby smelled like sewer water. The a/c sounded like a freight train running through the room. The bathroom tiles were not glued down. The staff person was very nice but had to wait every time for them to stop vaping to answer the front desk.

I had to call the front desk 2x to have somebody come to the desk to check me in The next morning i had to go find a housekeepwe to again contact somebodyto come to the front desk to check me out and get me an airport shuttle. Ice machines were broken. Kids running all over the hotel and lobby at midnight

The staff were nice and the property was clean. When we checked in, our keys did not work. The desk clerk got us in, but the keys never worked for us until the morning clerk redid our keys. The room was very noisy from outside highway traffic. The room worked for us for a one night stay, but wouldn't stay if needing multiple nights.

The hotel is clean, I could smell the fresh linens. The staff are friendly. The location is close to the airport,like 8 minutes away. Also convenient to dining and store options. Clean bathroom and nice beds! Worth the money!

The description of the suite we had said 2 queen beds, it was 2 full beds. Not all the plug ins worked and the room had terrible lighting. We went to the breakfast at 9:15, open until 10, they only had some cereal and 2 bagels left. No waffle mix, no eggs, lots of things empty. My family of 5 could not eat there.

Alright hotel for the money. Small pool, but worked well for our kids. We stayed 3 nights and each morning they had the breakfast cleaned up 45 minutes before the time stated so it made it slightly inconvenient. The overnight frost desk lady was super nice!

It was an average hotel experience and was more expensive than it should have been to stay at the hotel, but my family needed a room which had space enough for 6. So, this hotel was one of the better price points for that option. The breakfast in the morning was less than advertised and my family went down to eat at 8:45 and a majority of it was already put away and cleaned up, even though it was supposed to be available until 9am.
